10/03/2025: We went yesterday, terrible service, we ordered at 12.15pm, 2 starters and 2 burgers, when ordering we asked the waitress if she could send the 2 starters immediately and after the 2 burgers, she said "yes, don't worry, we have our system" okay, the drink arrives and after 25 minutes the 2 starters arrive, so we said to ourselves now the burgers will arrive, and instead nothing arrived until 1pm. We go to the cash register and after explaining the problem they made us pay for the appetizers, never again. The staff working there were unable to handle the problem…

28/03/2025: I've been there these days and compared to this autumn it has gotten a lot worse. Ultimately, the All you can eat menu is always the same old stuff, except that at the moment it seems to me that the quality has worsened! Steamed ravioli hard and dry, the seaweed around the sushi so hard that it doesn't maintain the roundness of the shape and can be cut, sweet and sour chicken hard and a baby portion... fried squid rings 5 ​​and hard as wood, rice spaghetti stuck together and way too crunchy!. Honestly, I found everything really badly cooked, the only positive note being the sushi and sashimi plate, fresh and good quality fish. It's cold in the restaurant, and some waiters (perhaps new on probation), without uniform and with their fingers on their plates..... Honestly, it's better to explore other restaurants in the area....

24/03/2025: On Sunday evening we chose to have dinner at the Roadhouse in Carpiano, taking advantage of the All-You-Can-Ribs promotion. The concept is great: unlimited ribs for 10 euros, a bargain considering that a classic portion costs 17.90 euros. However, a small flaw was the lack of variety: they were only available with barbecue sauce, without the option of spicy ribs, which I would have appreciated. An interesting thing about this chain is that every day of the week there are different offers, accessible via the app, such as All-You-Can-Chicken for 10 euros on Fridays or 50% discounts on sandwiches on other days and much more. Ambience and service The place is spacious and equipped with numerous TV screens, although using the radio 101 silenced with another background music seemed a little pointless to me. A negative note is the strong smell of barbecue, which after a while can become invasive. The service was a bit chaotic, with a non-linear order of courses: they brought us drinks and food together, the dessert arrived before the cutlery to eat it, but since it was Sunday evening and considering that the staff was young, we can turn a blind eye. The bill For four people, we ordered: • 2 All-You-Can-Ribs menus • 1 sandwich with chips • 1 XXL 300g cutlet • 2 portions of spinach (not very tasty) • 1 0.5L Fanta, 2 0.75L waters, 1 can of tea • 3 proseccos, 3 desserts, 1 coffee • Cover charge (2€ per person) (I hope I remembered everything) Total: 88€ (22€ per person). Fair price for the amount of food, even if 14.90€ for a sandwich with chips seems a bit high to me. Conclusion Overall, the Roadhouse in Carpiano is promoted: good offers, a welcoming environment (even if with some flaws in the air), service that can be improved but is sufficient. With a few more adjustments, it could become an excellent experience.

30/03/2025: I had a terrible experience with this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the service was slow and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making the entire dining experience frustrating. The food was equally disappointing—bland, overpriced, and clearly not fresh. My meal arrived cold, and when I brought it to their attention, they barely made an effort to fix the issue. To make matters worse, the restaurant was poorly maintained, with dirty tables and an overall unclean atmosphere. With so many great dining options available, there’s no reason to waste time or money here. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a better experience.

08/03/2025: It was a really good meal. We ordered the Florentine for 2 people, it was really good. The staff was friendly, and overall it's a good restaurant 🙂 (sorry if my Italian isn't good, because I'm not from Italy)

19/03/2025: Locale caldo e accogliente, spettacoli di qualità che però si pagano a parte . Qualità medio buona della carne ma si spende veramente tanto ovvero facile arrivare a 100 a testa con vino . La cosa che però più ci ha infastiditi è pagare 3 gin tonic 70 euro . In nessun posto li abbiamo pagati così cari . Bicchieri tra l’altro stretti e lunghi non adeguati e nessun sconto visto che avevamo già cenato . Mi sembra veramente esagerato anche per chi può spendere .

01/03/2025: In questo posto, dalla gradevole ambientazione argentina, hanno completamente perso di vista il senso della realtà sui prezzi praticati, in relazione a quanto viene offerto. Di fronte ad un tale eccessivo, esorbitante ed ingiustificato livello di prezzo anche ciò che si mangia, di qualità medio-alta ma pur sempre dei tagli di carne, passa in secondo piano. Con un antipasto, un filetto alla griglia (accompagnato da dei minuscoli contorni da dividere in 10 commensali…….), una bottiglia di vino la più economica della carta, ed un dessert conto da oltre cento (100) euro a testa. Superfluo il commento. Non casualmente e ormai da tempo i tavoli sono spesso vuoti e quindi anche L atmosfera col locale poco occupato e’ purtroppo meno conviviale.

You are welcomed into an environment that is cold in color and temperature and in the mise en place (a napkin that they don't even give anymore at the bar). The person who takes care of the orders cancels any possibility of schnitzel, too bad it is reported in the Menu. Any mention of wines present on the site are equally deleted as if anyone who takes a look at the site is retarded (Updating the site too difficult?). Good meat, a little cold inside, but not enough to lift a negative experience.
