03/06/2025: An experience to do, when you enter this place you perceive the charm and the history, the Piarist cloister with a real chapel inside is amazing, Antonio is an excellent host, he welcomes you as if he had been your friend forever. His dishes are typical and cooked with the products of his countryside. The thing that fascinated me a lot is that he showed us his entire restaurant and also the kitchen where his mother is and immediately you feel the warmth of home. His place is very elegant and full of small details, truly a gem. His tasty dishes, rediscover the true flavors and well presented. Congratulations to Antonio, his sister and his mother. 18/05/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Artesian Grill did not live up to expectations. The food was decent, but the service really ruined the evening. The waiters were extremely quick to clear the plates, to the point of creating an atmosphere of rush and anxiety. As soon as you finished a bite, it seemed like they were ready to take everything away, even if the other diners were still eating. There was no way to calmly enjoy the meal or have a chat without feeling “pushed” to free the table. It’s a shame, because the place has potential. But the welcome and the atmosphere are just as important as the menu, and in this case both were missing.

22/05/2025: The best restaurant in Monopoli, and probably far beyond. It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars—if you miss the chance to dine here, you're missing out. From the homemade bread to the starters, main courses, and desserts, everything is top-notch. 16/05/2025: We stayed at Borgo Cozzana and after enjoying the jacuzzi did not feel like driving far for dinner! This restaurant was a 2 minute drive and it turned out to be a gem! Friendly staff, The starters are super tasty and afterwards you can choose your own piece of meat that is deliciously prepared with herbs on the bbq with freshly baked fries in oil! Just tongue-tingling and tender, the tiramisu as dessert very soft and unique in taste! A MUST, enjoy!

02/06/2025: Serata piacevole, abbiamo mangiato buona carne con contorni vari. Servizio: all'interno della braceria ottima, organizzazione servizio celere. Personale ai tavoli molto cortese e veloce ( notavo che tutta la piazzetta e oltre era pienissima malgrado fosse solo un venerdì) non abbiamo aspettato molto per poter essere serviti. Costi: nella media e comunque per tutta la roba che abbiamo consumato una vera sorpresa. Consiglio ad amanti carne, veramente un posto su cui contare e da ritornarci

03/05/2025: They recommended this restaurant to us among the many we were looking at online. From the first contact, the telephone call with booking via WhatsApp, I found kindness and professionalism. Yesterday, we then decided to have lunch on site, always upon reservation, and it was an excellent experience. As soon as we arrived, the owner welcomed us with warmth and familiarity. He immediately offered us water, bread, tarallini and olives as a welcome. And already here, we liked the fact that it gave us the possibility to choose whether or not to take the starter. Obviously, we ordered, as an appetizer, the grilled mortadella which immediately won us over and, together with this, we also ordered the bruschetta which arrived super seasoned. Then we moved on to choosing the meat, on which Cosimo, the owner, expertly guided us. But the thing that surprised us the most, in addition to the exquisiteness, tenderness and perfect cooking of the meat, was the owner's choice to bring us the three qualities of meat starting from the most delicate meat up to the one full of flavour. He was able to accompany us in a riot of flavors without making us bored and also making us discover flavors we had never tried, due to his selection of uncommon meat that is not easily found in all grill restaurants. Obviously, as with every situation, the bill always depends on what one chooses and desires, so I can safely say that the bill not only perfectly reflected what we had chosen, but furthermore, due to his great kindness and courtesy, Cosimo offered us bitters and coffee. In short, a fantastic experience, absolutely to be repeated and which I highly recommend to everyone. An additional note of merit to the owner who turned out to be a beautiful person, very affable, kind, thoughtful (even though he was alone in managing everything) and friendly until the end, always keeping his professionalism and education first.

25/05/2025: It is a grill restaurant, they are courteous and welcoming. The menu has a rich appetizer with rare things like donkey mortadella, then fresh and aged local cheeses and cooked and uncooked vegetables. But the main course is the meats and in particular here they also serve horse meat.

02/05/2025: First time at this place! Few tables, welcoming atmosphere and open kitchen. We tried different appetizers, a first course and a second course for two, all accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. Truly excellent value for money! Furthermore, the managers are friendly and extremely attentive to the customer's needs, making you feel pampered from the moment you sit down to the moment you leave. We will definitely return, recommended for both couples and small groups. I recommend the sushi with lard and the one with duck speck for a truly tasty entrée.

26/04/2025: Intimate and well-managed venue. The open kitchen offers a spectacle that effectively accompanies the dishes proposed by chef Mimi. Original, tasty and seasonal proposals. I definitely recommend the meat sushi and the classic but innovative first courses. Both the choice of raw material and its wise use are excellent. Excellent value for money. What can I say... Well done guys! Highly recommended and will definitely return.
