Be wary of negative reviews because they really aren't true. When we asked for ginseng, they also asked us if we wanted a chocolate... really super cute!

10/07/2024: Ristorante poco curato al interno, personale scortese, cibo da dimenticare senza sapore, carne orrenda non rispettano il listino prezzi esposto esternamente, pultroppo ho dovuto per forza mettere il voto 1 ma la mia opinione e 0, per lo piu non aderisce al vero menu di old wal west, spero che queste segnalazioni la leggano i direttori di questo marchio perche non fa altro che novinare linmmgine del marchio. E oltre a leggere i direttori e la finanza prende atto.

27/08/2024: Long waiting times, request to cook the meat rare, overcooked dish. The side dishes, french fries, arrived after 20 minutes, when we had already finished. I took ribeye, cost €23, badly cooked and very small. In short, the price is disproportionate compared to the very low quality. Usually in other roadhouses the quality is not so low.

20/08/2024: Hands down worst meal I ever had in Italy. The fact that I had to wait over 40 minutes for it just add insult to injury. We were in 5 so I had the chance (I'm being ironic here) to try other dishes... They were all disgusting. All the types of meat were dry and overcooked. Picanha was the biggest disappointment: thin slices of burnt low quality meat served on a sizzling hot plate. Fried chicken wasn't crispy at all and was dripping oil. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad , and that says it all considering that is a meat place. Never again.

29/08/2024: No. They try. The service wasn't bad even if the manager was a little too determined to have about ten tables occupied. Burger bread burnt inside, I didn't send it back just because I was hungry and the wait was normal.

22/08/2024: Classic junk food place. Just because it's August, I'm there for work and everything is closed in the surrounding area, but it's a place to absolutely avoid...

13/06/2024: Um restaurante muito pitoresco para saborear a verdadeira arte de saborear a gastronomia italiana, tais como, uma pasta e um refrescante vinho siciliano. E, claro, uma tarte de limão. Somos atendidos pelo dono do restaurante de uma forma muito simpática.
