23/08/2025: We had a quiet and pleasant evening. The pizza was excellent. It was the perfect place to spend time with family or friends. The waiter was very friendly, with his jokes and, above all, unobtrusive. The young woman who served the tables was also good and polite, along with her colleague! We'll be back, very polite!

13/08/2025: "Mordi & Fuggi" in Scilla was highly recommended to us by the locals! We had a wonderful time; the dishes were excellent, made with local, top-quality ingredients! Peppe was very helpful, kind, and friendly! From the Calabrian platter to the swordfish sandwich, to the dessert and digestif, everything was superb! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

06/10/2025: Average food, bland potatoes sold as a specialty... all significantly overpriced, and the music in the restaurant was way too loud!! For a dinner party of four, you can't imagine avoiding any interaction because of the loud disco music... even though we asked several times for it to be turned down, after maybe less than two minutes, they turned it up even louder. I don't recommend it.

The restaurant's atmosphere is meticulously crafted, welcoming yet elegant. Special thanks to the manager, who looked after us from start to finish, ensuring everything was perfect—from the selection of dishes to the table service.

08/10/2025: I've lost count of how many times I've ordered from Pizza Smile, and I'll go on forever. Their pizzas are always better than the last. I highly recommend everyone try ordering from them. The delivery service with their innovative mobile ovens is something you have to experience to understand; explaining it doesn't do it justice. Once again, sincere congratulations to everyone.

23/09/2025: Excellent burgers and amazing beers! The prices are particularly fair, especially considering that fries are included. It's definitely a great place in a very convenient location, given the large parking lot in front of the entrance. Two problems: the first is that they have two sittings. The first is quite short, and having to leave your table rather early is clearly not very pleasant, since it's a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. But they clearly state this, so you know what to expect. The ground floor is very nice, but the basement is rather shabby. It seems like a temporary solution, so I hope they fix it.

06/10/2025: We had 2 drinks mid afternoon, they were very nice, but no table cover, no napkins, no aperitivo snacks and we were charged a 6€ cover. First time anywhere in Lucca with a cover charge for having a drink, And first time having nothing else provided.

14/09/2025: Honestly, I'm still looking for burrata on our pasta. After a question, "Where's the burrata?" The server brings us burrata in a tube, we're dreaming... And I'm not talking about cherry tomatoes, etc., etc.

11/10/2025: We're pretty regulars: we come here on Mondays at least once a month. Let me start by saying that I'm a restaurateur, so some things matter more to me than others. I can tolerate a mediocre selection of meat, as long as the service and overall experience are up to par. The steaks are always well-served, with the right knife, and the dishes are hot: no complaints. It's a perfect place if you want to spend little and eat decently. The problem is that in 2025, people don't go out just to eat, but to have a nice evening. And this evening was ruined by the person at the cashier—the blonde, curly-haired girl. During payment (€168 bill), we handed over €200 in cash. She, distracted, saw €170 and gave us €2 in change. Now, the moment of payment is sacred: you look, you listen, you say hello, you thank us. Otherwise, we might as well implement automatic payment—it would be more efficient and certainly more polite. When we pointed out the mistake, her response was a masterpiece of rudeness: instead of calmly checking, she practically accused us of lying, asking, "What's the point of giving me 200 euros if the bill is 168?" We explained (it was absurd to have to do so) that we were two families and those were the pieces we had. From there, instead of apologizing for her tone, she proceeded to call me "rude" for raising my voice—in a place where you can already hear nothing. The conclusion? Inappropriate jokes and the attitude of someone who still hasn't figured out that she works in a restaurant, not a post office. Too bad, because a smile and an apology would have been enough to close everything in a second. But no. To make the owner understand who we are, we are the ones who left the table at his request, shortly after coffee, for a disabled boy who could only have sat at that table.

19/09/2025: Always a guarantee. Only last time did I find out they don't have chicken or pulled pork for lunch, too bad!

26/08/2025: A pleasant surprise! This seemingly simple and unfussy pizzeria turned out to be a real gem. The atmosphere is simple, but clean and welcoming, and what really stands out is the quality of the pizza: light, well-leavened dough, perfectly cooked, and the freshest ingredients. Every bite is an explosion of flavor! But the real added value are the owners: incredibly kind, smiling (my Nadia 😍😍😍) and always available, who welcome you warmly and make you feel immediately at ease, as if you were at home. An authentic place, where you can feel the passion and eat excellently without spending a fortune. Highly recommended for those who love good pizza and a family atmosphere. I will definitely be back, and with pleasure! I also recommend trying the "patata di Pasquale"...fresh potatoes cut into sticks and then fried...they are unmatched!!!!!! 21/08/2025: Worst dining experience in Cagliari. No bread served, brisket portion was missing a whole piece, and it came WITHOUT BBQ sauce. When we asked, the waiter gave us only a tiny drop with a terrible attitude. Overpriced, poor service, not worth your time and money
