03/04/2026: I ordered a takeout steak with a portion of fries for the modest sum of €20. (I should point out that I was familiar with the dish, having already eaten it at a restaurant.) And what arrived was a tiny, tough piece of meat (I wasn't expecting a kilo of meat, just a normal portion like the ones I had there). The portion of fries was paltry. I feel robbed.

He made us feel pampered from start to finish. Thanks to his recommendations, we tried the "Beef Experience": what can I say, simply the best in the world! Tender meat, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavors. If you're passing by, look for Daniele: his impeccable service truly makes the difference. We'll definitely be back!

24/05/2026: Honestly, it was better than expected. We went without too many expectations, but we had a great time. The Western atmosphere immediately put us in a good mood. The food wasn't anything revolutionary, but everything was done well: juicy burger, hot fries, crispy onion rings. Everything you expect from a place like this. The real surprise was the service—fast, helpful, without the chain-like coldness you'd expect. The guy who looked after us was kind and attentive without being intrusive. A small thing, but it makes a difference.

28/05/2026: Excellent venue, new, spacious, and clean. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent food and excellent value. Our waiter, Davide, was kind and professional. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: Some ordering kiosks closed due to electronic payment malfunction, the rest are ok.

06/03/2026: There were four of us, and they refused to give us more than one tray, saying they could only give us placemats at best. We were forced to eat at the bare table like animals. 😂 Not to mention the thirty-minute wait because they forgot our order.

07/03/2026: Terrible management: you pay for a service you're denied. I was extremely disappointed with my last experience at this establishment. I chose to order a Coca-Cola refill, thus paying the extra fee to be able to consume more than one drink during the evening. The problem arose around 11:40 PM: when I approached for a final refill, I was curtly informed that it was no longer possible to have the drink because they had already cleaned the system. I find it unacceptable that a regularly paid service is arbitrarily interrupted before closing time just to get ahead with the cleaning. If you decide to turn off the taps early, you should notify the customer at the time of purchase or, at the very least, refund the unused refill amount. This unprofessional behavior ruins the "American Style" atmosphere you're trying to sell. I won't be returning.

10/05/2026: How do you get a frozen bottle of water delivered? The paper bags for chips won. They arrived all wet. It's the first time! Rushed service, no real thought. How do you do it every time? They put the cold one with a hot sandwich. I needed it already cold but the bottles can't Wrap them yourself away from the food 🙈🙈🙈
