24/03/2025: An experience to forget in this establishment, yesterday March 23rd for our son's baptism, the service of the waiters was quite terrible. No coordination between kitchen and waiters to manage allergic and celiac people. At the time of the contract we had asked and specified since there is a celiac person if we could have the same menu and a person who exclusively wanted a land-only menu. Moral of the story: Instead of fried food, the person with celiac disease was given a slice of meat. And the person with a land menu received pasta with tomato as a first course twice. As soon as the error was pointed out they changed the dish to the land menu And as regards the celiac person, the waiter told us that it was most likely done to avoid contamination (WHEN THE FRIED THINGS ARRIVED TO HIM FROM THE START OF THE CEREMONY) after some small discussion the fried food for celiacs arrived. But the nice thing at the time of the balance We paid a flat rate of 35 euros which includes 12 coffees 4/5 bitters and 3 meloncelli. And accused several times, shouting out loud (good look with the guests who were waiting for us to say hello who heard everything 🤦) that, to make a good impression, they called 2 waiters because with 20 people one was enough, that even if it wasn't foreseen they had sent the fruit to the children as they did to the adults (when the waiter then told me that to make up for these mistakes they had given the fruit to the children) By making us pay two people who hadn't come when we were notified in person on Saturday, don't worry, the answer was! An excellent glass of bubbles. Fair and adequate price for what was received. The only flaw, but it applies to the entire San Leucio area, is the lack of an adequate number of parking spaces.

18/11/2024: I have often been to a rare osteria, I loved and appreciated their food and their wine list. But unfortunately I had a very bad experience on Saturday. The guy who works as a waiter stared at us with a challenging look the whole time, the diners and I almost felt in awe. Another table even got up, forgetting his jacket, and he nonchalantly exclaimed "What people!" like who knows what they had done. This made us feel even more under a judgmental eye, and in a non-comfortable environment. It got to the point that, even though we wanted to continue ordering food and drinks, we got up and ended the evening in another place. Environment and food are top of the range in the area, but pay extra attention to who you hire for work ;)

10/12/2024: Let's start from the fact that the service is really underfoot, little desire to work and clean the tables used by other people. Now I'll explain everything: you order and pay at the cash register, then you wait for the tray to be delivered and you find a place at the table to eat. Obviously the orders are incomplete and you often have to go back to the checkout to get the missing things. The service is like McDonald's, leaving the tables clean is common sense for those who have used them before, but if someone leaves them dirty it stays that way all the time. The area is infested with wasps, a slice of salami is enough to have all the guests at your table. Sandwiches for 7 euros with old bread and poorly stuffed, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses is satisfying. Quite panoramic but nothing special, convenient parking with a variety of offers.

18/10/2024: We arrived from Matera with the camper and had dinner in this beautiful place where they also allowed us to sleep at night with our camper. Excellent cuisine and excellent hospitality! We didn't take photos of the dishes because we were too busy enjoying them. They also make great pizzas! We were able to taste an appetizer consisting of home-produced cheeses, Genoese ziti, grilled meat and grilled provola with porcini mushrooms, all very good! Five stars with a beautiful view! Thanks again

Finally a more varied menu than the usual pub ones, even with substantial vegetarian alternatives. An extra point for civility to have sanitary pads in the bathroom

15/02/2025: Honestly, very expensive for what we ate. A small slice of fillet, requested cooked so as not to show the color of the blood, arrived dry and burnt with a "bitter" taste. (They say that burning is carcinogenic.) It alone cost a good €28! A very small beer €5. Youthful but very close environment. Staff who showed tiredness on their faces. Little professionalism and high costs.
