08/07/2025: I went to eat at Bottega dei Briganti on Friday evening. The place is cute and welcoming, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The wait, unfortunately, is long, but the food is excellent.

06/07/2025: Scoperta stasera!! Ve la consiglio assolutamente. Locale mediamente grande,ha sia l’interno con due salette e sia il dehor. Il personale è molto gentile ☺️,il locale molto pulito. L’hamburgher è veramente grande!!! Si fa quasi fatica a mangiare devi capire un attimino da che parte iniziare 😂 dopodiché addio!! In un mix di sapore e qualità. Buonissime le patatine rustiche con la salsa fume’ 🤤 e per finire il loro dolce fatto in casa,tiramisù al pan di stelle!! Consiglio!!!☺️☺️

06/07/2025: Discovered tonight!! I absolutely recommend it. Medium-sized place, it has both the inside with two rooms and the outdoor area. The staff is very kind ☺️, the place very clean. The hamburger is really big!!! It's almost hard to eat, you have to figure out for a moment where to start 😂 and then goodbye!! In a mix of flavor and quality. The chips with the smoke sauce are delicious 🤤 and to finish their homemade dessert, tiramisu with pan di stelle!! I recommend it!!!☺️☺️

13/07/2025: We celebrated a birthday here, booking with The Fork for a 20% discount, and especially on Sunday with unlimited ribs. To top it all off, we had the pleasure of having Giorgia, a super-fast, very friendly, and truly polite woman, assisting us at dinner. Everything was good, but the service really deserves more than anything else. Thank you.

12/07/2025: It was a wonderful discovery! My partner and I went in without any expectations because we were simply hungry. The food was delicious! And then the waitress, Giorgia, treated us just like we were at home in a big chain. We'll be back!! (But we hope to always find her.)

27/07/2025: One star because zero is impossible. Dinner with the family A sandwich arrived and after I'd eaten it 3/4 of the way through, I found a piece of plastic inside. PLASTIC!!!!! "I'll start by saying that the dish consists of a sandwich with fries on the side," which I hadn't even touched! After telling the waitress that it's disgusting to find a piece of plastic in a sandwich, she apologized, saying she was sorry. Without asking me if I wanted anything else! Extremely sore point. At the checkout, the "MANAGER"'s excuse was that I had almost finished the sandwich without even noticing THE PIECE OF PLASTIC INSIDE!! And the waitress, in front of her manager, said she'd asked me if I wanted anything else. Which is absolutely not true!! Honestly, in 30 years, I've never found a piece of plastic inside food!!! Extremely disappointed. The way this was handled certainly gives the place very bad publicity.

26/07/2025: Kudos to the speed of preparation: we ordered via the app and paid at the counter, and arrived there at 7 PM sharp. We were already seated at our table with our food in less than 5 minutes, and in fact, we managed to catch our 7:30 PM train even earlier. The only slight flaw is the fries, which perhaps weren't as good as the chicken, which was otherwise excellent.

24/07/2025: When I went there, you couldn't get Coca-Cola, and when I got Sprite, it only came out as sparkling water….

14/07/2025: Didn’t expect to find a great burger in Bologna—but after two years, I finally did. A bit outside the center, and seriously worth it

29/06/2025: We arrived at 9:20 pm, 2 people, there were several tables available, the staff, a very rude guy flooded us with a nervous breakdown saying they couldn't work anymore and really made us feel like we were doing something wrong for the simple fact of having kindly asked a public restaurant if they had a table for two for dinner (dinner then based on 🍔 on small tables in the garden with paper placemats, not a gargantuan 3-course meal with attached tablecloths). In short, we were sent away badly and we were not the only ones. I don't know, we are amazed. Highly discouraged, let's hope they change management or at least these people of the staff. No one should be treated like this.
