15/12/2025: A charming and well-maintained venue, beautifully themed and well-maintained. The staff was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. We had a truly wonderful meal (I recommend the fantastic Brisket Empanadas, and for first-timers, the Welcome to Texas, which features a mix of all the typical dishes...a truly excellent idea for those who want to eat everything). The ingredients are truly excellent and expertly crafted...you can really see the care, commitment, and love with which everything is carefully selected and beautifully prepared...I'm sorry I didn't take any photos...I was too busy enjoying the dishes! The owner, Lucas, was also very kind, friendly, and approachable. Congratulations!

13/12/2025: Let's start with the food: delicious! I'd love to come back! Well-selected cuts of meat, a generous buffet, and tasty side dishes. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly (perhaps a little pushy at dessert time, but I forgive you). The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and clean.

10/12/2025: Brazilian restaurant with a quality meat selection preceded by a generous buffet. The cuts of meat are varied, unique, and perfectly cooked, and are accompanied by side dishes like potatoes, rice, fried plantains, and more. If you have any special requests for cuts of meat, just ask the waiter and they'll be happy to accommodate you. The service is courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the wine cellar is beautifully displayed. My only negative is that I'd avoid Saturday nights after 8:00 PM because it can get very crowded.

18/12/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. We ate little, badly, and very expensive. We're Argentinian, and the locro was one of the worst we've ever had. Pure fat. They brought us two tiras de asado for five people. It's a shame they brought it burned. The chimichurri was all oil. The only redeeming feature was the meat empanada, although the humita dough was a bit undercooked. The service was excellent. The girls working there were very attentive. Lastly, they put us in a room where they were celebrating a birthday. It was impossible to talk, which was very strange considering the restaurant had other free tables in other rooms. It's a shame. But we won't be returning. And all this for 60 euros per person. Definitely below our expectations.

10/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise. Delicious first courses and amazing bombettes. It felt like I was back to my old favorites at home. A truly excellent place, and impeccable service.

30/07/2025: Simple and chaotic, you leave with a headache. Tables without tablecloths, low-quality ingredients, and expensive food. Pugliese cuisine is something else entirely.

10/12/2025: Very beautiful location, worth the wait for the steak because it's truly excellent, spectacular, and served strictly rare. A wide selection of dishes is available. They welcomed us warmly, and to pass the time (the place was packed), they even offered us a glass of wine and a delicious crostini with ragù. All the dishes we ordered met our expectations. All the side dishes for the steak are extra (€5 per dish). When the main course arrived, they even brought us piping hot plates so we could enjoy it to the fullest. A wide selection of raw meats, too. The wines are reasonably priced. The place and its walls speak for themselves. Well done, keep up the good work.

07/12/2025: Very nice atmosphere, but as far as customer service goes, it's lacking. Our table was next to the meat corner. My seat was 60 cm from the butcher's cutting board, so I spent the evening with the sharp sounds of the cleaver behind my head. As soon as we arrived, they asked if we'd like a welcome drink. Then for 25 minutes, no one came by. It was impossible to access the menu with the QR code because Wind didn't have reception, and the Wi-Fi password wasn't listed. The tartare was good, but the pistachio pesto was very salty, industrial in my opinion. The lard and burrata crostini were oven-warmed, so they were a bit heavy. We had to ask for bread. The meat was definitely good, but there's better out there. Last but not least, my husband goes to pay, pays in cash, and only once home does he realize it's not a receipt. Definitely not.

15/11/2025: I was here with friends. I'll start by saying that I'm familiar with restaurants that offer aged meats sold by weight, but I've never experienced a situation where the cut wasn't displayed before cooking. Furthermore, the waiter offered us a 1.9 kg and a 1.1 kg cut (€95 per kg each) in a manner that was opaque, almost misleading: we weren't shown anything before cooking, nor was the actual weight shown. The meat was good, but what was served to us didn't correspond at all to the total 3 kg declared. And this, given a bill of €504 for five people (one of whom only ordered a hamburger), wasn't appreciated at all. When selling high-quality meats "by weight," it's essential to display the cut and actual weight before cooking. Otherwise, the service and atmosphere were very nice... but unfortunately, the amount of meat served wasn't as declared.

14/11/2025: I'd been wanting to stop by Viro for a while to try and review it, so I took advantage of an outing with a friend to do so. I opted to order several dishes rather than a single cut of meat, to see if it was worth returning to go heavy on the meat, and the answer is YES, definitely worth returning. Let's start with the service: the staff is super friendly, ready to explain the dishes and offer genuine and spontaneous recommendations. Upon entry, they offer a welcome drink, which is a huge plus. The menu is varied, both in terms of choice and price (there are dishes for every price range). I went for the tartare trio, Rubia empanadas, Uruguayan entrenà, and baked marrow as a side. The pictures speak for themselves; all the dishes are beautiful—both visually, in terms of presentation with explanations, and in taste. I'll be back very soon to go even heavier on a nice cut of meat. Tip: The online menu doesn't completely match the menu at the table, so a review of this would be ideal. Likewise, perhaps offering a tasting menu with 4-5 dishes would be a great idea!

19/10/2025: What an amazing experience. Wanted to try something unique and unavailable in North America. Giorgio and his wife were spectacular hosts and treated us like Gold. I think he sensed our excitement and proceeded to arrange a tasting menu of all of his horse meat specialties from Bresola, salami, fresh fennel sausage, carpaccio (which was one of the best in my life) plus the standard horse tartar that he sells in the showcase. He picked out an amazing bottle of wine and we ate like kings on a little high top table just outside the doors. A meal and experience to remember

10/12/2025: When I come for lunch here, I always order the ossobuco with Milanese risotto. What can I say? The meat melts in your mouth. The risotto is always tasty and generously portioned. And most importantly, I never get heartburn, like I get when I eat the same dish at other Milanese restaurants. A cuisine that's not heavy and that delights the palate. All this is accompanied by the kindness of the hostess, who makes sure nothing is missing.
