09/09/2024: Let's put the food aside for a moment. I ordered a slice of beef, baked potatoes and traditional bombette. The quality of the ingredients seemed good, although I found the cut difficult to chew and swallow due to the fat which made the experience rather tiring (probably an unlucky evening). On the positive side, the cooking was perfect, the portions generous and the price in line with other similar grill restaurants. Let's move on to the service, which deserves separate reflection. Self-service is acceptable: you queue, order, take your tray, drinks, number and take a seat. The festival-style benches and the possibility of sitting next to strangers can even be fun. Even the constant calling of numbers into the microphone, which forces you to get up several times to collect the dishes, can be tolerated, even if it seems more like a bingo hall than a grill. However, there are two aspects that are wrong. The first is the use of plastic cutlery to eat meat. Let's put the ecological issue aside, but cutting any steak, especially a sinewy cut, with a plastic knife is almost impossible. After breaking the knife and sweating quite a bit, I had to request a normal knife, which was kindly provided to me. However, traditional steel cutlery should be provided right away. The second aspect concerns waste management: the customer is forced to clear the table and dispose of leftovers and disposable tableware, touching and opening as many as four rubbish bins! This is unacceptable. It is unhygienic to have to handle the bins without gloves, dealing with the bad smell of accumulated leftovers. This aspect should absolutely be reviewed. Let's take McDonald's. There too the customer must clear the table and dispose of the leftovers. But the big difference is that, when I have to throw everything away, I do it in special traps, without having to touch anything! Despite everything, I give three stars, because if these two points were resolved, combined with the kindness of the staff and the speed of the service, the overall experience would improve considerably.

16/01/2025: Bella location nel centro storico di Brindisi. Personale gentile e attento a qualsiasi necessità. Simone e' stato professionale e ci ha saputo consigliare cosa gustare. Fabrizio il titolare e' stato gentilissimo facendoci sentire a casa. Qualità prezzo ottima. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

14/01/2025: Ristorante perfetto se si vuole gustare qualcosa di unico, prelibato e particolare, con piatti davvero squisiti. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare le pizze e altre portate. Lo consiglio per passare del tempo piacevole con famiglia o amici. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale come anche il titolare.

06/01/2025: Typical restaurant in the heart of Carovigno. We ate excellent typical dishes (memorable cavatelli, mussels and chickpeas!) Intimate location, excellent customer care.

03/01/2025: The products are artisanal, fresh and of high quality. A wide choice of croissants, from the classic empty, empty cereal, to protein and so on, the same with pasticciotto, cream, Nutella, pistachio, black cherry cream, white and dark Nutella, even 3 types of savory pasticciotto. The krapfen with cream or Nutella is always available... the place works very hard so the products are always fresh. The guys are nice, helpful and professional. The place is welcoming and the situation created is comfortable for those who want to be in company. You can choose to stay outside or inside and you also have a smoking room available. What can I say… seeing is believing!

01/01/2025: ZERO HYGIENE, INCREDIBLE STORY: this afternoon, New Year's Eve 2025, a friend of mine and I from Jamaica first had 2 coffees and then 2 ice cream cups. After paying for everything, I have the cup served to me by the young lady who carelessly drops the cup upside down onto her own hand (which gets dirty) and then falls onto the metal ice cream counter but... under the stunned eyes of me and my friend, instead of apologizing and immediately changing the dropped ice cream, he picks it up and serves it to me as if nothing had happened! SINCE IT'S NEW YEAR'S EVE AND I DIDN'T WANT TO BE POLEMICAL ON NEW YEAR'S DAY, I pretend nothing happened (then intending to throw away the dirty top part with the spoon), however I ask them to add to the side of the cup the portion that they were adding while it fell. the ice cream and the young lady, who should have already changed my ice cream, (so she was already in the wrong) reproaches me that the ice cream was fine as it was, then weighs it, saying that it contains the right quantity, and finally she even doubts that I had paid it doubting that I had given the receipt when I tell her that I paid €6.20 for a barley coffee, a normal coffee and 2 small cups, because according to her the price couldn't have been €6.20! I therefore wonder what sort of poor man the young lady thought she was dealing with given that here, I'm not the one who, in order to save a few cents, saved money by serving a FALLEN AND DIRTY ice cream to a customer under the astonished eyes of my friend who then he asked me if "does it work like this throughout Puglia?", I replied "no, it only works like this because of the young lady's concept of hygiene!"

04/10/2024: Comida rallada, todo en el menú es delicioso, y por supuesto, la pizza es uno de los mejores que se puede tomar. Son amigables con los niños y tienen al chef haciendo la pizza allí en el sitio para que usted vea. Me encanta este lugar

01/10/2024: Si, adattissimo pet serate e pranzi informali se sei del posto, per i turisti un po' meno, pagare 112 euro per quello che abbiamo mangiato è, a mio avviso, troppo. Ma sarò più dettagliato e imparziale: per 2 persone coperto 6 euro; vino della casa 45 ml 3 euro; acqua 3 euro; 2 dolci 10 euro; i caffè non sono stati conteggiati. Fin qui direte voi e dico anch'io più che buono, ma la mazzata è arrivata con il crudo per la modica cifra di 90 euro. Tengo a precisare che mi è stata portata una prima porzione per due e, dato la scarsità del cibo ne ho chiesta una seconda portata, che è risultata essere molto meno abbondante della prima. Ho chiesto, con gentilezza e senza mai essere scortese, come mai mancassero il polipo e le cozze, mi hanno risposto che non era periodo di polipo e che le cozze quest'anno erano scarse e le coltivazioni erano terminate a giugno. Ma purtroppo per loro qualche giorno ptima sono stato in una pescberia della vicina Savelletri ed erano pieni sia di cozze che di polipo di provenienza locale. Quindi caro ristoratore sei stato scorretto e a parità di cibo ho pagato almeno il 30% di quanto abbia pagato nelle più note Polignano e Monopoli. Dato che ritornerò in zona ricorderò molto bene il trattamento ricevuto e andrò a mangiare in un altro posto.

03/01/2025: Capitati per caso a pranzo a Capodanno, nonostante l’ore 14.00, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza. Bel locale pulito, buoni gli antipasti, Orecchiette nella media.
