30/04/2026: What can we say? For us, Don Angus means trust, consistently guaranteed quality, and the wonderful feeling of being at home.
The star of the show is, of course, the top-quality meat, but a special mention goes to the service, always attentive and courteous, capable of accommodating every request with utmost professionalism.
We absolutely recommend it!

18/07/2026: Of all the bombettes on offer (we ordered only bombettes in all their variations), the most delicious and unique were the breaded ones and the ones stuffed with zucchini and cheese. The other options, such as those with veal, were very dry and even tasteless. As for the prices, unfortunately, they are very high for simple pork.
17/07/2026: A great establishment; try to arrive right when they open to avoid the queue. The meats are cooked perfectly, the only downside is the rather limited selection of sides. But you'll leave with a big smile, and it's good value for money. I highly recommend it.

14/08/2026: A warm and welcoming place that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling. And then... the bombette are amazing: cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. A fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone. We'll be back.

12/08/2026: A must-try for meat lovers! Originally a butcher shop, it transformed into a restaurant a few years ago. Fantastic local specialties at fair prices, super-fast and friendly service. Besides the Bombette (a type of sausage), they have an impressive selection of dry-aged hams. The atmosphere can get a bit noisy at times, as you sit outside in a large market square with many other restaurants. But the food makes it all worthwhile. 😃
09/08/2026: For meat lovers, this is the place to be. There's a wide selection inside the restaurant; you choose your favorite cut and return to your table, where it's served grilled shortly after. The only downside is the very limited appetizers and limited selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation; it's always in high demand. Definitely worth a try!

16/06/2026: Three stars because 2 for the potatoes and 1 for the meat. Everything was good, but I'm very disappointed that I came four years ago and they made meatballs, fried cooked ham, and much more. When I came yesterday, none of this was available, even with the excuse that they no longer fried.

01/02/2026: We would definitely make all the delicious burgers a thousand times over! 🤗🤗Very good, we're new to San Vito and would definitely return to this place several times. The service is very friendly and the place is clean and impeccable.
The meat and potatoes are all natural, without any seasonings, definitely a delight everywhere. 😍🤤🤤 From the smallest to the largest, we enjoy dinner.
19/12/2025: Fantastic place for those who want to eat grilled meat. The 'Bombette' are fantastic, a true explosion of flavors and high quality. It's great to be able to see the fresh meat right in the refrigerator. Very friendly staff. Exceptional wine. We drank a magnificent Aglianico. We will definitely be back.

22/05/2026: Pizza half raw and half burnt, in the description a "normal pizza" for 18 EURO, in reality a pizza full of stuff that only made me indignant, the stuffed crust for "only" 4€, I will never go back there again
18/05/2026: In a charming location (both inside and in an outdoor gazebo on one of Brindisi's main streets), you can enjoy excellent dishes, both seafood and meat. I enjoyed the cacio e pepe (truly delicious) and the mixed antipasti (abundant). The staff is friendly and courteous. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The price is average.

The food here is good, and the meat is definitely of great quality. Unfortunately, absolutely everything is served using single-use plastic: plates, cups, and cutlery. The amount of unnecessary plastic waste produced in is staggering. I would gladly return for the food, but the management urgently needs to implement more sustainable serving practices.
11/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at La Braceria La Parla in Apani was disappointing. The service was very slow and inattentive, with excessive wait times even though the place wasn't particularly crowded. The meat, which should be the restaurant's strong point, didn't live up to expectations: it was undercooked and the quality was lower than I'd expected. I also didn't find the quality/price ratio satisfactory. I hope the place can improve these aspects, because I can't recommend it at the moment.

28/06/2026: We stayed in the B&B, so I can't comment on the food. The rooms were very nice and comfortable; the owners were very kind and brought us delicious croissants and tarts every morning. It was truly a delightful place. One small flaw in our room was the shower head, which didn't work. I'd just add that we booked several rooms because we had a lot of friends, especially one couple who booked a double room separate from the rest of the rooms. They weren't particularly happy with that room; there were several issues, so if you're having trouble, I recommend just making sure your rooms are all close to each other.

26/07/2026: They seated us late, and the only high rating for the service is for the waiter, who greeted us kindly despite the hour.
As for the rest, really stay away!
We paid 64 euros for four skewers of bombette of questionable quality and flavor!
We're from the area and often come to Cisternino for meat, and we've never had an experience like this! The same goes for the tagliata, 22 euros per kilo on the menu. The waiter told us that the slice would weigh 300/500 grams, but on the bill it was exactly 22 euros!
Not to mention the zampina, which wasn't zampina at all, but 4 pieces of flavored sausage!
