It's comfortable, spacious, with some touch-screen games for kids and a few tables with wireless charging. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wait times are reasonable.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always perfect. Hot sandwiches and iced drinks. I much prefer it to the one in Affi and always try this one! Excellent.

Nice place, we often get takeout, 2 out of 3, something is missing. We've learned not to trust them anymore. Unfortunately, we stopped to eat with some friends, they brought everything except 2 Double Big Tasty Bacon sandwiches. When we pointed out that they were missing, a certain Stefan, very arrogantly and in a loud voice, told me to make sure he has them ready, otherwise I'll have to wait for them to be prepared. Martina intervened, apologizing, because she realized that her colleague was very close to being defamed. If they don't know how to work with people, leave them at home. Unfortunately, the next table also complained that they gave him a rude answer 🤷‍♀️

It was so cold inside, with the air conditioning way too low! They forgot two of the kids' orders, and we weren't the only ones. The staff was friendly, though.

21/01/2026: The sandwiches were delicious, with just the right portions. The fries and mixed sauces were also delicious. I recommend getting the hamburger bun because this one was too crispy. The service was friendly, but most of the people who came in waited a bit, didn't see anyone, and then left. He disappeared and reappeared after a while, when the customers waiting had already left. It's a shame because he lost customers while we were there eating. The bathroom was very cold and a bit dirty. The price was normal. I recommend trying this delicious sandwich. We'll be back to try their other top sandwiches.

04/05/2026: A great place to share a simple but tasty lunch or dinner. I really like that the menu is quite short and, above all, that they continue to offer new sandwich ideas and new desserts.
16/04/2026: It never disappoints. I come from Trento just to come here, they're a guarantee. I'm a burger lover and I'm very selective, especially about the bread. Here you'll find a quality and research that's rarely seen. Every month a different burger with super-refined ingredients, truly the best. They put love into it, and it shows. Unusual combinations, this is proof that a chef can create art with a single dish. Their sauces are amazing!! They also have vegan options; I really love the Beyond Burger, and not just the usual avocado and chickpea hummus sandwich... here, even if you just want a more sustainable choice, you can swap your burger for a vegetarian one, choosing from three options, amazing. In addition to the lactose-free or gluten-free sandwich, they're super attentive. Super-kept place, always very kind. Never change, and open in Trento too! One thing though: the coffee would be appreciated ❤️
