05/08/2025: A beautiful evening in the center of Civitavecchia. Great place with great service and a truly excellent menu. Everything was delicious, but a special mention goes to the gnocchi with zucchini flowers! Congratulations!

05/08/2025: What can I say? My favorite! I've been going there practically since it opened, and every time I'm amazed, it's like it was my first time! It's delicious! Impeccable in every way: quality and quality of the food, prices, service, cleanliness. I always leave with a full belly and a smile. The signature dish: gnocchi! 🤤

20/07/2025: We were invited by our company to review this well-known restaurant in Viterbo. The restaurant is charming and suitable for any type of dinner, from a casual gathering to a more sophisticated evening. We ordered: • an "Antica Caverna" appetizer • a beef tartare • a 1 kg Danish Florentine steak • two side dishes The tartare was truly excellent, fresh, and well-seasoned—definitely worth trying again in the future. The appetizer, however, disappointed us: it included cured meats that seemed packaged, and a selection of side dishes (dried tomatoes, mushrooms, chili peppers, eggplant, and probably zucchini) that clearly came from a jar. If you choose to use preserved products, it would be desirable to opt for better quality. The meat—the Florentine steak—was the highlight: excellent and cooked to perfection. Finally, the service was impeccable, attentive, and courteous.

19/08/2025: We booked a spot on the terrace early in the evening using the app to enjoy the sunset (which, of course, isn't there). The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the service was friendly. We left at 9:30 PM, happy and content. The only downside to the location (Numana) is the lack of adequate parking, so if you don't leave early, you'll arrive late and miss out on a bit of the show. But La Torre is a must-visit if you want to have a great time.

19/08/2025: My fiancé and I had dinner at La Torre restaurant on Monday, August 18th. The setting is truly beautiful and refined; we had a table on the terrace overlooking the sea and the harbor. The menu is truly thoughtful and offers very interesting dishes, as is the extensive wine list. We ordered two appetizers (raw shrimp and salmon cutlet), two first courses (gnocchi and ravioli), two desserts (meringue and hazelnut and pistachio in various textures), and a bottle of rosé, spending a total of €131. The portions were adequate, the ingredients were excellent, and the service was truly excellent; everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: Every visit to their restaurant is a delightful experience. Their courtesy and kindness are complemented by excellent food, much of which comes from their own farm, including the buffalo meat and cheeses, cooked in the most delicious ways. The mixed antipasto is a delight to discover piece by piece, with buffalo mozzarella and hand-sliced prosciutto, as are the swordfish skewers and buffalo tartare. The wine selection is also excellent—well-deserved compliments!

22/08/2025: Unlike other stores in the chain, I found the food to be smaller in portions and almost cold when it arrived. The staff was friendly, but it seemed slower to serve us, as they took quite a while. Many of the cutlery and glasses were dirty, which is a real shame, to be honest.
