I've been a regular customer for years and have always had a great experience. I've known both Martina and Alexandra for years and now I feel right at home.

First time at this Road House, but a longtime customer of this chain. I ordered a Road House steak, medium rare, and it was excellent. This was followed by cheeseballs, steamed spinach, and quesadillas, all with fresh microfiltered still water (I think 1 liter), in an elegant glass bottle. Lastly, I finished on a sweet note with the delicious deluxe coffee and its sweets, which at this refreshment point even asked me what flavor I wanted, even giving me a choice of sugar. The service was satisfactory; I saw young, pretty girls who were even smiling at me at times, which is very important for a customer. Ample outdoor parking is available, and it's also adjacent to a very respectable supermarket. I will definitely be back, without a doubt. The first time was very good.

Kudos to Martina, she manages to keep the restaurant's operations stable, controlled, and supervised. Kind, smiling, and perfect at the cash register. I'll be back, very professional.

The staff was friendly but unprofessional. Nothing to complain about the food, but you wouldn't expect a dirty bathroom when you first opened the restaurant. The floor wasn't washed, and the toilet was so yellow and black that even acid couldn't work miracles. I don't blame the staff, but rather the management, who should be keeping an eye on it (many of the chain's restaurants have this problem).

Lunch break during business trips, nothing "original" because it's an endless chain of restaurants, but good quality food.

A regular stop every Friday. Stefano, the boss, is very kind and precise. Excellent food and very quick and friendly staff.
