18/05/2026: Last night I had two glasses of wine. Last night and this morning I felt terrible, with acid reflux and tachycardia.
What kind of wine is this?
Since a glass costs €8, you could at least serve a quality one.
I won't be going back.
02/05/2026: A wonderful restaurant where we went every night. Each dish was a delight and generous. The atmosphere is magical, the staff are very welcoming, smiling, lovely, and highly professional.
Their success is not surprising and is well deserved.

30/07/2025: We returned last night for the second time. The girl who welcomed and served us was very kind and friendly. The dishes were generous, and the fries were crispy. The quality/price ratio was excellent.

27/01/2026: At 8 pm, I wanted to try this restaurant, so popular and with excellent reviews, which offers specials for university students. The service was appalling, and the cashier's explanations confused us as to how to get a burger and fries menu item. She also refused to refill a burger order (which we hadn't initially received) even though we had our student IDs.

05/06/2026: For God's sake... the owner has an uncommon antipathy. Not just once, which can happen, but three times. They've counted two beers and it's annoying to even list which ones. Nothing to do with the old management, the place is still nice but why has it remained the same... maybe it's closing down?
28/05/2026: Very nice pub with a family atmosphere. The fried foods and sandwiches are good. We'll be back.

The wait times are reasonable.

04/05/2026: I've been to Old Wild West several times and have always had a great experience, but this time I want to give a special mention. Besides the food, which is always good and consistent with the chain's quality, what really makes the difference is the organization and customer service.
A special thanks to the manager, Federico: you can tell when someone truly cares about their job. Present, kind, and always available, he manages everything with great professionalism without compromising the customer experience.
Fast service, a refined setting, and a consistently pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!
03/05/2026: A truly excellent experience in every way. The place is welcoming, the food excellent and carefully prepared, but what really made the difference was the impeccable management of the manager.
Always smiling and ready to accommodate our every request, he was extremely helpful and attentive, helping to make the atmosphere even more pleasant. You can clearly sense the passion he puts into his work and his ability to manage the staff with great professionalism.
My sincere compliments for the quality of service and attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

13/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because it won't even allow zero. Incompetent! The fries were all scattered all over the tray, and not to mention they even put a sandwich instead of nuggets! Oh, what else can I say... I've never seen such rude staff! The one in Marghera is better.
10/06/2026: These mornings I went for breakfast, and the two guys (Manuela and Ciro) were very nice and helpful.
The price for breakfast was very reasonable (€1.90 for a coffee and croissant).

02/04/2026: When you're looking for a kebab far from the center of Catania in a small town like Aci Castello perched on the sea, you have to go to Shakira.
08/03/2026: We arrived here guided by the smell wafting from the waterfront. Upon entering, we noticed a strong armpit odor, which only made everything tastier.
The kebab was sliced very thinly, and for our taste, it wasn't very spicy, but very delicate and still good.
The service was quick.
Recommended!

26/04/2026: I sat for more than thirty minutes without anyone taking an order. I asked several times but no one gave me an answer and they didn't even ask about the time for the drink. I would say it was unacceptable and the staff were rude. I live in Chieri but I won't set foot in that place again.
25/04/2026: from such a refined restaurant that boasts of such high quality meat, to get a rib steak cooked incorrectly is shameful: meat cooked undercooked at a low temperature, totally spongy and inedible.

The location, unfortunately, feels like a bar, but as for the food, there's a limited selection of meats to choose from, and it's definitely more focused on burgers than grilled or specially cooked meats. In the end, I opted for a slow-cooked ribs burger, which wasn't bad, but unfortunately, it was full of tough meat, which was obviously unpleasant. Overall, it's not bad, but coming from a 30-minute drive, I wouldn't come back here on purpose. It's a shame, because the idea of a real smokehouse wouldn't have been bad!
07/02/2026: The #1 dish I recommend is the Mad Combo, if you want a 360° smoked BBQ experience.
