09/10/2025: I went to the new Bell restaurant, I took some takeaway sandwiches this evening, my rating is 10, everything is excellent and fresh, congratulations, I took a divine Tony Smash, and a Tony crispy plus the little girl sandwich, really excellent, well done

03/10/2025: A location that aims to evoke the experience of American (industrial) BBQ. Italianized BBQ to appeal to the classic Italian palate. Personally, I would have preferred a stronger flavor, but they need to satisfy not just me but a wider clientele. The ribs are good (especially the BBQ ones, which are generally less dry). The sandwiches and burritos are good, but I would recommend side dishes that aren't just industrial fries, but something artisanal. I personally didn't like the jacket potato. The Cole slaw is good. Brisket is perhaps their signature dish, while the pulled pork can sometimes be lukewarm and dry, and sometimes just right and tasty (depending on the day). Overall, as a group, you can try a bit of everything, but I expected something more (no wow factor).

17/09/2025: The location and atmosphere are simple but in keeping with the product offered: classic American BBQ. No frills, just substance, because the meat is the absolute star. The sandwich is over the top in name and in fact, the combination of the two types of meat is fantastic, making the sandwich tasty, soft, and juicy. The mixed meat platter, which allows for a taste of different preparations, is generous and can easily be shared. The burrito is beautifully filled.

20/08/2025: The place is in the center of town, but perhaps the owner should smile a little more. It's a shame the place is on a main road. Anyway, in this town, it seems like few people know how to smile.

20/09/2025: Recommended The place is small but usually always has seating available. I went there in a group of 10. There was only one other small table in the dining room. We had a long wait for our food because there was only one person in the kitchen and one in the dining room. The dining room staff member often went to the kitchen to help (probably), leaving the dining room unattended. Overall, the service is a bit hit and miss, but the food is very good and the atmosphere is very nice. The all-you-can-eat option is excellent: burgers, hot dogs, and fries. Vegetarian and child-friendly options are also available. Parking is difficult to find on Corso Torino. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible.

15/09/2025: Underrated, GO THERE Super welcoming, clean, and tidy place Super KIND, helpful, and smiling staff Excellent food. I had a very tasty pulled chicken burger, perfectly seasoned fries, and a diabetic cheesecake. My girlfriend had the pichana rare, which was also very tasty and perfectly cooked, and the Choco Bomb, also diabetic. We split the graffiti mix, which was also very tasty. The only place with free refeel. I highly recommend it.

21/01/2025: I often come here to eat and every time my friends come to Rome I take them here to eat, the food is very good, it has never disappointed me indeed... on the menu we always have a wide choice, today I had chowmein, it was simply delicious 😋

18/09/2025: I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. The staff caused several problems: we waited a long time for our orders, the welcome wasn't warm, and there were several errors in the order and delivery. Furthermore, when it came to the bill, they wanted to charge us for dishes that had been served by mistake. I returned a year after my last visit, where I had a bad experience, thinking things had changed, but nothing had. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, which is a shame because the food overall is worthy, at least for the menu ideas (credit to the company for that). I know the people who work there won't care about this review, but I work in the same industry, and the good work of the chefs can't be ruined by such poor service and the inexperience of the front of house staff. A little more training and attention to detail wouldn't hurt.

14/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time today and I don't think I'll go back. I ordered an all-American pancake. Apart from the poor quality and quantity of the chicken, bacon, and cheddar, it arrived burnt. They tried to hide the mistake by turning the slices on the better side and sticking them together so as not to make it obvious, and they served it to the table anyway... despite this, it didn't help much because when I ate it, it tasted burnt, and when I lifted the slices, I realized that they were totally burnt.

16/09/2025: It was 10:40 PM, we'd just returned from a long journey and asked if we could grab something to eat. We were kicked out with the excuse that they were cleaning up; at the same time, a couple arrived and were served; they even set the table in front of us... I've heard good things about it, but I won't be returning...

09/09/2025: Terrible, I had to leave, I told the waitress that I was allergic to tomatoes, she replied that they are not equipped to deal with these problems.

21/09/2025: Too loud! The poor two-thirds of the guys in charge of serving the tables are making do as best they can! The queue at the end to pay is absurd.

19/09/2025: I ordered American fries and they gave me rectangular ones. You can't fool me. The lady could have said they're out of stock. I'd change my order now.

26/07/2025: Excellent sandwiches. I really enjoyed the one with the Milanese cutlet. The only thing: next time I'll ask for a little less salt on the fries. I'll make it again :)

05/10/2025: Delightfully surprised, easy to get to, convenient parking, excellent service. I wasn't expecting such a positive atmosphere; the manager and his assistant were very attentive to the dining room and every customer request. Their recommendations are very pertinent and professional. The food met expectations: from the pork ribs in barbecue sauce (typically smoky and sweet) to the T-Bone (a sort of Slim Florentine steak). The grilled vegetables and chips were good. The trio of sweet treats were excellent.
