25/05/2025: The double Toro Seduto burger Totally dry and tasteless for 15 euros, it's not worth it at all. Terrible.

24/05/2025: Terrible experience. Closing indicated 23.00 we arrived in 2 at 22.10 and, between bad looks of the waiters, they did not seat us because they were closing. I understand that on Saturday you want to finish early but it seems excessive to me not to seat two people already 50 minutes before the actual closing.

31/05/2025: Honeymooned a couple years ago almost. Atmosphere was excellent, the burger was divine, the prices were great...both times I went. Of all of the places we went out to, this is 1 of only 2 places that got more than one trip, the next was a gelato place near Castel Del Ovo. Incredibly authentic American style burger.

14/04/2025: EXCELLENT SANDWICH!!!! Excellent fresh and well cooked ingredients. Chicken sandwich was delicious with the chicken cutlet very fresh and crunchy. Creamy and soft cheeseburger. Next time I would definitely order the BOX BURGER again!

01/05/2025: If I could I would give zero stars. We ordered for home delivery (unfortunately, otherwise I would have sent the dish back). My burger arrived raw and therefore inedible from a food safety point of view (and this is not a question of personal taste, but of food safety guidelines). Once we contacted us to ask for a refund, we were first told that they would refund us only part of the price of the product (giving the justification that only that was the sandwich price), once we contested the response (providing screenshots of the order in which the price of the single sandwich was clearly visible) and after various discussions as if we were negotiating the refund, our request for a refund for the full and total price of the sandwich was finally accepted. However, a few hours later, an email arrives telling us that the request cannot be accepted, with an apology attached. It's not about €16 reimbursement (which isn't a lot anyway), but it's about principles. Consumer protection and care is increasingly non-existent, especially in these large chains. You can't joke with people's health, especially in such a delicate field as catering. We are increasingly moving towards the tendency to make the customer feel almost "guilty", as if he had made a mistake in trusting or turning to a particular chain rather than another or rather than preferring small family-run establishments. It's simply shameful.

19/06/2025: There is nothing really Irish about this place other than the phony decor. The food was ok but way overpriced. The service was horrible. The staff are useless. Literally, they should fire everybody and start over. There was this tall guy bouncer walking around thinking he was some kind of tough guy. It's such a joke. However, dopey tourists, such as myself, still stop by? The worst thing is the place was filthy. I had a look at the kitchen when walking by and immediately regretted eating. Do not use the bathroom unless you want to walk through a puddle of urine. I only gave a second star because at least the beer was cold.

19/06/2025: This is the most beautiful Irish Pub in Rome. Friendly staff and very good beer. 10 out of 10. In the photo is only half of it, having two “rooms”.

11/05/2025: The appetizer tray is not worth it, fries from the freezer are disgusting, olives and onions in one bowl, but perhaps our experience is below average for beer.

10/06/2025: We ask to have lunch with two egg and chicken salads offered by the menu. Eggs and chicken are the main ingredients. They don't have eggs but they don't tell us when we order so we can choose something else. They prepare them without eggs and tell us when they bring them to the table. At that point there was little we could do. Too bad. Ps obviously list price despite missing ingredient.....too bad....

31/05/2025: raw meat, cutlery and other things "slammed on the table", broom passed next to during dinner. I understood why this place has decayed
