24/06/2024: Nice place, small but welcoming. I went there for a murder mystery dinner, great experience that I recommend. The sandwich was very good, unfortunately the chips were dry but I think it was the fault of waiting for them to be back in place during the evening.

02/06/2024: Simple location, good pizza but very high bill. A bottle of "house" water costs 2.50 or a Fisher 6.50.

21/07/2024: La prima volta circa 20 anni fà e forse più, feci tappa per caso in questo locale molto accogliente con personale gentilissimo ed attento al cliente, cucina casareccia di ottime ed abbondanti pietanze con un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo, (provare per credere). Quindi ogni qualvolta voglio essere coccolato e trascorrere una serata al fresco mangiando bene senza dissanguarmi, nonostante la ragguardevole distanza che ci separa, felicemente faccio ritorno da Nonna Mena... un nome una garanzia. Grazie di esistere e continuate sempre con questa umiltà che vi contraddistingue. Alla prossima!

02/07/2024: Siamo stati qui per festeggiare il battesimo di nostra figlia cibo eccellente piatti abbondanti e curati nei minimi particolari lo staff attento e cortese I proprietari hanno esaudito ogni nostra richiesta oltre ad essere due persone eccezionali consiglio vivamente

16/08/2024: Classico pub stile londinese situato nel quartiere Vomero. Il proprietario accoglie tutti con gentilezza e un gran sorriso anche se non si è clienti abituali. Il menu ha un' ampia scelta, ottime le porzioni di patate, i panini e anche la carne servita a piatto. Appena seduti ci hanno portato degli stuzzichini. La sorpresa sul conto finale un piccolo sconto ed alcuni cioccolatini da portare via. Consigliato

08/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the "Royal Beef's" restaurant and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience from every point of view. Food: The quality of the meat served is simply exceptional. Each cut, prepared with care and skill, melted in your mouth. I ordered a 700g Argentine entrecote rare, cooked to perfection, with an intense, soft and succulent flavour. Service: The service was impeccable. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. The waiters were very attentive and competent, offering valuable advice on the choice. The waiting times between courses were just right. Additionally, the service was quick and efficient without ever being intrusive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Environment: The environment is refined and welcoming. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, with attention to detail that creates an elegant but at the same time warm atmosphere, full of design objects. The soft lights. The cleanliness and order of the place are impeccable, conveying a feeling of care and professionalism. In conclusion, "Royal beef's" is a restaurant that I highly recommend to all meat lovers and beyond. The combination of excellent food, impeccable service and a welcoming environment makes it an unmissable destination for a memorable dinner. I can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

19/06/2024: Unfortunately I didn't have a good time, we asked the waiter for 15 minutes if he could serve us and he ignored us, when he replied we said "finally" in an ironic way, without offending anyone, and the waiter, when he brought the drinks, told us spilled the coke on my shoes which are still stained, and they didn't even apologize. Then, we asked for takeaway and had to pour the coke ourselves. For this behavior they don't even deserve 1 star, and I'm very sorry because I went there hoping to have fun, but instead they ruined my day. Unless the management changes, I will never come again.

05/05/2024: Ho visitato molti ristoranti della catena e questo sicuramente è di buon livello e dispone anche di area giochi per bambini (una rarità per gli Old Wild West). Sorprendenti le recensioni negative, soprattutto sul personale che comunque è giovane e ben volenteroso. Probabilmente nei giorni clou si può aspettare per elevata affluenza. 22/04/2024: Saturday evening with friends: dinner and after dinner. We took a table for 6 people and they placed us near the console where the show was. In summary, the evening was beautiful: the live show was very nice, the atmosphere was good. Wanting to find a flaw, after dinner some people invaded our table a bit during the live show: they didn't bother us at all also because we were practically under the band that was playing, but we would have appreciated more space after dinner: it's not the fault of the organization. Following the usual line I'm going to comment on the stars I put. Food: Very tasty mixed starter with different tastings. We threw ourselves on the meat: all good and of excellent choice. Arrived in the right time. Service: everything was excellent, the waitresses were smiling and helpful, not intrusive and very correct. Wanting to find a flaw when we ordered the bottle there was a misunderstanding between the bar and the room and they believed that the bottle had already been released when in reality nothing had arrived. All resolved by talking to the manager. Environment: mixed. Definitely selected and free of annoying people. People of every age. Nice place also to meet new people if you're in the mood. Online bill: €45 per person including wine and water, premium bottle paid €160: actually less than in a nightclub.
