21/12/2025: Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out. The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there. If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope! PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!

09/12/2025: Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package. I asked for a burger. Silence. I repeated burger. More silence. Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!” Breakthrough. I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention. I asked for salt. Non comprendere. I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere. Chemistry fails again. To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns. Food: fine. Service: unforgettable. Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

The bill was also quite steep given the location, which is effectively a trattoria. Five of us ordered three appetizers, two first courses, three second courses with three side dishes, half a bottle of house wine, three coffees, and three liqueurs, for a total of over €30 each...

The service was appalling, and the cashier's explanations confused us as to how to get a burger and fries menu item. She also refused to refill a burger order (which we hadn't initially received) even though we had our student IDs.

Besides the food, which is always good and consistent with the chain's quality, what really makes the difference is the organization and customer service. A special thanks to the manager, Federico: you can tell when someone truly cares about their job. Present, kind, and always available, he manages everything with great professionalism without compromising the customer experience. Fast service, a refined setting, and a consistently pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

The place is welcoming, the food excellent and carefully prepared, but what really made the difference was the impeccable management of the manager.
