06/08/2026: 2018 Review: Excellent meat menu, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind staff. I'll be back even though it's not cheap. 2019 Update: The pizza was very dry, it looked like it had a frozen base: you'd need a saw to cut it, and it arrived in 10 minutes🤐 even when the place was full... As a restaurant, it works, so forget about the pizza. 2026 Update: I went back for pizza. Excellent! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good first and second courses, and the pizza too! The outdoor courtyard is perfect on summer evenings.

17/07/2026: We stopped here by chance during a weekend trip to Friuli, and were enchanted by the grace and kindness of the entire staff, by the historic restaurant, so authentic and cared for with a love rarely seen, and by the heartwarmingly delicious dishes: from the giardiniera (fresh pickled vegetables) to the San Daniele prosciutto, from the spaghetti with duck ragù to the amazing desserts with local honey. The hosts are incredibly kind. It was a truly special discovery. We will definitely return to Allo Storione!
11/05/2026: It's good, it's good. Unique and traditional flavors. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff.
However, I strongly suggest handing out printed menus at the table; they weren't even available three years ago when I first came, and the dishes offered were more or less the same.
A sign outside the restaurant that reads "First courses from ... to ...." "Second courses from ... to ...." isn't enough; customers feel a bit cheated, especially since it's a good restaurant, but the prices are a bit higher than the average in the area.

25/07/2026: We live abroad, but every year we come to Palmanova to visit our family. And every time, this restaurant is our first choice. We return several times on every trip because everything is always delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very kind, and every visit is a pleasure. It's one of our favorite places and we can't wait to return every time!

03/07/2026: We went to the Zuc restaurant for my wife's graduation party. We had a delicious meal at a fair price, with excellent wines and grilled meats. The service was friendly and attentive to the customer's needs.

16/08/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience today. My husband and I ordered two dishes with baked potatoes as a side, and both dishes arrived with burnt potatoes! We reported this to the staff, and they sent us another bowl of baked potatoes, also burnt and mushy. We reported this to another member of staff, and she apologized! Luckily, she didn't charge us for them.

The dishes are cooked to perfection and presented with true aesthetic flair, accompanied by a selection of excellent wines that enhance each course. High quality at fair prices. What makes the experience truly special, however, is the incredible friendliness and warmth of the owner and all the staff. A place to return to time and time again. Highly recommended!

There's no air conditioning, and we weren't able to fully enjoy our dinner due to the heat... It's a shame, because the food was truly worth it!
11/07/2026: Really nice place, excellent food, very kind and welcoming staff... the inside climate is amazing. Did you know they have air conditioning? We ran away because it was too hot. Kudos to the staff for their perseverance.
