14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was well-maintained, the decor was beautiful, and it wasn't huge but it was well-used. The pizza was excellent! We'll be back!

08/01/2026: We went with friends and their children in tow for a frugal pre-cinema dinner in Silea... chosen to avoid going to the usual MC opposite... 🤫... first of all we found the totem that only at the end of the order got stuck and therefore wasted time and reordered verbally from the cashier... really minimal staff I had to wait... the place is not small and with a decent crowd we realized later that it was actually freezing... and we had to keep our coats on... also the waiting time for the service is not adequate since it is a fast food. As for the food... decent.

09/12/2025: One of my favorite places: lunch, aperitif, dinner, events, any occasion is a good one. The dishes aren't many (which is a plus), but tradition and innovation are well balanced. The service is always friendly and discreet, just the right amount. Excellent wine list. I'm very sorry it's closed for lunch. Why?

15/01/2026: It wasn't a great experience. Compared to other Burger Kings, this one is less crowded, and so in my opinion the food suffers as a result. Nothing to complain about the staff.

30/01/2026: The manager, worse than the workers, was poorly managed. They laughed at a guy who was ordering takeout (a dear friend of mine) and found his chicken burger on the same menu as his toast. It's a shame they noticed too late and are now far away. I hope they change the manager, otherwise I think it will go out of business.

23/01/2026: If you want to eat everything you ordered, you should go to another MC. Every time I order at a MC drive-thru, they get the orders wrong, or they mix up orders with other customers, or they run out of stuff. Change the employees or be more careful with the management of the MC drive-thru, as they throw stuff away in a hurry too.

11/01/2026: Not a particularly positive experience Sunday lunch with friends Extremely slow service despite there being maybe five tables occupied in total Absolutely mediocre food, pasta and meat overly salty, and portions (especially the meat) truly small... The bill was also quite steep given the location, which is effectively a trattoria. Five of us ordered three appetizers, two first courses, three second courses with three side dishes, half a bottle of house wine, three coffees, and three liqueurs, for a total of over €30 each...

07/10/2025: What can I say? We had two Black Hole Burgers to go.... The burgers and fries were incredibly delicious, and the portions were really large. The price was completely reasonable, and we received very friendly service. Highly recommended 🤘

17/09/2025: The bar is spotless, with a wide variety of breakfast options. It's very spacious and exudes a sense of serenity. The pastries are excellent.

10/08/2025: The place is just nice... Aperitif served with 5 olives, 4 tarallini, a tiny portion of peanuts, and a mini snack, €14.40... considering the €10 drink, these measly appetizers cost €4, when in every bar they're served as a basic appetizer... ugh...

29/09/2025: It offers much more than just a bar. The owners and staff are always kind, professional, and available to customers. I've been coming here for breakfast and aperitifs for years. Often in the evenings, especially on weekends, you can listen to good live music. I forgot... they also welcome dogs with kindness and cuddles. An added value.

11/09/2025: A very nice Italian bar with no tourists, but with friendly staff. The cappuccino is excellent. The prices are very reasonable.

13/12/2025: Ordered from Deliveroo. I understand it's a Saturday night, but the quality was truly mediocre. We ordered the "meatballs with their sauces," a huge mess with all four sauces mixed together with the meatballs and some hard fries not listed on the menu. However, to my taste, the sauces tasted like two: ketchup and mayonnaise. The flavor of the meat was not at all pleasant, I don't know if it was due to the "four" different sauces mixed together or because the quality of the meat was questionable. The other two rolls ordered didn't have any good sauce. We called the restaurant and were told they don't send sauces separately for home deliveries. Sushi restaurants have been sending their customers soy sauce for years, even though it's liquid. Using separate containers for thick sauces shouldn't be a problem, especially considering the prices aren't fast food, but restaurant-style.

27/11/2025: A gem, hard to find in downtown Novara, but worth it and completely worth it. A spectacular sandwich; I've had few that were this tasty and good. Divine appetizers; eating here satisfies, fills you up, yet remains light and easy to digest. Everything is positive, everything is wonderful. Thanks, guys.

05/12/2025: I'll go to New Year's Eve, but I've already been there when I was little, and I have to say that the food is excellent, so if I have to recommend a place, I recommend this one, it's really worth it ❤️

19/10/2025: On my way back from abroad, I suggested to my friend that we go for a beer in a 90s-style pub... all wood and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Too bad the only welcoming aspect was the expectations. These two poor bastards dare, once customers come in, sit down, and order, to be warned that, since they're showing the game, the mandatory minimum drink is €15 per person. First of all, these incompetents should have posted this at the entrance... but above all... how can they dare say something like that to customers without knowing if they'll spend €10, €20, or even €50 at the end of the night? Unfortunately, the one who paid the price for my otherwise composed reaction was the waiter, who was told to report the crazy rule. Then, of course, I got up from the table, still half-empty (and awful tasting, even worse, barrel-tasting) and turned to the owner, who, without even apologizing, confirmed the rule without any shame, with the assent of the partner, whom I won't comment on. The place itself doesn't comply with any fire safety regulations, with tables crowded together. I suggest having the Trani hospitality twins check it out. Never again. Maurizio S.
