03/08/2025: The waiter made a mistake with my dish, and even after I pointed out his mistake, he never offered to replace it. He didn't apologize, and until we left, I ate it anyway because I didn't feel like waiting and making my family wait for me. The food was very good, but customer service could use some improvement. The customer isn't always right, that's just the way it is, but at least correcting a mistake never hurts to keep the customer coming back.

26/07/2025: Today, Saturday, my husband and I went to eat encebollado at this restaurant, which we always go to, but today I ate terrible and I paid so much. The encebollado was a bowl of broth, no yuca, 4 pieces of fish, 2 bottles of water and I paid 41 euros, too much for me. I never complain, but when I don't feel well and I eat badly, I don't go back.

24/08/2025: We went to eat ribs. The place was almost empty, they make you wait a long time and everything arrives cold 🤷

10/08/2025: I'm traveling for work. I found the staff very welcoming and helpful, especially the girl in the gray shirt, who was very sociable and easygoing. For me, it was excellent service. The wait times were quick.

02/09/2025: We had such a wonderful evening here. The food was fresh and full of flavor — especially the zucchini flowers, the corn gnocchi with stracciatella, and the tiramisu to finish. But what really stood out was our waitress (one of the lovely female staff). She was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her thoughtful suggestions made the whole experience feel special. Thank you for such a memorable night — we’ll be recommending this place to everyone we know!

02/08/2025: This restaurant does not meet the same standards as other restaurants in Italy. The place was empty and we had a long wait. The burger was burnt, the bread was very hard, the coffee arrived late, the floor was sticky, and the service was dirty.

01/05/2025: Il locale si trova a breve distanza da piazza Duomo. Dispone di sala interna finemente arredata. Serve antipasti di buona qualità. Molto buoni i piatti di carne. Materie prime eccellenti. Mise en place molto curata. Personale cortese

15/03/2025: Sempre un ottimo indirizzo per la carne. Location curata ed elegante, menu vasto, servizio perfetto. Oggi provato il galletto alla brace molto buono. In due con due portate totali, acqua , un bicchiere di vino ( 18,00 euro un po’ caro )e due caffè ……..91,00 euro non poco .

19/06/2025: Tonight I ask for a beef entrecote with potatoes (price list 20 euros), they bring me meat with a terrible flavor and potatoes on the side, I go to the cashier to pay and I discover that they brought me a rib of beef and they charge me 35 euros and another 5 euros for the potatoes!!!! I left the meat and gave it to the dog. I contested the clerk at the cashier, but they pretended nothing had happened. Unacceptable

18/08/2025: As always, you read everything and its opposite because a review is often based on a single experience. It's sometimes funny to read "1 star" because it was closed... or something like that. Oh well. Here's my experience with this bar: Very clean and tidy place. A very well-prepared cappuccino and a warm croissant. Nothing homemade or anything, but more than decent. The sales assistant was very nice and friendly. A pleasure to talk to. The prices were absolutely average. I don't know anything about the menu.

09/06/2025: La Carbonella is an absolute gem — a true testament to the passion and warmth of a family-owned Italian restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated like family. The ambiance is rustic and charming, with the perfect balance of cozy and elegant. The food? Out of this world. The carbonara was easily the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pancetta and pecorino. No shortcuts here — just traditional Italian excellence. And the steak… wow. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with a gorgeous sear. You can tell they take pride in sourcing quality ingredients and preparing them with real care. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt personal and heartfelt. La Carbonella is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of authentic Italian cooking done right. We’ll be back again and highly recommend eating here.

25/05/2025: Very good meat. The owner interferes with the food, acting friendly. Be careful with the prices. Take a photo of the prices at the door, they're deceptive.

12/04/2025: One of my favorite places in Milan. Great for events and parties. Very professional and very kind staff. It feels at home.

08/03/2025: Petty is an understatement! Unfortunately my experience at this place was very disappointing. I had to wait because there was an event with a buffet for €35, and when they finally let me in, they still made me pay the same amount. It's a shame that, unlike those who had arrived earlier and were able to eat without limits, I found the waiters already busy taking the dishes. Basically, I paid full price just for the free cocktail. When I asked for explanations, I was told that I would have to wait another quarter of an hour to pay less... too bad I had already waited 45 minutes to avoid paying that amount. Lack of transparency and incorrect management, not recommended!

18/08/2025: Really awful, cold meat changed twice but with the same result, another type of meat asked for well cooked arrived raw, water that seems like tap water and the flat Coca Cola seemed like dirty water, never again

21/08/2025: My experience at this restaurant was very negative. The service was slow and unprofessional: the staff spoke to each other in Chinese while constantly staring at us, which made us feel uncomfortable. We had to ask for the tablet several times to order because it had been taken away from us for no reason. Unfortunately, the food was not of high quality: the fish had an unpleasant flavor, the tuna was dark as if it weren't fresh, and overall the dishes were subpar. Furthermore, we felt like we were being watched throughout the dinner, as if we were being monitored. In conclusion, both the food and the service were poor quality: I do not recommend it.
