06/12/2025: Good burgers, reasonable prices, a somewhat small place with slightly cramped tables, but I've been there more than once, which means the rating is positive. EDIT 2025: In my opinion, the quality is better; the ribs sandwich isn't as good as it used to be. Today it was cold, with two Gouda slices on top that still held their shape, not melted. The ribs inside the sandwich are also decidedly less flavorful than they used to be. I'm basing my review on that specific product since it's the one I've had most often over the years.

27/11/2025: A great discovery, we stumbled upon it by chance. The food was good, the welcome was warm, and the place was well-kept. Recommended

03/02/2026: I was here last week, and since it wasn't a weekend, we went right in. The place isn't very big, so if you go on the weekend, there will be a long wait. As soon as we were seated, they immediately served us drinks, followed by appetizers. The fries were good, but the meatballs were a real plus. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the sweet potatoes; they were too thin. The baked potatoes with porchetta were also appreciated. We also had pulled pork meatballs, which were average. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant surprise with the sandwich. I ordered a smash, and I expected anything but for them to split the sandwich and grill the insides... unfortunately, I was really disappointed because the insides of the sandwich and the ingredients were burned. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place was well-kept, and the bathrooms are very clean. I hope to return soon to improve my review :)

30/12/2025: Good food, fantastic service, perhaps the only flaw is that it's a bit noisy, so if you need to talk without shouting, you'll have to work a bit harder. But again, the food is worth it.

21/09/2025: Try their hot wings (alette calienti) , they are really good, juicy, tasty and also spicy(even if for me they re pretty mild as i always eat super spicy). They also put a ton of quality sauces to go with it (heinz brand). This review is for a very recent takeaway order

09/11/2025: The photos you see don't represent the actual place!!! The place is a single room with two tables. One seats about 8 and the other 2. It's mostly a takeout place. The table is very thin, the sandwiches come in baskets, and there are only a few fries. The price is good, and the sandwiches are very good. The atmosphere is nice because it's well-decorated. But it's cold because they always keep the door open for those who come to get their sandwiches to go. It's a good option for a large group because you have the whole place to yourself. We made a reservation.

05/11/2025: Honesty is questionable, but Guys, ask around. I asked her, and she said not all burgers are halal... only hot dogs are halal. Please investigate.

09/11/2025: Great spot to have a delicious Halal meal. Walking distance from Pisa Centrale station. Bathroom is also decently clean.

03/12/2025: A good chicken, nice and crispy and flavorful. The slightly drier parts, like the breast, can be dipped in their own delicious and delicate sauce. The accompanying vegetables are well-cooked and hearty. An American-style restaurant, with simple dishes, mostly grilled. The table is laid out with classic paper placemats and no bread. The service is certainly very efficient. A quick and honest business lunch.

02/01/2026: Location ok. Poor value for money: too high considering the quality of the food. Room temperature ok, noise ok, living space ok. Service inadequate: they try hard, but the waiters on duty that day were too "immature." Would I return? No. There are better options in the area at a lower price.

02/01/2026: A huge disappointment, the meat was cold and you could clearly see it had been reheated. The bread was harder than a rock, so to get over our frustration, we joked and slammed it against the table, and I can honestly say you could have broken it. The waitress came over and threw our drinks on the table with the utmost disgust. A very unpleasant experience, I recommend you go to any other restaurant and avoid this one. Initially, I wondered why it was so empty. In any case, shame on you, and you know where to put that €80!

11/01/2026: Regarding the New Year's Eve dinner held at Via Giovanni Battista Cassinis 33 in Milan, I'd like to share some observations regarding the organization of the event, which featured an interesting concept with bingo, a DJ, music, and entertainment. I'd like to highlight a few aspects of the evening: * **Payment Method:** A single, advance transaction was required for the entire group. While this practice may be understandable with a large number of attendees, I would suggest considering allowing multiple transactions per table to offer greater flexibility to individual attendees. * **Management of the Bingo Game:** During the bingo game, our table was not approached for participation. When we asked for clarification, we were informed that there were not enough cards available, despite the reservation having been made approximately ten days in advance. We were promised a shot as an apology, but it was not delivered. * **Midnight Coordination:** At midnight, it was not possible to organize a countdown. It seems that the person in charge of bringing the bottle to the DJ was in a state of distress. Furthermore, the main course was served at 11:15 PM, later than the scheduled time, which should have seen us through to dessert at that time. There was no sparkling wine on the tables for the midnight toast. The organization of the unexpected midnight buffet, given the combination of desserts and cotechino with lentils, raised some concerns. At 1:00 AM, having received no assistance at my table to clear it or order a coffee, I went to the counter myself. Unfortunately, the barista had difficulty understanding my request for three coffees, one of which was macchiato, and these drinks were never delivered to the table.

21/01/2026: The sandwiches were delicious, with just the right portions. The fries and mixed sauces were also delicious. I recommend getting the hamburger bun because this one was too crispy. The service was friendly, but most of the people who came in waited a bit, didn't see anyone, and then left. He disappeared and reappeared after a while, when the customers waiting had already left. It's a shame because he lost customers while we were there eating. The bathroom was very cold and a bit dirty. The price was normal. I recommend trying this delicious sandwich. We'll be back to try their other top sandwiches.

04/02/2026: I always like to come back and get comfortable on the reclining chairs and enjoy a good film, but having added the games room and with some tastings at the bar if you have to wait for the film to start, here the time passes quickly and it's nice.

03/02/2026: Recently renovated (it's about time!). There are many rooms with sound systems finally fixed, and the choice to open on Sunday mornings at reasonable prices is also excellent.

16/01/2026: Stopped here on our travels and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only did they allow our dog in the staff were warm and friendly, especially as we speak no Italian. Good food and beer and great initiative when we asked for an Americano/long black bringing a pot of hot water out with our coffee.

08/01/2026: Not bad, but they can't handle large groups, and perhaps the staff (very young) could use some more training on how to provide smoother service and better interact with customers. The meat is good, but the cutlet was the worst I've ever had. Interesting options for an unpretentious dinner.
