09/03/2026: I celebrated my thirtieth birthday for lunch yesterday at Lap Station, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was simply perfect. ​The food is excellent and the atmosphere is just right, but the real added value of the place is the staff. Special thanks go to Gervasio, the owner: a man of rare kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. He looked after us with impeccable attention, taking care of every detail and making us feel truly "at home." ​It's hard to find such a successful blend of quality and human warmth these days. I extend my sincerest compliments to Gervasio, to Nicoletta for the wonderful preparation, and to the entire team for their excellent work. Thank you for making this milestone so special! ​Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: The appetizers are mediocre and of poor quality, the dessert selection is almost nonexistent, and above all, they're expensive!!! Be careful, to make you leave your table on Sunday evenings, the waiter will take your glass while you're still drinking...

13/09/2025: Ironically, the worst aspect of the place is the bathroom, which, given the volume of customers in a fast food restaurant, is always guaranteed to be dirty. However, aside from the wait, which was indeed quite long (it was peak time anyway), at least half an hour, the quality is 100% worth it, both for the fries and the burgers, and the prices are extremely competitive. Recommendation

01/11/2025: Excellent burgers with fresh ingredients and just the right amount. Reasonably priced. It's a shame the place is cold (the heating was off on October 30th) and you can only choose one draft beer and two bottled ones, while the rest were sold out.

17/10/2025: I've known it for three years now, I've had lunch there several times after class at university, and I even decided to celebrate my graduation there (€15 each): they were very kind, the food was plentiful and delicious! Thanks again!!❤️

21/12/2025: Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out. The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there. If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope! PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!

09/12/2025: Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package. I asked for a burger. Silence. I repeated burger. More silence. Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!” Breakthrough. I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention. I asked for salt. Non comprendere. I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere. Chemistry fails again. To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns. Food: fine. Service: unforgettable. Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

06/10/2025: A new venue with spacious spaces, tasteful decor, and good distance between tables. Friendly staff and fast service. The food is of the quality of a restaurant.

17/12/2025: Excellent service from Arthur! I came with a friend for her birthday (she got a free 212 burger). The fries were very good. The veggie burger was rather bland; it needed a sauce.

10/12/2025: The service is very good and pleasant. Especially Arthur, who gave us welcoming and a friendly service. Best service we had in Milano. Five stars to the service! The food on the other hand was so so.. Fries were good, the burger patty was of a grey color and of a strange texture.. 2 stars.

09/07/2025: Everything, except the modern chairs, is reminiscent of a trattoria from the 60s and 70s. The mess at the entrance is just decorative, but not annoying. 🤷🏻 Walls with really dated paint, with cobwebs everywhere.... This also serves as decor and makes the place look antique. 🤔 Sturdy tables of unique beauty. 👍 If they served water in ceramic jugs instead of plastic bottles, it would be wonderful. Only thing: at 1:00 PM, a filthy bathroom with an unpleasant smell, and that's not antiquity... 😔 Price: for 1 liter of water, tagliatelle with meat sauce, cotoletta alla petroniana with side dish, a coffee and bread/cover charge €25.00, a bit pricey for lunch 💸

25/02/2026: The food is good, as is the service, if you can afford it. Arriving at 2:05 PM and being told the kitchen is closed is the death knell for a restaurant. If the closing time is 2:30 PM, you absolutely cannot hear that. Then you're surprised that the sushi places are always full despite the countless reservations.

04/03/2026: There's always some problem, sometimes they forget some things from the order. Sometimes the fries are half the price. But I have to say that when you're at the drive-thru and complain, the guys are always kind and courteous. And they always try to make up for it, like the guy named Luca, if I'm not mistaken. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

24/02/2026: The meat quality was average-low. The chicken slice in the McKenzie steak completely covered the arugula and wilted cherry tomatoes. The €2 cover charge per person consisted of a "promotional placemat" inviting you to download the app for, among other benefits, a €5 discount on your first purchase. After downloading the app, I checked the cashier, but there was no sign of the €5 voucher. Finally, the price per dish is fair, but I honestly can't justify the €2 cover charge for what's on offer.

23/02/2026: We had the all-you-can-eat ribs. They arrived cold, unappealing, and limp. The service was slow, inattentive, and indifferent. It's a shame, because it was a regular event we enjoyed. I don't think we'll repeat the experience.

14/02/2026: First time going and I really enjoyed it. The food was good and well-cooked. We were served within 20 minutes of ordering. The staff were really kind and courteous, professional, and smiling. Pleasant atmosphere.

12/10/2025: Want a freshly baked dessert in the center of Caserta? Then this is for you! A wonderful cinnamon scent permeates the place, with seating both inside and out, fast service, and competitive prices (from €3.50 to €6). Delicious, hot, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with toppings that make them even better 😍

25/02/2026: We went to Arosio's restaurant for the warm welcome from Giulia and Graziano, and the fast and attentive service. Not so good for the changes to the menu, which removed the fajitas, my husband's favorite dish! Compliments to Graziano and Giulia: spectacular!!! 👏👏👏👏

18/02/2026: A negative experience. The service was slow and inattentive, with disorganized and unhelpful staff. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par: the chicken was undercooked and the sandwich was dry, with an overall disappointing taste. Being used to this chain, I definitely expected higher quality. Furthermore, when paying, they didn't accept my meal vouchers, despite the restaurant being listed as a member on the Edenred app. We were told they only accepted them at lunchtime, which I found unclear. This creates an inconvenience for the customer right when it comes time to settle the bill. Overall, an experience I wouldn't recommend.
