02/11/2025: I have to admit: I love McDonald's, even though I shouldn't. There are always interesting new additions to the menu, and my favorite remains the Filet-O-Fish... too bad they don't sell it after 11 pm! But there are also some weaknesses: the fries are often cold and become truly inedible, and more than once they've forgotten napkins or sauces. We almost always get drive-thru, so I don't know what the service is like inside, but takeout leaves a bit to be desired. Two stars less only because eating greasy, cold fries without even a napkin isn't exactly the best.

31/10/2025: Very slow service. 30 minute wait for a snack.

19/10/2025: Frozen juices, not natural, at a very, very expensive price. I made the mistake of not going to Starbucks or Bubble Tea, which are below the station. I left disappointed.

06/10/2025: Been here 3 times since being in Florence, coffee is okay, made from a machine but honestly just fine if you want a quick pit stop. But stay away from the food, the croissant was kinda dry but tasted good and the muffin i had on my last visit was inedible

09/11/2025: A McFlurry without sauces? For 5 euros? Are we completely crazy or what? Outrageous prices and terrible service, we're going back to Spain.

02/11/2025: I came to the station at 6:40 after that, I ordered my order by deciding 6 49 PM and my train were at 6:57 ordering the food. I talked with the cashier guy about the situation which is I’m rushing. I asked for help. Usually the thing I ordered will be ready for more than five minutes because I ordered a lot, but they helped me together and I was able to catch my train too at the time. Thank you for the service.

08/11/2025: They almost always get the orders wrong

06/11/2025: The food is good, but it's the umpteenth time an item has been missing from the order. They won't refund me because they say I didn't check to make sure everything was there. In the past, I never had to check to make sure everything was there because I've never had problems with orders at other McDonald's locations, but at this one in Como-Tavernola, you always have to check to make sure they haven't forgotten anything. If you don't do this, you're the one who loses if the order is incomplete. People don't have the time or inclination to check to make sure everything is there. If you can't guarantee me good service, I won't come again.

11/10/2025: I'm very sorry to have to write this review. I often come to the Megaló shopping center, and the vast majority of my meals are at this restaurant, which I really like and have always had a great experience. Today, around 2:15/30 PM, my boyfriend and I went here for lunch, and instead of the usual friendly atmosphere, we found only rudeness. We politely said hello as soon as we arrived, but the waitress didn't respond. Then, as we waited near the tables for someone to come and talk to us to see if we could sit down, the waitress, in an annoyed tone and without, once again, even saying a hello, simply said, "Are you waiting outside at the entrance?" Needless to say, we were truly disappointed! It would have been enough to speak to us and ask us to move in a slightly more polite and courteous manner (perhaps even simply using the words "Good morning," "Thank you," and "You're welcome."). Nothing like this had ever happened before today, and all the staff had always treated us kindly. What a shame.

22/04/2025: Fast service, even on a Saturday evening at 7pm and with the place full, excellent food, large car park and average prices. We had dinner there before an evening at the fanin theater in San Giovanni in Persiceto, which was very tactical

15/10/2025: American Graffiti is for those who love American-style donut sandwiches, but they also serve delicious chicken or beef steaks with lettuce and excellent fries. Fast service and good prices.

09/11/2025: Really poor experience, from the service to the food. Regarding the service, they lost my order. As for the food, it was all cold. Of all the KFC restaurants, this is the only one that disappointed me.

19/10/2025: Desire to work was zero because the shop assistant, instead of serving me, preferred to take the pizza with her hands and put it in the box and then told her colleague to take it home and eat it with the relatives instead of selling me cigarettes, saying she was closed.

18/10/2025: At 9 PM on Saturday night, we were literally kicked out without being able to finish our pizza. When we asked to finish our order, the staff threatened to call security if we didn't leave immediately. Such rudeness, I've never seen before. I hope those in charge take action. Never again!

10/10/2025: Rude and expensive for what they offer, which is supermarket products. I should add that they LITERALLY kicked us out even though it wasn't even close to closing time. Go to one of the other 300 bars in this area.

26/09/2025: Going to bars for a drink is trendy, and since the nightlife is now a daily occurrence, you have to protect yourself from other bars because if you come at 11 pm, 8 of you order 14 drinks and only get peanuts and chips. Sorry, no. I'm giving the service 5 stars because the red-haired girl was really nice, the cocktails were really good, but for the appetizers👎

03/10/2025: The burger was delicious, with excellent meat and a nice side of fries. The beer was good, served at the perfect temperature. The prices were also below average compared to similar places. I was completely satisfied, and I'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: I'm Mexican, the food is good, but they're missing hot sauce. They have tomato-style salsa in a covered jar for 1 euro. Chopped onions. Corn tortillas. There are flour tortillas, 2 tortillas for 1 euro. If it's a Mexican-style restaurant, it's missing several things.

04/10/2025: How to ruin a brand's name. I've eaten at KFC in many parts of the world, including a few in Italy, and this is the worst. I've always loved KFC for its crispy, juicy chicken. Every time I go here, I try to give it a second chance, but the chicken is always reheated, never crispy, and therefore stringy. You've managed to make me go to McDonald's instead of my favorite fast food joint. I understand the confusion and all that, but what KFC doesn't have confusion? Shameful.

03/10/2025: The chicken was good and hot, I can't say the same about the rest of the hotdog, for having paid 10€ for a sandwich that was smaller than my hand, with chips and a drink, unfortunately I have to say that it's not worth it, as you can see the cheese was completely raw and the bread was not any less
