30/03/2025: My partner had to wait 40 mins for his plate because they forgot to give it to him. The waiter said that it’s coming, but it never came until I asked the manager if it would ever arrive. We asked for a second plate, and it still didn’t arrive. All the orders of the other customers have been given except ours. My partner lost his appetite because of the long wait and the errors made. They have always given us good service in the past , except this one. I think we were just unlucky that day 😅

20/02/2025: Generally I don't often write reviews, however, I would like to say a few words about this restaurant located in Cinisello Balsamo. I would like to point out that this evaluation reflects my personal experience, so subjectivity must be taken into account. From a service point of view, nothing to say: helpful waiters and trained staff. All the staff try to put the customer at ease, helping to maintain the relaxed and informal atmosphere. Same thing for the environment, clean and comfortable. Sure, there may be children screaming and people talking loudly but guys, we are in a Roadhouse...A restaurant also open (rightly) to the little ones. Now let's move on to the food: unfortunately I was really disappointed here. I ordered a 225 g cut and if half of it arrived, that's already a lot... all seasoned with four slices of tomato. Even the bread, two loaves, is reflected in a rather laughable portion. Alas, after paying, I was still a little hungry so, since overall the structure is good for dining, try to improve this aspect. The portions, at least the ones I took, are too small and certainly (unfortunately) adapted to Milan standards.

05/12/2024: Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante tipicamente adatto a chi vuole mangiare piatti a base di carne e devo dire che ho trovato un servizio celere, efficiente e buon cibo a prezzi corretti i quali sono diventati una rarità a Milano negli ultimi tempi. Il locale è di stampo tradizionale, ha una clientela abituale ed offre una ampia scelta tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. Molto adatto a cene di gruppo. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

27/10/2024: "Sono rimasta davvero colpita dall’osteria Bis Bistecca. L'atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Ma il punto di forza del locale è senz’altro la cucina. In questo locale avrete la possibilità di gustare prodotti eccellenti con degli ingredienti freschi.Ieri sera ho assaporato un ottimo risotto alla milanese ma il piatto che mi ha lasciato senza parole è stata la tagliata con i funghi porcini freschi,un'esplosione di sapori. Il tocco finale di una gustosissima cena è stato il dolce,una torta alle mele calda con del gelato alla vaniglia.Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo!"

13/03/2025: Unfortunately we went on the carnival evening... there was a mandatory pizza round which was not reported to us at the time of booking. Mediocre food and confusing service. Maybe without the pizza round it would have gone better.

11/03/2025: A pizza tour, and not only that, nice, good quality and with fast service. As always, we advise you to go early so as not to have excessive waits, perhaps avoid Saturdays where often between matches and perhaps live music there is too much noise but having said that, a good place. Lots of seating distributed in multiple areas. Ideal for large groups and for children.

31/03/2025: Disappointing. Costs increase and the quality and quantity of food decreases every time. But the most scandalous thing is the cleanliness of the tableware, it's not good, please at least wash the dishes well.

We have been frequenting this Roadhouse location for some time (in fact we ate on Friday night!) and every time it is a confirmation: we always feel welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Our compliments go in particular to the manager Alexandra, who with her manner has always made us feel at home, never out of place or embarrassed. A big thank you also to the trainee manager with the glasses (whose name unfortunately we don't remember): always calm, attentive and very professional. We would also like to say a word for the chefs, who are often underestimated in reviews: the truth is that they cook very well! Always tasty dishes, well presented and carefully prepared. You can sense the passion they put into it, and this makes the difference. A place where you always come back willingly, because in addition to good food there is a human and welcoming atmosphere that makes the difference.

09/04/2025: Unique experience. It couldn't get any worse. A disaster. When booking, they guarantee that you can see the Champions League. Only to discover when we arrive that it doesn't work. We order the same. They bring us the wrong beer. Then the final straw: at 8pm they finished the Rib-Eye!! A steakhouse without steak. Ridiculous.

21/03/2025: I'm a taxi driver and I came here because I was in the area. I found myself in a relaxing and familiar atmosphere and I ate excellently and at a really honest price because in Milan with 13 euros I eat a sandwich and a water, I recommend it.

12/03/2025: I have been going to Ma'Delina for several years, about ten now, and for the quality/price of the menu offered, as well as their variety and friendliness of service, they are always at the top! Owner Mr Tino helpful and kind as well as the staff always on point!
