We were welcomed by the owner, a rare kind person, who immediately conveyed the passion, dedication, and love he puts into his work. Throughout the evening, we were treated with great care and attention, in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. We sampled traditional dishes expertly reimagined, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. The artichoke with fava beans was particularly delicious. The homemade breads were also highly appreciated, truly excellent. Impeccable service, top-quality cuisine, and meticulous customer service: we will definitely be back to explore other options on the menu.

19/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant again about two weeks ago, and each time is a pleasure, more so than the last. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, the place is warm and welcoming, as is the staff. Today, however, this review makes more sense than ever, and I must fully appreciate this establishment, its staff, and its owner. Following our last visit (which, I repeat, was two weeks ago), I met Andrea, the owner, who, having recognized me, made a point of informing me that our table had been charged a different bill than what we should have, because our order had been mixed up with that of another table. I was refunded the difference and apologized for the error... a gesture worthy of all my respect, which left me astonished. What more can I say? The perfect example of professionalism. The appetizers and pub snacks, such as mozzarella sticks or burritos, are also delicious and ideal for sharing. 01/03/2026: I was there for the first time a few years ago, and since 2025 I've already been there 5 times, so it means something's working well. 🥳 Lovely atmosphere both in winter and summer, wide selection of pizzas (including gluten-free), grilled meats, and desserts. Personally, it's one of the best pizza doughs, not too salty and easy to digest. Excellent quality and location with nearby parking. Ideal place for all events with friends, family, and small/medium-sized ceremonies. I'll definitely be back, thanks to all the staff. 👏🏻

01/03/2026: I'm a restaurant professional, and I pay particular attention to certain details that, in my opinion, truly make the difference. I'll start with the positives: the meat was excellent quality, well-cooked, and perfectly presented. The location is very pleasant and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the change of cutlery after each course and the cloth napkins, details that demonstrate customer care. The wait staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Regarding the dishes, the only one that didn't fully convince me was the killer "Cortina": it lacked crunchiness, and despite being declared spicy on the menu, it didn't taste that way. A slight imbalance between expectations and the final result. The meat nigiri also deserve consideration: I would suggest paying particular attention to the preparation of the rice, which is the key element of the dish. In this case, I found it rather bland and slightly stringy, an aspect that inevitably affects the overall harmony. Finally, there's one aspect that unfortunately left me perplexed. With an open kitchen, the chef's behavior becomes an integral part of the customer experience. During service, seeing the chef vaping and smoking in front of the customers, as well as eating with his hands in full view, was unpleasant. I understand that there are moments of pause or tasting in the kitchen, but when choosing an open kitchen, it's crucial to maintain an impeccable image in every respect. With a little more attention to these details, the restaurant's quality could rise even further.

It's great to be able to see the fresh meat right in the refrigerator. Very friendly staff. Exceptional wine. We drank a magnificent Aglianico. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant is located on the central Viale Colombo in Foggia, a densely populated area. Always very busy. Reservations are recommended. The owners are extremely kind and courteous, and the staff member who cooks the chicken is extremely friendly. Pantagrill's chicken and fries are a true delight.

This restaurant perfectly represents the essence of Apulian cuisine: simplicity, authenticity, and extraordinary attention to raw ingredients. Here, every dish speaks for itself. Even a seemingly simple dish like stewed turnip tops is not only expertly cooked, but made with truly superior quality ingredients. You can clearly sense that the restaurant is run by people who know their craft intimately and do it with great passion and professionalism. The service is always attentive, friendly, and never intrusive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food and authentic flavors. 20/02/2026: I went to this steakhouse with friends last night, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The choice between pizza, meat, and excellent steak was excellent. To finish, a fennel liqueur helped a lot with digestion. Prices are a bit high, but in line with the quality of the meat. Definitely worth trying again.
