20/05/2026: Unthinkable! Gluten-free pizzas are baked in the same oven as those made with regular flour and handled with the same peels as other pizzas! When I asked for an explanation, they refunded me the price of the gluten-free pizza. I can't imagine what might happen to a celiac or severely gluten-intolerant person who consumes foods they think comply with the GLUTEN-FREE protocol. Receipt 2325-0060 of 20.05.2026

10/05/2026: I'm giving it one star because when I ordered rotisserie chicken by phone and they told me to come back in 20 minutes, when I arrived they made me wait ages (1 hour). They justified it by saying they were out of chicken when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.
Also, the owner is very arrogant and treats her employees badly. She's an elderly lady. And she speaks to customers in a loud voice, but only if they're foreign (Peruvian). If they're Italian or white, she uses a much calmer tone.
02/05/2026: I've been there a couple of times two weeks ago, the food isn't that great, it has no flavour, even some friends told me that in the last few years, the food isn't that tasty,

Surrounded by greenery, just steps from Chiaravalle Abbey and convenient for Milan, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are truly friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

25/03/2026: SHAMEFUL service! It says "Opening at 6 PM" everywhere online, and they still don't open. My girlfriend and I had to leave after a 20-minute wait; at 6:15 PM, they still hadn't opened.
Old Wild West is a great chain, but these employees ruin its image.

10/11/2025: My stomach has been hurting for three days. Pronto Pizza, an extraordinary pizzeria, is 50 meters away. Everything here was terrible; the oil was fluorescent and the pesto was unspeakable. The only good thing was the lovely waitress who always brought ice-cold beers. The octopus was sour, and the potato and Norcia pizza tasted like it was made with cockroach flour. It ruined not only my Saturday night, but my entire weekend. Afterward, I went downtown to get drunk to forget the terrible experience (I went to Bar Fanfulla, undoubtedly the best bar in Barletta).
This pizzeria is a NAS nightmare.
18/10/2025: Poor ingredients and terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

02/01/2026: Standing at the restaurant entrance, with annoyed staff walking past without even a nod.
I was struck by a young woman who today, January 2, 2025, at 7:55 PM, was blowing her nose in the middle of the room, looking at us without showing any attention to the customer. When we approached her to ask for a table, her curt response was, "You have to wait there." Needless to say, we left. Working with the public isn't mandatory; factories exist.
20/12/2025: Never again, the manager who also works at the cash register, rude, I went to her to call her back about what she heard my daughter say to her, she remained silent and didn't even say sorry.
