14/01/2025: I'm torn about the review of this hotel. It certainly wasn't the best thing on our Alpe-Adria tour... there wasn't much choice in Chiusaforte either... but the package with the warmth of the owner and the quality of the breakfast and dinner was simply fantastic...

26/01/2025: Wir haben den Tisch zwei Monate im Voraus gebucht, da immer alles aus reserviert war und hatten dementsprechend hohe Erwartungen. Zu Beginn bekommt man ein Aperitif mit Ricotta und Olivenöl an der Bar. Leider beginnt das Abendessen für alle Gäste zugleich erst um 20:30h, sodass wir die Hauptspeise erst um 23h erhielten und alles erst nach Mitternacht endete. Sehr netter Chef und Kellner, er erklärte uns viel über das Chianina Rind und ist eines von 9 Lokalen in ganz Italien welches ausschließlich Chianina Rind serviert. Es gibt jeden Abend ein wechselndes Menü, wo alle Teile des Rindes verwertet werden. Zu Beginn gab es Toskanische Ribollita, das ist eine Gemüsesuppe mit schwarzem Kohl, danach Carpaccio, Tartar, Crostino mit Lardo di Greco und rohe Wurst, dazu eingelegtes Gemüse, danach eine Art Roastbeef, Sehnen vom Rind, Polenta mit Caciocavallo Käse und eine Art Ragù vom Rind von der Kehle, danach kommt endlich die Hauptspeise, Fiorentina und Costata mit Kartoffeln, dazu Bauch von den Innereien vom Rind, leider ist es dann schon etwas zu spät und durch das lange Warten ist man schon ziemlich satt. Zum Abschluss gibt es eine Salami mit Fenchel aus dem Kopf des Rindes, 3 verschiedene Nachspeisen, Ricotta Torte, Schoko Salami und Eis mit Olivenöl, danach Rum mit dunkler Schokolade und Amaro von der Nonna. Der Rotwein von Montepulciano war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war gut, aber es war kein einziges Gericht mit ,,Wow-Effekt" dabei, haben all diese Fleisch Varianten schon deutlich besser gegessen. Bei 190€ für zwei Personen und da sich die Begeisterung in Grenzen hielt, bleibt es wohl ein einmaliges Erlebnis!

04/02/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant on Saturday, I can only compliment the delicious food, the portions, the service and another thing, which is fundamental for me... the gluten-free bread. I was skeptical I could find it, I usually go around with crackers in my bag because it's still really difficult to find equipped restaurants, but I tried and shortly after I received the gluten-free bread, 4 warm loaves individually packaged as usual, and what's more, it was also delicious. , so much so that I asked the brand. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

I recommend booking in the room with the fogolâr furlan turned on: it offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for fully experiencing the Friulian tradition. The photos hanging on the walls tell the story and soul of the people who gave life to this place, making the experience even more authentic. Excellent food, evocative environment and a strong connection with the roots of the territory. Definitely a place to visit and recommend!

15/01/2025: Galletto which has decreased in quality over the years but this is known Those who frequent it from the trees know what I'm talking about Cold place, I couldn't cut the jacket off my shoulders like other people I understand the costs but if I have to be cold I'll gladly pass

12/01/2025: Unfortunately I was disappointed by this place, it has lost many points compared to my memories, the initial service was perfect and fast for ordering food, but I don't think it is possible to wait an hour after ordering for food and in such an environment quite cold.... The only satisfaction was the very good cockerel...

17/01/2025: It has been our go-to pizzeria for years. The quality is always excellent and the choice very varied. The restaurant also has a wide choice, both meat and fish. A fridge dedicated to meat, visible, and a large grill that is always lit complete the offer. The drinks are also good, where nothing is missing. We return and we will return.

08/02/2025: An experience I would not recommend. I am aware that we chose to dine on a Saturday night, however the hour and a half wait was unexpected and unpleasant. We ordered an asado, a steak and a hamburger. The meat had too many nerve endings which hindered cutting and chewing, as well as poor cooking. The burger had a distinct flavor that was reminiscent of the filling of Chinese dumplings, unfortunately not something I would expect in a burger. The price, in relation to the quality of the food I consumed, I found it excessively high. A plus point however is the majority of the waiters, incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, not everyone was, I found a particularly arrogant and haughty girl.

11/01/2025: Braceria with a good variety of meat to taste. Compared to 2 years ago the portions are decidedly smaller. Good place to spend a pleasant evening with friends
