19/06/2025: Nice and well-kept Ludopub, with a wide selection of games and many different events, in the heart of San Lorenzo. Excellent selection of beers and tasty sandwiches; the staff is kind and helpful, and in no way exploited or mistreated. I would also like to point out that the owner is absolutely not a psychopath or an alcoholic. Recommended.

17/12/2025: Excellent service from Arthur! I came with a friend for her birthday (she got a free 212 burger). The fries were very good. The veggie burger was rather bland; it needed a sauce.

10/12/2025: The service is very good and pleasant. Especially Arthur, who gave us welcoming and a friendly service. Best service we had in Milano. Five stars to the service! The food on the other hand was so so.. Fries were good, the burger patty was of a grey color and of a strange texture.. 2 stars.

14/12/2025: We were there this evening at 10:20 PM, six of us with children. We wanted to be in the nursery. It's inconceivable that they wouldn't let us in, saying they were already cleaning the room. I'm appealing to the owner. I'm waiting, because it'll be hard to continue if the employees make customers leave instead of seating them. Have a good evening.

27/12/2025: Fantastic experience! The place is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere. The sandwiches and pizzas are excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the prices are in the low-to-medium range, excellent value. The evening was made special by a torchlight procession that lit up all the tables, creating a magical atmosphere. Then we got up to dance, even on our chairs! The service was quick, courteous, and efficient: they took our orders right away, and the food arrived in no time. An experience I highly recommend—I'll definitely be back!

13/01/2026: I ate after browsing the shops at Epiphany. The dishes were generous and tasty, and the hamburger was good, even if the meat was a bit tough.

14/01/2026: Terrible experience at Eppol Milano, bordering on the absurd. The waiter was incredibly, shockingly rude, with a completely gratuitous and unjustified attitude. His tone was arrogant, his responses curt, his manners lacking, and his unwillingness to do his job. Passive-aggressive behavior completely ruined my afternoon. The situation reached the ridiculous point when, after pointing out that his behavior was completely out of place, he even pretended to be the restaurant manager. Embarrassing. If you had no intention of being a waiter, perhaps you should make another choice in life. A level of rudeness rarely encountered, especially in a restaurant that claims to have a certain standing. We felt uncomfortable from start to finish, as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant, completely disconnected from both the service and the quality. The icing on the cake: a swarm of flies and midges stuck under the dessert plates on the bar counter, a detail that speaks for itself. An experience to forget. I absolutely do not recommend it.

01/01/2026: The bar is fantastic, with a great cocktail menu and excellent service. The background music is also great.

19/01/2026: The sandwiches and fries are good, with decent portions. I also tried the smash burger and found the meat overcooked/dry, but otherwise, I'd say the sandwich combinations are excellent. Average-high prices.

05/01/2026: Be very careful when ordering takeout from this restaurant. They always take your money from delivery apps (since they self-manage deliveries with their own riders). So even in the event of a service disruption, delays of more than 3 hours, or orders never delivered, you'll never see your money back. And if you call the restaurant for an explanation, hours between calls, they'll always tell you (from the first calls to the last) "we're leaving now," so the blame for not waiting long enough always falls on you and you don't deserve a refund.
