In my opinion, they're every bit as good as the traditional, non-healthy options (especially the desserts). The quality is evident in every bite; everything is light yet satisfying. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and helpful, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who want to eat healthily without sacrificing the pleasure of good food.

The location is excellent, right in the historic center.
The place is truly welcoming, with a fresh, clean style and pleasant background music.
The staff was truly friendly and knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations of every menu option. Service was fast and super efficient; during the short wait, we were even served a cute bag of complimentary popcorn. This small gesture of customer service was also truly appreciated, and certainly not a given.
We then ate a delicious sandwich, made with excellent quality ingredients. I think it's one of the best I've ever eaten.
What more can I say?! Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
03/11/2025: Average experience, prices too high, some sandwiches costing up to €20.
I only had a €10 sandwich along with a 50cl bottle of water, for a total of €16 with a cover charge.
The sandwich was mediocre, and the meat (at least the one I had, the Spicy Chicky Boom) wasn't high quality. For the price, you can honestly find better.
The staff and atmosphere were excellent.

13/10/2025: We had kebab in pizza dough and chicken salad, both very tasty. The nero d'Avola wine for 9 euros surpassed much more expensive wines!

31/12/2025: The sandwich wasn't bad but it wasn't unforgettable either. The environment was nice but dark, but what I found annoying and unprofessional was the service and welcome from the waiter, he seemed annoyed to serve me.
28/12/2025: I don't recommend it, the staff is rude and immediately after ordering water they respond with "Water isn't even on the menu", really awful.

23/09/2025: Excellent burgers and amazing beers! The prices are particularly fair, especially considering that fries are included. It's definitely a great place in a very convenient location, given the large parking lot in front of the entrance. Two problems: the first is that they have two sittings. The first is quite short, and having to leave your table rather early is clearly not very pleasant, since it's a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. But they clearly state this, so you know what to expect. The ground floor is very nice, but the basement is rather shabby. It seems like a temporary solution, so I hope they fix it.

04/02/2026: Franz Burger is a small place offering both sit-down meals and delivery. For the sandwiches, you can choose both the type of meat and the type of bread, an unusual and much-appreciated option. The smash burgers are usually excellent, as are the plated versions. Tonight's sandwich was a little below their usual standards, but knowing the quality of their other experiences, I recommend it. A place I'll happily return to!
