05/05/2026: I want to highlight the excellent service at this hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We were there as a family, and it was my mother's birthday celebration, which was very special because of the attention from all of you hotel staff. The team is completely committed to making guests feel excellent during their stay. I want to especially mention the attention from everyone at reception, but particularly the person on the night shift on April 7, 2026. I don't remember his name, but I really want to acknowledge his wonderful service. We had to get up early for the Vatican, and breakfast started at seven. We had to leave early, and he was so thoughtful that he helped us have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Truly, everyone was spectacular. Thank you, Meliá.

24/04/2026: We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.

07/07/2026: A truly excellent experience at the Old Wild West in Chieti! The food was very good, served quickly, and with great attention to quality. Special praise goes to all the staff, always kind, smiling, and helpful, making guests feel welcomed from start to finish. The manager was also extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of his guests, helping to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It's nice to find a place where, in addition to good food, you can sense passion, organization, and attention to service. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening.

18/05/2026: We had a great time, the food was good, especially the tagliata cooked the way we wanted it, and the classic spicy chicken was excellent. The cashier was really good and patient, we were a group of about 40 people, and the prices were moderate. Everything went smoothly! Well done!

11/07/2026: It's been a while since I've eaten here, and after a while, some friends and I stopped in and were very satisfied. The pulled pork sandwich was very good. The chicken crunch sandwich was super good. The piadina wrap was good. The 1.5L jug of Raffo's raw pasta was excellent. The service was fast, clean, and the staff were friendly.

19/04/2026: A pub where you can listen to live music and have fun with friends over a game of pool or foosball. I recommend trying the burgers; they're truly delicious! One small flaw: the music is quite loud, making it difficult to converse at the table.

12/04/2026: A wonderful tribute to Ligabue! Excellent food, lovely, family atmosphere. We were a little late ordering, but that might have been due to the place being really busy for the evening. I'll be back. PS: The fries were exceptional!!!

05/01/2026: I'm a regular here. I love the atmosphere, the food is incredibly good, the menu is varied and unique, mostly known for Tex-Mex, but they offer many options for all dietary needs. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming, the location is convenient and easy to get to. Suitable for all ages. Luigi, the manager, is a special person, the best person this place could have. A true gem in the area.

03/04/2026: I ordered a takeout steak with a portion of fries for the modest sum of €20. (I should point out that I was familiar with the dish, having already eaten it at a restaurant.) And what arrived was a tiny, tough piece of meat (I wasn't expecting a kilo of meat, just a normal portion like the ones I had there). The portion of fries was paltry. I feel robbed.
