08/04/2026: On Saturday we went to eat at the restaurant. I was immediately struck by the atmosphere, truly beautifully done, but excuse these no-gos... the big screen on Channel 5 and the techno music have nothing to do with the place. So, big screen, you show 50s movies and the music, what's better than Elvis? Anyway, the service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes for two hamburgers, and it seemed like there were problems at the other tables too. If the restaurant is full, I tell the waitresses not to stop and look at their phones, and not to flirt with the police who come in for a coffee :) Please remove the cheesecake from the menu...it was jelly. Too bad, with a few little things, it would have been a lovely evening.

30/03/2026: I went to this place for a birthday party during a Max Pezzali cover night. A singer similar to him and his band livened up the dinner by performing the artist's cult songs. He really captivated the diners in a very beautiful, festive atmosphere, but I had to mime over the deafening music, wanting to exchange a few words with my neighbor. It was obviously a bit unwelcoming given the nature of the evening, but since I was sitting at the last table in the restaurant, I was hoping to be able to understand my neighbor's conversation a little better. That said, it was a pleasant evening with a very flirtatious yet professional waiter who took orders when an ordered dish didn't arrive. The quality of the dishes was good, but the grilled vegetables served on the side arrived frozen, a clear sign they were frozen and then served. A bit of a letdown. Overall, however, the waitresses in 1950s-style attire and the decor of the place make it truly unique and special. Recommended for the overall experience.

16/09/2025: This American-style restaurant offers a wide selection of burgers with crazy combinations. The menu features the classic burger with cheddar lava, and they provide gloves and a bib! I chose the smash burger, where you can choose how many smashes you want to put inside, and then the inevitable cheddar, caramelized onion, and sauce. The meat was a bit tough, lacking that golden, flavorful crust, so no Maillard reaction. Despite this, the burger was very good. The fries were generously portioned, which we appreciated. The cover charge is €2, but they leave a lot of Heinz sauce packets on the table. The only downside: the location of the restaurant is quite out of the way and in an area without anything nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. I loved it, I'll be back!

15/02/2026: The food is delicious, as always, at all the Roadhouses. At this specific restaurant in the chain, which I've been frequenting for a short time, I was very pleased with the temperature of the food when it was brought to the table (I've had the ribs served to me at other places, but they've been quite cold) and with the kindness of the staff, who are always very attentive to customer satisfaction. Maybe it's because they're young and believe in what they do. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

03/04/2026: I've been going to this place since it opened. In my opinion, the quality/price ratio and the service provided by the staff were a 5, but over the years there has been a general decline. It's not just a matter of this location, but of the entire Old Wild West chain. The portions are smaller and the prices have gone up. However, the BBQ ribs are excellent and in my opinion it's still worth eating here. Plus, the BBQ and OWW sauces make the already tender and flavorful meat very tasty and appetizing. The location is certainly always a highlight, aesthetically pleasing, and it's always a pleasant environment, a great place to chat with friends, even when it's packed.

01/11/2025: Excellent burgers with fresh ingredients and just the right amount. Reasonably priced. It's a shame the place is cold (the heating was off on October 30th) and you can only choose one draft beer and two bottled ones, while the rest were sold out.

17/10/2025: I've known it for three years now, I've had lunch there several times after class at university, and I even decided to celebrate my graduation there (€15 each): they were very kind, the food was plentiful and delicious! Thanks again!!❤️

03/02/2026: I frequent this place both with colleagues and in my free time. The variety of their menu doesn't compromise the quality of the food. A welcome addition in recent years are the "spadellate," tasty one-pot dishes with the right balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. Very friendly staff.

07/01/2026: On December 27, 2025, we booked a table for nine people at 8:00 PM. We wanted to try a "good" pizza for friends who had never been there, confident we wouldn't disappoint them, given our previous positive experience. We arrived at 8:00 PM sharp and ordered after a few minutes, but the pizzas didn't arrive until 10:00 PM. The worst part was that the order of arrival wasn't respected: we repeatedly saw tables occupied after ours served with the same type of order (pizza). This made the wait even more incomprehensible and frustrating. We repeatedly asked for explanations, but never received a concrete answer: we were simply reassured every half hour by the statement that "we were next." A huge disappointment. The quality of the pizza is good and the staff is quite friendly, but such poor service, with unacceptable wait times and no respect for the order of arrival, inevitably means we won't choose this place again. A real shame!

30/03/2026: A vintage place with amazing sandwiches! Really delicious. I had the special Halloween sandwich and it was truly excellent, as were the veggie fries. I don't recommend the three-chocolate cake, however; it's definitely packaged, dry, and not particularly good. Returned after a year, and I can confirm the deliciousness of the sandwiches and especially the sweet potato fries. I recommend the key lime pie, truly delicious. It's a shame I came to try the deep dish pizza and it was no longer available.

11/03/2026: The burger from '212 Burger' was a fantastic birthday present! The best burger I've ever eaten. Perfect quality and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, respectful and full of energy.

09/07/2025: Everything, except the modern chairs, is reminiscent of a trattoria from the 60s and 70s. The mess at the entrance is just decorative, but not annoying. 🤷🏻 Walls with really dated paint, with cobwebs everywhere.... This also serves as decor and makes the place look antique. 🤔 Sturdy tables of unique beauty. 👍 If they served water in ceramic jugs instead of plastic bottles, it would be wonderful. Only thing: at 1:00 PM, a filthy bathroom with an unpleasant smell, and that's not antiquity... 😔 Price: for 1 liter of water, tagliatelle with meat sauce, cotoletta alla petroniana with side dish, a coffee and bread/cover charge €25.00, a bit pricey for lunch 💸

12/04/2026: I've come here at various times and on various days. Unfortunately, sometimes I've run out of food or the wait times are incredibly long. Even today, we waited over 20 minutes, with the order sitting halfway on the counter, with no one to take care of it. When I asked what had happened to the order, the answer was that the sandwiches were back and that... If it had been cancelled by mistake, I understand that on Sundays there are more customers and perhaps fewer staff, but at this point they should be covering more. I don't think we'll be back.

12/04/2026: As soon as we ate, the staff was absent, you practically had to beg to be served, the food was of average to low quality, after going to the cashier to offer the free coffee promotion, the employee made many rounds, he wanted to see my review, poor wifi throughout the shopping centre, in the end I had to go to another restaurant for a coffee, I will definitely never return, I do not recommend the place, unless someone supervises the staff and improves the attention to the public.

10/04/2026: Outrageous prices. A wrap with half a lettuce leaf, microscopic bacon, and two pieces of minced meat costs €12. A 33cl chilli lemon peroni costs €4.50, and they even charge a €2 service charge. Total €18.50 for one person. Are you kidding?

22/03/2026: Everything was excellent, the only flaw was too many dogs. I'm a dog lover, but in a place where there are so many people, even less so.

21/03/2026: You can't eat with a huge, full-wall screen just a few inches away flashing at you!!! If I have to eat, I eat and talk... period. NO, REMOVE IT!!!

07/04/2026: What can I say? The most chic I've ever seen. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. The location wasn't exactly MC-esque, but the people were different. Hahaha. Much better than other restaurants and pizzerias around it. I recommend trying it. Very nice.
