22/05/2026: We found this place almost by chance to satisfy our craving for red meat, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We ordered the mixed grill with rib-eye steak for two to share (€55) and were truly impressed: the rib-eye steak, about 900g, was out of this world, cooked to perfection, with an excellent grilled flavor, and decidedly filling. The grill also included sausage, coppone, pancetta, and grilled polenta. Overall, a very generous portion, more than enough for a dinner for two. As an appetizer, we also recommend the Tuscan chicken liver crostini, if you like that kind of food: really good. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, and the place is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

28/03/2026: Honest review: FLORENTINE STEAK SHOULD NOT BE SERVED PRE-CUT. Even though they brought us a grill to keep the dish warm, it was COLD. This happens because it's cut before being served at the table. Consequently, it loses juices and heat, and the "experience" doesn't reflect the quality (if there is any...). The chef should know these things... We ordered the Piedmontese Ox menu, and I quite liked the rest, but I can't say the same about the Florentine steak... it's a premium cut, and you have to be careful how it's served. Also, be careful with the bill: when paying with the POS, the gentleman with gray/white hair entered a certain amount first (the payment didn't go through the first time) and then, on the second attempt, entered the correct amount. I only noticed it afterwards, but I don't think it was a mistake... The prices are fair, but the details that make the difference need to be fixed. Would I go back? Unfortunately, not...

19/04/2026: This is my second time there, and fortunately, I've had no disappointments, but I've been very satisfied with the good food and the wine. Guys, it's one thing to talk about it, but it's another to live this culinary experience 🤤, everything was delicious. We chose the menu 6 and it was truly beyond excellent. The waiters were very kind, helpful 😅, and friendly, even willing to offer advice. Thanks guys. For what we ate and drank, I think it's the right price, considering the quality/price ratio. You can go there every 2-3 months 😅 Congratulations 🎉

12/07/2026: You have to come here to believe it... Such disappointing, uncoordinated service is shocking, as if I had come for dinner when the place was full!! The quality of food is subjective, it depends on each of us, after all... you may like it or not, it's usually fine, it's not awful... But the service is unacceptable... you have to try it to believe it...

11/07/2026: We had dinner last night. The staff was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't accommodate my request, bringing me an overcooked steak when I'd asked for it rare. They very honestly asked me if I wanted to change it (I said no, I hate throwing food away), and at the end of the evening, they took the cost of the steak off my bill (even though I didn't think it was fair, since I ate it anyway). Aside from the cooking error, everything was fine.

13/07/2026: Fabulous restaurant in the Tuscan-Romagna hills, with an informal atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, an old-fashioned trattoria with traditional flavors, and high-quality ingredients. I recommend the baked rabbit, the fried gnocco with Zibello ham, and the grilled cockerel. The wine list is extensive, but the simple yet full-bodied Rubicone Sangiovese produced here has been accompanying these local dishes for 60 years. Prices are reasonable.

12/07/2026: Just got back. I practically left everything. From the main course to the dessert, everything was dry, as if it had been reheated. My companions enjoyed the tagliata. The service was slow and inattentive, and the bill, at 40 euros per person, was extremely high for the quality/price ratio. The waiters were listless and almost tolerably made you feel like you were bothering them. I even waited to pay. The location was mediocre, but saved by the view and the breeze that picked up when the sun went down. A waste in their hands, in my opinion. I won't be returning, even if the cool air alone could be an attraction.

09/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, with a theater group, after the show... Very kind staff (they waited for us until midnight). We ate and drank very well and paid a fair price. Thanks to the nice weather, we took advantage of the large terrace. Special mention for the dessert... I don't know what it was, I barely managed to taste it!

21/05/2026: I've been going to this place at least 6-7 times a year for at least 13-14 years, having lived nearby for many years. It's my absolute favorite place to eat high-quality meat in all of Reggio and the province, at fairly reasonable prices that are rare to find. An absolute guarantee and a guarantee of quality, in addition to the kindness, humility, and hospitality of the owner, who often checks on his customers' satisfaction by leaving the kitchen every now and then, and the skill and attentiveness of the waiters. Absolutely #1. You can't miss it if you're in Bibbiano!

10/07/2026: Delicious food! (We had the white ragu and steak with grilled vegetables). The staff is very friendly and attentive. Every request was fulfilled immediately. We highly recommend a visit to Osteria del Grillo :) PS: One minor drawback is the lack of an outdoor seating area, however, the entire restaurant is very pleasantly air-conditioned (not too cold and not too warm).

03/07/2026: Arriving in Molina... we noticed this lovely place overlooking Lake Ledro. We had lunch with pizza and beer, excellent draft beer and good Roman-style and 4-season pizzas. A coffee to finish ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ ☕️. The price was fair, and the staff were very friendly. A beautiful location, worth returning. THANK YOU.
