The owners are very attentive and clearly care about offering their customers a great experience, without being intrusive. A memorable dining experience. Excellent dishes, paired with whiskey (and more). A place you'll want to return to.

15/09/2025: We were there last night for dinner. When we arrived, there were 2/3 tables occupied. We waited a bit for the girl to come and welcome us. She was already a bit listless. However, we sat down. After a while, we stopped her because she wasn't coming to take our orders anymore. We ordered and after a while, the children's menu arrived. My son finished his plate and suddenly someone in a black shirt appeared, also a bit listless. Practically all the staff were like that. Then other people arrived and we asked him. The child had finished. We were still waiting, and the other people who came after us were already eating the same promo I had taken. Oh, he apologized and he brought us our stuff too.

03/10/2025: Excellent meat and a good selection of wines. The quality of the ingredients is exceptionally high, and the meat is cooked to perfection. The service is friendly and helpful, and the wait times are reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

28/08/2025: Embarrassing prices: the sauce was €1.50, the cover charge was €4, the Coke was €4.60… I paid €20 and got up still hungry. How do these guys manage to stay upright?!

12/10/2025: I celebrated a birthday with a group of friends at Tijuana restaurant, in the Borgo Santa Caterina neighborhood. The location, relatively close to the stadium, is convenient for those arriving by car thanks to readily available parking. The restaurant's interior is striking for its elegant and refined style, with extensive use of wood and large windows that create a warm and refined atmosphere. The extensive, meat-focused menu offers quality cuts such as fillet and rump, carefully cooked and beautifully presented. Although it's a restaurant designed for meat lovers, even a vegetarian friend of ours found satisfying options, a sign of good attention to variety. The service was discreet yet efficient, without any downtime or excessive waiting. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience, the price is reasonable. Overall, a restaurant recommended for those seeking a refined dinner in an elegant setting, also ideal for special occasions.

13/09/2025: Had a great dinner here by the canal. We were seated outside in the less crowded part of the canal. Lovely view accompanied by great food and staff. Would highly recommend!

It was all accompanied by a rosemary tagliata and a good glass of wine. Impeccable service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a refined and characteristic atmosphere. Bravo, Bacco Matto! You've left a lasting impression... thank you.

09/09/2025: A historic restaurant, not in the city center, with parking nearby, which is already a plus. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, with tables spaced just right, the music at the right volume, and the ladies who served us were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food was excellent in every way (appetizers, first courses, and second courses), and the wine list was well-stocked!
