05/04/2025: We have lunch often and even when full they know how to guarantee kindness, excellent service and quality.
The restaurant manager and the boys and girls serving at the tables are always kind and helpful.

29/03/2025: In this place you don't eat badly for a self-service restaurant, but pay attention to the receipt. The cashier had added €10 more in the count, calculating seafood and not meat dishes, when we pointed it out to her she cancelled the receipt, but on the new receipt there were still other dishes added that you didn't order. Making a mistake once is fine but we don't think it's a coincidence to persevere...

16/03/2025: We came to get a menu for the first time: very good and hot. Fairly fast service!
We came back one morning and asked for a coffee and a squeezed orange juice. Problem: orange juice is red... we're not used to it in France and we don't like it! We told the person at the Mccafé who found a solution for us and gave us a bottle of our orange juice! Thank you so much !

23/03/2025: As good as the food is, unfortunately I have to complain about the quality of the service, not even that of the waiters but of the manager of the place, run by a boy with glasses who, despite the conscience of seating 12 people at the table, ended up interrupting a dinner with friends, making it look like a reunion of thirteen year olds and reaching a shameful climax by begging us to get up and leave because "We were annoying". Just to be as detailed as possible: "IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP YOU GET UP AND YOU CAN LEAVE", even though we had been waiting for the food for practically an hour.
PS since among other things we are respectful customers, we waited for the food ordered, paid for it, and ate it at home.

31/03/2025: I was there on Saturday evening with my family but unfortunately it was very disappointing.
we waited more than an hour and a half to have three pizzas where all in all the room wasn't even full.
I won't go back there again.

30/12/2024: A great surprise. We went for a very quick lunch and that was it. Food discreetly prepared and served. However, the thing that surprised us the most were the exotic wonders on the shelves! There's everything... drinks, sweets, savory, even soaps and toothpastes. It's all a bit chaotic, you have to hold back and observe calmly, but wow, congratulations!

06/04/2025: Friendly and kind. I bought 6 takeaway pizzas and they gave me a 2 liter coke as a gift. However, the pizza dough was poorly leavened, little care or rather haste in the baking. By improving this point, the quality improves significantly

31/08/2024: Unterschiedlicher kann ein Service nicht sein! Vor zwei Wochen war ich dort schon einmal essen - das Essen war okay - der Service okay.
Heute war alles unter allen Erwartungen…
Bestelltes Essen wurde trotz zweimaliger Nachbestellung nicht gebracht, der Service unhöflich und überhaupt nicht einsichtig, als man darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat. Im Gegenteil! Man wurde angepöbelt, dass man kein Italienisch spricht und die Servicekraft gab sich als Chef des Restaurants aus - wollte jedoch ihren Namen nicht Preis geben… Wenn das die Chefin des Bunker Restaurants ist, dann bin ich echt schockiert!
Sie gab an, dass es mein Problem ist, wenn ich mich nicht auf italienisch verständlich machen kann… Ich spreche 4 Sprachen - so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!
