03/05/2026: I placed my order at night via drive-thru. Aside from the long wait, I got to the cashier and was told they were having trouble with ticket payments due to a change of operator and had yet to fix it for weeks. I paid by card, and it was fine. I arrived at the delivery point, but the car in front of me picked up the food after 15 minutes, only to receive the wrong order, so I waited another 10 minutes. My turn came. They delivered my order, asking for the receipt to check if everything was there and saying it was okay. So, trusting them, I went home and was missing a sandwich and chicken. It's not the first time this has happened. I would ask them to be more careful.

02/05/2026: I just left the restaurant and I have to say I found the staff to be really friendly. The cleaning guy was smiling, the gentleman who served us was also very friendly, and they were very quick in delivering our order to the table. The bathrooms were clean, and finally, the fries were crispy. I'm from the Varese province, and I'd like to see this standard maintained there too. The only negative I wasn't the only one to complain about, as several customers commented, was that the air conditioning was a bit too strong and it was cold compared to outside.
