28/01/2026: Guests for a children's birthday party It serves its purpose, neither good nor bad. It's quite noisy, but the children's play area is interesting, although it's very chaotic. It would be helpful to remove/turn off the touchscreen monitors/video games... the children get enthralled and don't go to play in the play area... it's hard to tear them away.

28/01/2026: Just picked up, terrible experience at the McD Drive-Thru. In the bag, I found a sandwich completely opened, drinks completely spilled, and a Happy Meal completely opened. A total lack of attention and respect for the customer. Unacceptable.

04/02/2026: I always like to come back and get comfortable on the reclining chairs and enjoy a good film, but having added the games room and with some tastings at the bar if you have to wait for the film to start, here the time passes quickly and it's nice.

03/02/2026: Recently renovated (it's about time!). There are many rooms with sound systems finally fixed, and the choice to open on Sunday mornings at reasonable prices is also excellent.

03/02/2026: I was here last week, and since it wasn't a weekend, we went right in. The place isn't very big, so if you go on the weekend, there will be a long wait. As soon as we were seated, they immediately served us drinks, followed by appetizers. The fries were good, but the meatballs were a real plus. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the sweet potatoes; they were too thin. The baked potatoes with porchetta were also appreciated. We also had pulled pork meatballs, which were average. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant surprise with the sandwich. I ordered a smash, and I expected anything but for them to split the sandwich and grill the insides... unfortunately, I was really disappointed because the insides of the sandwich and the ingredients were burned. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place was well-kept, and the bathrooms are very clean. I hope to return soon to improve my review :)

A wonderful cinnamon scent permeates the place, with seating both inside and out, fast service, and competitive prices (from €3.50 to €6). Delicious, hot, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with toppings that make them even better 😍

02/02/2026: Always clean and tidy. We ordered everything to go, and the staff packed everything with the utmost care, each item in its own packaging and box, and everything was incredibly delicious.

22/01/2026: Disgraceful. Eating dinner on January 22nd in the cold for half an hour because they were unloading and didn't have the decency to even close the door. We asked the staff, and they told us we couldn't because they were unloading.

14/02/2026: We booked a table in the early afternoon. When we got there, we were told to sit next to the kids. The receptionist made you lose two customers. Goodbye, or I hope not.

19/01/2026: The sandwich was delicious, as were the spicy fries. We arrived half an hour before closing, and the manager greeted us and served us promptly. The price was reasonable, though it was a shame about the coffee. I'm still happy and satisfied, and I'll be back when I pass through Cremona again.

01/11/2025: Excellent burgers with fresh ingredients and just the right amount. Reasonably priced. It's a shame the place is cold (the heating was off on October 30th) and you can only choose one draft beer and two bottled ones, while the rest were sold out.

17/10/2025: I've known it for three years now, I've had lunch there several times after class at university, and I even decided to celebrate my graduation there (€15 each): they were very kind, the food was plentiful and delicious! Thanks again!!❤️

11/01/2026: We stopped for a cappuccino with a topping, ordered piping hot and served just warm and without any toppings; we had to reheat it. It's a shame because we like the blend used at McCafé, but the service was lacking this time. We'll only go back to the usual place, which has never let us down.

11/01/2026: I go there to get sandwiches at least once a month, and now, despite the increased prices, you even have to pay for the bag with the handles separately. I didn't get it; they gave me the sandwiches in a regular bag, which is fine, but the drinks were handed to me without straws or napkins. Plus, the burgers were cold and burned, and I won't even tell you what condition the bacon was in. They're going downhill fast. I'll try the burger king.

06/10/2025: A new venue with spacious spaces, tasteful decor, and good distance between tables. Friendly staff and fast service. The food is of the quality of a restaurant.

02/01/2026: A huge disappointment, the meat was cold and you could clearly see it had been reheated. The bread was harder than a rock, so to get over our frustration, we joked and slammed it against the table, and I can honestly say you could have broken it. The waitress came over and threw our drinks on the table with the utmost disgust. A very unpleasant experience, I recommend you go to any other restaurant and avoid this one. Initially, I wondered why it was so empty. In any case, shame on you, and you know where to put that €80!

02/01/2026: Location ok. Poor value for money: too high considering the quality of the food. Room temperature ok, noise ok, living space ok. Service inadequate: they try hard, but the waiters on duty that day were too "immature." Would I return? No. There are better options in the area at a lower price.

01/02/2026: I don't usually write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to. Three of us entered the restaurant at 8:10 PM. We ordered two Legend menus for €19.90 (including Tex-Mex, a side of fries, and a drink) and one "All You Can Eat" ribs for €12. The main problem was that neither when ordering nor when paying were we informed that the app was required to take advantage of the All You Can Eat offer. We were never given this information. As for the two Tex-Mex dishes (we're regulars), they were served significantly smaller than usual, but we let that slide. The person who ordered the All You Can Eat ribs had to wait about 30 minutes for each course (three in total), making the wait over an hour and a half. The ribs, in addition to the wait, arrived cold and burned. When we got to the checkout, we weren't even told about the All You Can Eat app issue. The total bill was €94 for three people, a figure that left us quite perplexed. Checking the receipt, we discovered that the ribs had been charged individually: €17.90 for the first, €16.90 for the second, and €16.90 for the third, for a total of €51.70 for just the ribs, instead of the €12 offer. We pointed out the error to the manager, and they refunded our money, but with an extremely rude, annoyed, and disrespectful attitude. It's true that the customer isn't always right, and we probably could have been more careful, but no one should be treated condescendingly or like a pauper, especially after such a glaring lack of communication. A truly disappointing experience, not so much for the error itself, but for the management and the way we were treated.

31/01/2026: Nice steakhouse in American style. Wide variety of steaks and hamburgers, with really nice french fries. The meat dishes are good but not really special, generally speaking, especially with respect to the past. The presentation is amazing in the menu, less in the dish. Nice people, quick and kind service.

21/12/2025: Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out. The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there. If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope! PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!

09/12/2025: Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package. I asked for a burger. Silence. I repeated burger. More silence. Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!” Breakthrough. I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention. I asked for salt. Non comprendere. I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere. Chemistry fails again. To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns. Food: fine. Service: unforgettable. Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

04/03/2026: We go there every time we're in Perugia. The girl in the dining room was knowledgeable and very courteous. We talked about a new dish, which was good, but the one they replaced was better. She appreciated the opinion and didn't charge for it. 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

24/02/2026: I came for lunch this morning, and the place was fairly empty. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. It was a shame it was so cold inside and the wait was so short, since I'd ordered a mixed taco as an appetizer and hadn't even finished it before the sandwich arrived, making me feel like they were trying to send me away as quickly as possible. I would have preferred to finish my appetizer slowly, so as to feel more welcome.

17/12/2025: Excellent service from Arthur! I came with a friend for her birthday (she got a free 212 burger). The fries were very good. The veggie burger was rather bland; it needed a sauce.

10/12/2025: The service is very good and pleasant. Especially Arthur, who gave us welcoming and a friendly service. Best service we had in Milano. Five stars to the service! The food on the other hand was so so.. Fries were good, the burger patty was of a grey color and of a strange texture.. 2 stars.
