28/05/2026: All-you-can-eat fried chicken event advertised everywhere, you get there and they tell you there probably isn't enough chicken for everyone (they open at 7 PM and we went at 8 PM), it was scorching hot and you couldn't even sit inside like we were in the desert, rude waiters who wouldn't even look you in the face, truly awful place! If you have to advertise to sell and then you don't sell because there's no chicken after an hour (😂😂), don't sell! No seating inside, by the way. Pure madness, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

01/08/2026: We placed an order and asked for it to be cancelled literally 15 seconds after placing it (the meals weren't even being prepared given the large crowd). Despite this, the staff met with incomprehensible resistance and very aggressive behavior in refunding our €10, all without initially issuing us a receipt. The money was eventually refunded, but only after much insistence and to avoid a scene in front of other customers. A little calm and professionalism in handling unexpected events would have been enough to avoid situations like this. Not recommended.

23/08/2026: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred today, August 23, 2026, at your Pordenone store. While ordering from the self-order kiosks, we noticed that fries were listed as "unavailable." After asking the staff for an explanation, we were initially told that fries were unavailable. Deciding to leave the restaurant, we were stopped by an employee in the dining room (presumably a manager) who invited us to go to the traditional checkout, claiming that fries could be ordered there instead. We find it unacceptable that a basic product, essential to any fast food chain, is listed as unavailable on the digital kiosks but can only be ordered at the checkout. This lack of transparency, combined with the conflicting responses we received and the obvious language and communication barriers we encountered with the dining room staff, has left us feeling very frustrated and like we're being mocked. As a result, we chose not to complete the order and instead turned to our competitor, McDonald's. I believe a fast food restaurant cannot afford such disorganization in managing availability or customer service. In light of this extremely negative experience, I invite you to review the management of the Pordenone store and the procedures for updating the digital menu to prevent other customers from finding themselves in the same situation. 18/08/2026: The place is very clean and you can eat really well for just a few euros. The main attraction is the free refill drink machine. I come here twice a month with friends for a bite after work. They're quick to plate and bring it to your table. Nothing to complain about. For about 10 euros, you can eat and fill up.

The only drawback is that where they fry fries, they also make onion rings, which those who don't like will throw away the fries entirely. The staff are very thorough in their cleaning, and the wait time for your order is respected. Overall, I recommend this place, both for large groups like ours of 21, or for a pleasant evening with friends. Kudos to the staff!

The owner, too, was very friendly and offered us a digestif after dinner. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

16/08/2026: Too bad you can't give less than one star! Sunday evening, we arrived to a practically empty restaurant. We waited five minutes for someone to show us to our table. When the waiter arrived, coming toward me because I had gone over to find someone, he said, "Wait at the door, we'll get there slowly," ignoring the tone and manner in which he then threw the menus and nachos on the table. We ordered the all-you-can-eat ribs, which arrived after a good half hour. My classic ribs arrived charred black. Once we finished those, we asked for more, which hadn't arrived after 45 minutes, so we got up and left. After mentioning the above, the manager's response was, "We're short-staffed and weren't expecting all this crowd."

The drinks are always well-made and reasonably priced. The guys who run it are kind, honest, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into what they do. The food is good and affordable. During the summer, the place often organizes themed events and activities (beer pong, half-price spritz, etc.), making going to Tauro's an almost unique experience here in Torvaianica.

22/08/2026: Terrible organization. Saturday, August 22nd, we arrived and were seated at 9:30 PM. We asked for some main courses on the menu and were told they weren't available. The appetizers arrived at 10:30 PM, the sliced ​​meat at 11:20 PM. Over an hour and a half between the appetizer and the main course. The food was objectively good, nothing to complain about, but it doesn't justify the fairly high prices and, above all, the biblical waiting times. The restaurant is run by just one waitress and one cook, clearly understaffed for a Saturday night in August. Extremely slow service, and customers were left to fend for themselves.

21/08/2026: We had the tasting menu, which was generous and everything was delicious. Anna was incredibly friendly and always available throughout the service. We'll be back, top marks!
