26/07/2026: Not good, and it's not the first time, but if I used to think "well, it can happen," it's now become a constant. When we arrived, they told us there was no power (perhaps they meant the network, given the lights were on and the cash register was working to issue receipts) and that we could only pay cash. We chose this place to let the kids play in the children's area, but it wasn't "working." After ordering, the waiter returned to the table to say that the meat for one dish was missing, and then that the still water we'd ordered was missing. Furthermore, two out of four dishes had burnt meat. As I said at the beginning, it's not the first time; there's always some ingredient missing for the dish you want to order. The dishes were out of hand soap. When they came to clear the table, they asked if everything was okay. We pointed out the shortcomings and the waitress said she was sorry, but no one in charge approached us except to ask for the same thing at checkout. When we repeated this to the waitress, she replied in a curt tone, "You could have told us we'd do it again." I strongly recommend removing the restaurant sign.

25/07/2026: It's incomprehensible how it's still open. We were immediately told that we couldn't pay by POS. I ordered a sandwich and was told that they didn't have the right meat for that type. We were told that natural water wasn't available. Two of the four burgers arrived with burnt meat. And when we asked for feedback at the cashier, they even gave us an annoyed response.

23/06/2026: Excellent compared to other roadhouses, you definitely get a lot more attention and they listen to your requests. The food is delicious and the service is quick.

24/06/2026: After spending a day at Leolandia, we needed a treat, so we took the opportunity to stop at Roadhouse in Capriate. The staff deserves special mention, especially the lady with short hair, the oldest of the group but also the kindest. It's true that the older you get, the better you get. Finding her means finding a smile, unlike some of the younger ones. We'll definitely be back, thanks to Sofia.

21/06/2026: Excellent food. I went there with my husband last week. The waiters were super friendly and the service was fast. We asked the manager for some specials regarding the meat, as we wanted it well done, and she obliged. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

19/07/2026: We ate here three times during our camping holiday. The calamari was rubbery, barely fried. The lasagna was... interesting. The pizza was the best of the bunch, but completely unseasoned. Everything really needs improvement. However, the staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable!

16/07/2026: Unfortunately, the food is very basic. Probably sufficient for typical tourist needs. But anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine should avoid it. The place itself is quite nice, though, and the service is good.

09/06/2026: We were a family of four and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would especially like to commend the owner, who takes an exceptional amount of time for his guests. He was attentive, warm, and had a sympathetic ear for everyone. You can immediately tell that his guests' well-being is truly important to him. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. Such personal hospitality is rare these days. We would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

07/07/2026: We waited a long time for someone to come over. After 25 minutes, a woman came to take our order. After another 15 minutes, another woman brought olive oil and vinegar. After another 15 minutes, we received extremely stale bread. Despite the tablecloths, there were no plates for dipping (softening) the bread in olive oil. The drinks were served after over 30 minutes. The prices were outrageous, not proportional to the service. We also ordered a beer, which we didn't receive, but luckily, they didn't put it on the receipt. I don't recommend it.

05/06/2026: We had been looking for a place to try authentic tiramisu, and after reading so many great reviews, we were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant. Yesterday, we stopped by to ask about the price. A young waiter was very kind and explained the price clearly, as well as the takeaway option (with the condition that the plate would need to be returned later). Since we felt a little uncomfortable ordering takeaway only, we decided to come back today and enjoy both tiramisu and coffee at the restaurant. However, the waitress who served us did not seem pleased with our request. Perhaps she felt that this is a restaurant rather than a café, but in the end, she suddenly told us there was no tiramisu available... As visitors who do not speak Italian, we have been touched by the kindness and hospitality shown to us by many people in Pisogne. That is why we felt particularly disappointed by the way we were treated here. We had originally planned to come back for dinner this evening, but after this experience, we decided to go to another restaurant. We hope this was simply a misunderstanding, but unfortunately the experience left us feeling unwelcome. My disappointment was only with the way one waitress handled the situation, so I'm still giving this place three stars.Even though we didn't get a chance to try it, I'd like to believe that the tiramisu here really is as delicious as people say.

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The Caesar salad bore little resemblance to a classic Caesar salad. Instead of the typical dressing, it simply contained vinegar, oil, and five small dollops of avocado cream (?). The pizza was, sadly, the worst we've had at Lake Garda. The toppings were very unevenly distributed and consisted partly of large lumps, making it neither visually appealing nor tasty. This is all the more surprising since the pizza at the neighboring restaurant, Il Porti (?), was delicious. The steak was okay, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Overall, the price-performance ratio is completely off for me. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. However, the service was particularly disappointing. Actually, one should ask: What service? No one was attentive or present. No one asked if we wanted more drinks or if we enjoyed our meal – the latter probably because they didn't want to hear the answer.

02/05/2026: Excellent for those who enjoy a variety of meat dishes, with fast service, a clean, spacious restaurant, and almost always a table even without a reservation. There's a children's play area and a wide selection of beers and desserts. The all-you-can-eat days are also interesting, for example, on Sundays you can eat as many ribs as you want. Prices are average, but if you have a membership card, you can take advantage of attractive discounts and promotions.

02/05/2026: It's more than fine for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is very American, and the staff are friendly. If you like meat, you'll find a good selection. The quality is good, but you have to know what to choose. The prices are always higher than they seem for the service.

14/04/2026: Open daily for lunch only. Business lunch Monday through Saturday (Sunday lunch à la carte). I'll finish my review, which I had to interrupt, by adding that among the business lunches I've tried elsewhere, this is my number one. Four first courses, four second courses, and as many side dishes to choose from, good food and fairly generous portions at a price, €13, in line with business lunches. Service is fairly quick. I've never been there on a Sunday, so I can't comment on the à la carte service, but if that's what I'm talking about... Recommended!!!

14/04/2026: Terrible Casoncelli overcooked and flavorless Mixed skewers too hard Two waitresses cleaning the room at 2:00 PM, still half full of guests shouting at each other, and at 2:00 PM at the bar. Let's just say there's little delicacy and finesse in this place... and the food is of poor quality. Best wishes!

25/06/2026: Best carbonara ever, with incredible service from the owners, who don't speak English but manage to give you their full attention. I repeat: BEST CARBONARA EVER!
