22/08/2026: Terrible organization. Saturday, August 22nd, we arrived and were seated at 9:30 PM. We asked for some main courses on the menu and were told they weren't available. The appetizers arrived at 10:30 PM, the sliced ​​meat at 11:20 PM. Over an hour and a half between the appetizer and the main course. The food was objectively good, nothing to complain about, but it doesn't justify the fairly high prices and, above all, the biblical waiting times. The restaurant is run by just one waitress and one cook, clearly understaffed for a Saturday night in August. Extremely slow service, and customers were left to fend for themselves.

19/08/2026: A truly disappointing experience: nightmare organization and service. We had dinner at Fortuna Madre in Terracina with four of us. We ordered a mixed appetizer to share, two pizzas, and two first courses. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be an endless series of poor service. First, one of the two pizzas arrived completely burned and had to be sent back for a remake. But the real disaster was with the first courses: three out of four courses arrived, while the second course (linguine with lobster) was a mirage. After over an hour and 15 minutes and after asking for explanations 7-8 times, the dish still wasn't visible, while the others at the table had long since finished eating. The dining room was completely disorganized: the staff didn't know what to say, while other members of the staff, instead of worrying about the customers, were busy making videos to post on social media. The worst came after 1 hour and 20 minutes: when the dish finally came out, they even made a mistake and were about to serve it to another table! When it finally arrived, the pasta was already overcooked. In summary: * Food: Average, not exceptional. * Pizza: A good take on the classic Neapolitan pizza, but it's a shame about the initial cooking error. * Service and Management: A total disaster. Rudeness, indifference from the owners, and a level of improvisation never seen before. We definitely won't be returning and we strongly advise against it.

Service was fast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering us suggestions on what dishes to order. We had some really fresh bacon and cheddar fries, a pizza with artisanal porchetta that tasted great, and the icing on the cake was their homemade pulled pork sandwich, which was truly exceptional! Highly recommended!

In 2026, it's incredible that such a large institution hasn't yet created smart bracelets for kids—modern, useful devices designed to truly improve school life. These bracelets would have a built-in solar panel for automatic charging, without cables or batteries to replace, ready for use every day. The most disappointing part is that Old Wild West hasn't even considered the idea of ​​bracelets that, when worn, activate immediate superintelligence: quick comprehension of the teacher's explanations, the ability to complete homework in a second, rapid memorization, and flawless execution of school activities. Such a gadget would allow students to finish their homework instantly and move on to the next year thanks to their mental speed. But there's nothing here: no project, no experimentation, no innovation. Old Wild West Mercogliano continues to offer only banal, useless gadgets, devoid of technology and with no future. No programmable devices, no smart accessories, no products that can truly help kids improve their school experience. It's a huge disappointment, especially since a modern venue should be a hub for new ideas, not a museum of old objects. And the most absurd thing is that, when they finally decide to create these smart bracelets, they'll have to make an official video or a clear advertisement to demonstrate that they actually made them. Without strong communication, no one would believe that Old Wild West has managed to take a step forward into the future. Until there's a public announcement, the venue remains stagnant, immobile, completely disconnected from the needs of today's youth. In conclusion, Old Wild West Mercogliano displays a total lack of innovation, no attention to young people, and no desire to create useful, smart, modern gadgets. A missed opportunity that makes the overall experience negative and disappointing.

16/08/2026: After years, I came to Burger King to try the Krisper Burger, and there was nothing crispy about it. The breading was not at all crispy, zero. I also remembered the chili bites being better, but I definitely won't get them again... Compared to years ago, at least today they were quick to deliver the food. Even if the quality is lacking.

But what disgusted us most was when a girl came out of the kitchen door and went into the bathroom wearing gloves she was probably using for food.
