22/08/2025: Il Punto Cardinale and its extremely friendly team have now become our culinary must-visit whenever we're in Monopoli. We all thoroughly enjoy the wonderful, freshly prepared dishes, including the delicious bread (which is also homemade!), and the very friendly service! We will definitely be back and wish the entire team all the best and thank you so much for the wonderful, delicious evenings!

05/08/2025: Se ami i sapori autentici della tradizione devi fare un giro in questo locale. Ci sono stato a pranzo domenica scorsa. Sono stato accolto dal titolare persona solare e gentile. Mi ha mostrato la bellezza del locale e raccontato la sua storia e idea di cucina; per un curioso come me un'accoglienza top. Ambiente pulito, elegante e tranquillo. Nelle foto vi mostro alcune delle cose che ho mangiato. La novità per me sono stati i fichi in agrodolce, un esperienza di gusto molto simpatica. Tra i pani vi consiglio di provare la cucuzzata, in salento ne ho mangiate diverse ma questa mi ha stupito sia per la qualita degli ingredienti che per l'aggiunta di cima di rapa( unica cosa attenti alle olive piccole con i noccioli). Le polpettine fritte mi ricordavano quelle che preparava mia nonna. Il primo degli spaghettoni con occhipinti e cacioricotta, vi posso dire che oltre alla bellezza visiva la salivazione vi aumenterà per il buon profumo e per il sapore dato da quel pomodoro e basilico fresco. Per secondo la tagliata tenera che si scioglie in bocca anche se io l'ho fatta cuocere parecchio sulla pietra lavica perché mi piace stracotta. Mi son fermato al secondo perché era strapieno ma avrei provato anche altro del ricco menù. Per me un esperienza da rifare, vista anche la genuinità è freschezza dei prodotti. Continuate così ! 24/08/2025: Four of us went to this place last night, which we've been wanting to try for a while. We arrived, were seated, and waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. Since it was our first time there, we didn't know that it's a make-your-own order. We called someone at least to ask for water, and they told us that you can order yourself with a QR code. It would be nice to tell people this as soon as they arrive, since some of them are going for the first time, like us. We got a pinsa and four burritos for around €80. Luckily, the quality was there; everything was good, but we expected more. The dish was plain, the burrito just thrown on the plate, without any fries, without anything. It's the little things that make the difference. For the price of the burrito, I'd throw two fries or a leaf of lettuce on the plate. A word of advice: maybe they can improve on this 😉

26/08/2025: Every time we return to Puglia, we stop at Bubba. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is incredibly friendly, and above all, the food is delicious. Everything from pizza to sandwiches to meat is delicious.

05/07/2025: Location semplice ed accogliente, con comodi spazi sia interni che esterni . Ad accoglierci la simpatia ed affabilità di Roberto e Valeria, padroni di casa. Proposta gastronomica con vasto assortimento di antipasti, pizze, primi, secondi ed eccellente carta di carni e carpacci. Buona carta vini. Ottima la qualità, servizio pronto e cortese. Prezzi giusti e soprattutto in linea con la qualità che è assolutamente TOP. Lo consigliamo ! Alla prossima

02/07/2025: Locale carino, personale di sala e proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con degli ottimi arrosticini di falda, mentre gli arrosticini di picanha sono risultati più duretti. Buone le pizze con varie farciture, ed ottimo il ciccio. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di assaggiare vari tipi di carni, buone. Ottimo anche il carpaccio misto di carni. Questo locale è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole mangiare pizza o carne. Complimenti ai proprietari ed alla signorina Martina che ci ha veramente trattato come dei familiari. Prezzi ottimi, materie prime anche.

06/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso dopo una rapida ricerca. Volevamo mangiare della carne, ma al tempo stesso volevamo anche altro e questo posto ci sembrava soddisfare la richiesta. Location nulla di sfavillante, ma giusto così per una braceria. Comunque tenuta benissimo e in ordine. Quindi promossa. Il menù è giustamente monotematico, ma presenta una ricca selezione di antipasti e contorni. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la salsiccia (nonostante non fosse ben cotta per nostra dimenticanza al momento di ordinare) e la tagliata (questa perfetta). Buone anche le bombette. Ottime le polpettine di benvenuto. Del resto ho apprezzato la cheesecake di zucchine come antipasto e, anche se non fatta da loro, era buona anche la torta ricotta e pera come dolce. Servizio eccellente: simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto. Meglio prenotare almeno 24 ore prima.

06/08/2025: A great discovery. You can choose your meat and watch it cook in front of you. The servers are active and efficient. The meat is very good quality! I recommend it! And good value for money, not too expensive.

04/08/2025: A pleasant dinner: we tried several different versions of bombette, both classic and revisited. Some surprised us, others less so, but overall we were satisfied. The outdoor atmosphere was very pleasant, with tables in the square and the lights creating a beautiful setting. Prices were reasonable. The staff were helpful. The only issue to note: the bathrooms were not fully usable, with a door that wouldn't close and no sign indicating otherwise. Nothing serious, but a little more attention would improve the experience. Overall, a good stop for a casual evening in Brindisi.
