01/08/2026: We were here for a birthday party. We started with a spitz with a platter, followed by a trio of tartare di spumante, which I'd say was excellent, especially the one with caramelized onions. Then came the linguine with zucchini pesto and a truly delicious burrata. Finally, we finished with stuffed peaches, which I rarely, if ever, find in restaurants—delicious. The waitress who looked after us was truly excellent, even though there were a large group of us. She managed to accommodate our requests and was always kind. This is a place I'd recommend for any dinner, even a romantic one, where you can enjoy it under soft lighting.

13/08/2026: Meat was cold, and the baked potatoes were old, raw, and reheated! The cash register wasn't working. They even forgot the dishes in the kitchen! A truly terrible experience! 😥😥

05/08/2026: I've always considered Old Wild West a superior fast food restaurant compared to the usual suspects, but I must sadly say that the quality of service and products has declined dramatically in recent years. Unjustified price increases, inferior ingredients, smaller portions, and increasingly poor service. I'm still giving it 3 stars because of the emotional connection and the many times I've been there, but unfortunately, it's not what it used to be.

26/07/2026: I'm sorry I can't give less than one star, otherwise I would have! It's been a while since I've been here, but I don't remember such small, low-quality sandwiches for a €16 menu. Burger King is far better. We ordered three menus, all of which were small and nothing special, and a children's menu. The service was extremely slow and poorly organized. We managed to order the ice cream included with the menu and an Alaskan sundae almost half an hour after we'd finished eating. There was no one in sight, and there were only three tables with people. Finally, a guy came over and told us we didn't have to ask him... and we started waiting again. We finally ordered, and he arrived after 15 minutes, but we noticed the waiter's face. He saw us and clearly remembered us; he brought us practically melted ice creams. Absolutely sad. So, three sandwiches, a children's menu, a vanished Coke, and a water for the modest sum of €70. And thank goodness I had the free Alaska Cup. We'll never go again.

24/07/2026: We had dinner tonight for 6 people, waited 1 hour for a sandwich, hadn't been for a year, very small portions, halved sandwich, must they be in crisis? Prices have increased, I won't be returning

31/07/2026: Great restaurant where the meat is truly delicious!! This is the second time I've been here with my family in 15 days. Like last time, the meat was excellent and perfectly cooked. The only flaw that ruined the evening at the end was the Manager in Training, who I'd say isn't really her calling... or her job... When I got to the cashier to pay, I witnessed an embarrassing scene with the delivery guys... The Manager, quite arrogant and rude in front of everyone, seemed pissed off and nervous, arguing and creating non-existent problems with these poor guys... Furthermore, with three customers, she practically made them look like they were clever because she thought they'd used the same app... which later turned out not to be true, and she didn't even offer a single apology to make up for it! Then, finally, after 15 minutes of waiting, arguing, and so on, it was my turn at the cash register. I spontaneously expressed my disapproval directly to the manager for her truly rude and embarrassing behavior, especially in front of everyone. I also pointed out that she was not bringing a good reputation to the restaurant and the brand. That's not right!! I hope you can investigate and appoint someone capable, competent, and above all polite. Kudos to the waiters, who were polite, quick, and respectful. P.S. By the way, I had ordered a coffee from the manager, who had completely forgotten, and after 15 minutes I reordered it from the waiter.

28/07/2026: The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was practically empty. However, the food was good.

04/05/2026: I strongly advise against it! I ordered a sandwich, but the photo looked inviting, but in reality it was completely out of place. It was missing everything, even the sauces and salad. It was a small sandwich. 😳 15.50 per person.

08/04/2026: We booked for Wednesday evening, and the food was really good. In addition to the two Lava Burgers, we had the fried Mac & Cheese as an appetizer, and as expected, they were excellent. The burgers were delicious and plump, and the sweet potato fries were delicious and crispy. Of course, to top it all off, I also ordered dessert: a brownie with ice cream, which I have to say was delicious too. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely a must for truly good burgers. The only downside is that the music was a tad too loud for my taste; you could hear each other easily, but a little less would have been nice.

14/08/2026: The food is classic BK, but I was very pleased with the selection of coffees and desserts; there's a lot to choose from. The kids' area is nice, though small. If you go early, you can enjoy a bit of relaxation with the kids in a cage. It's a shame about the cleanliness; the tables were dirty in the afternoon.

08/08/2026: I already frequent the Old Wild West chain, but I want to take the time to praise the Borgonovo restaurant in Perugia. It's a beautiful place (in classic Western style), and the service is fast, clean, precise, and friendly. The quality and deliciousness of the food are superb!

21/06/2026: Looking for a quick sandwich, we discovered Crazy Burger using Maps. The location is truly charming and unique. Oddly enough, since it was a Friday night, the place was almost completely empty. The menu is extensive and offers so many mouth-watering sandwich options. We ordered the mixed antipasto, which includes a bit of everything fried. Unfortunately, it wasn't great; the ingredients definitely tasted like they were frozen and, to be honest, had no flavor. The sandwich, however, was served with crispy chips and a very good sauce. There's nothing to complain about about the burger; it managed to capture its true American essence. We'll definitely return, but skip the appetizers.

05/06/2026: For God's sake... the owner has an uncommon antipathy. Not just once, which can happen, but three times. They've counted two beers and it's annoying to even list which ones. Nothing to do with the old management, the place is still nice but why has it remained the same... maybe it's closing down?
