24/04/2025: Esperienza deludente all’Old Wild West La nostra cena all’Old Wild West è stata purtroppo un’esperienza davvero negativa. Fin dall’inizio, il servizio si è rivelato disorganizzato e poco attento. Abbiamo aspettato quasi venti minuti prima che qualcuno ci portasse il menù, e altri trenta solo per riuscire a ordinare, nonostante il locale non fosse nemmeno così pieno. Il personale è sembrato scocciato, svogliato e per nulla disponibile. Nessun sorriso, nessuna attenzione al cliente, nemmeno un minimo di cortesia. Quando finalmente è arrivato il cibo, ci siamo accorti che una delle portate era sbagliata e, come se non bastasse, un altro piatto era praticamente freddo. Abbiamo fatto notare il problema, ma ci è stato risposto con sufficienza, senza alcuna intenzione di rimediare o scusarsi. Il tutto ha contribuito a farci sentire completamente ignorati e poco considerati. È davvero un peccato, perché l’ambiente sarebbe anche carino, ma con un servizio del genere viene voglia solo di alzarsi e andarsene. Sicuramente non torneremo. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti dove, oltre a mangiare bene, si viene trattati con rispetto e professionalità.

26/04/2025: Esperienza pessima al “Pollo d’Oro”. Siamo andati in otto, fidandoci dei consigli della cameriera, che in modo poco onesto ci ha “proposto” 4 taglieri con due fettine di carne ciascuno, senza chiarire i prezzi. Risultato? Un conto assurdo di 370 euro per una semplice trattoria che non ne vale assolutamente la pena.dopo la nostra lamentela ci hanno restituito 70 euro. Qualità del cibo nella media, servizio ambiguo e totale mancanza di trasparenza. Sconsigliato: ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Mai più.

24/05/2025: Terrible experience. Closing indicated 23.00 we arrived in 2 at 22.10 and, between bad looks of the waiters, they did not seat us because they were closing. I understand that on Saturday you want to finish early but it seems excessive to me not to seat two people already 50 minutes before the actual closing.

01/06/2025: Posso dire che sono cliente abituale, ma ultimamente la qualità è scesa parecchio per non parlare dei prezzi del menu che sono saliti. In pratica anche con lo sconto vai a pagare quasi il prezzo di altri ristoranti dove la qualità è nettamente superiore.

30/05/2025: Locale quasi al completo, ma atmosfera accogliente e poco rumorosa. Cibo buono, abbiamo preso una tagliata ed un hamburger. Unica nota stonata, era pubblicizzato lo sconto del 40%, quindi la tagliata di € 20.00 doveva costare € 12.00, ed anche l'hamburger da € 13.50 doveva costare € 8.10. Invece la tagliata l'abbiamo pagata 14.40 e l'hamburger 9.00, chissà come calcolano gli sconti pubblicizzati.
