26/02/2025: From breakfast to the end-of-day aperitif, kindness and professionalism are at home. Excellent dishes for a quality lunch break, served with a smile. Congratulations to Carla and Gianna!

06/09/2025: Excellent, we made an excellent choice, excellent cuisine and impeccable service, ample parking, and close to the highway exit. The tagliolini with truffles were fabulous, and the truffle egg was worth a second. Paccheri with white Chianina ragout and pecorino cheese was fantastic. The only flaw I'd point out about the chef was that the portions of the first courses were truly miniscule—I'm not saying they were oversized, but just right. An extra 30 grams of pasta doesn't change the price; the quality is top-notch, but the first course isn't cheap. My advice.

27/08/2025: We had dinner at La Magnolia restaurant, located inside the hotel of the same name near Lazise. We tried truffle dishes and Iberian pork: both were delicious, with meticulous attention to both cooking and presentation. The service certainly deserves a special mention: Nicola, the man who looked after us, was truly excellent. He was knowledgeable in recommending and explaining the dishes, always available, and his warmth made the evening enjoyable from start to finish. A restaurant that combines good cuisine and a high-quality welcome: we'll gladly return.

04/07/2025: Lovely local bar in a side street in Venice. Reasonable prices, great service and very friendly staff. Minutes walk from all of the popular places but more authentic and local and significantly cheaper. Totally recommend, also a great place to find the shade, was 38° when I was there and the shade and cool was very welcome, as we're the beers😁

15/08/2025: It's great that they open early, allowing me to grab a quick breakfast and get going. The charismatic and friendly owner, a grandmother, also provided excellent service. Above all, the prosciutto and cheese croissant sandwich and coffee were delicious. And don't forget to try Verona's famous pastry cake, which I almost missed.

24/08/2025: A lively place on the banks of the Sile. We had lunch outside under the pergola on the pier. Quick and courteous, the tagliata was good, and the vegetarian dish was satisfying. We'll be back!

12/07/2025: Amazing food and service! Pasta was perfect, steak juicy and cooked just right, and the pork belly – absolutely incredible. Big compliments to the chef and kudos to the staff – friendly and professional, even kind local lady helped to translate us everything we wanted to know about wines we also bought. Highly reccommended!

04/07/2025: I have a good relationship with all the ladies at the counter including the owner's wife, kind and helpful. Cakes, croissants and pastries fresh every day. Possibility of loyalty cards for breakfasts. Also discounted croissants in the afternoon, keeping in mind that they sell out quickly. Prices have increased recently, but remain within limits.

04/07/2025: Great Irish pub, friendly and welcoming staff. Classic draft beers and a well-stocked menu. The hamburgers and maxi club sandwiches are delicious, especially if you're very hungry! The French fries are also good. A warm tip: I would put on music that is more in keeping with the place, Irish folk, rock classics, hard rock...

12/05/2025: In Mira I found the typical Irish pub, like the ones I liked to frequent in my youth. The typical furnishings and the menu items are still to be appreciated and it is not just because of some "nostalgia operation" but for the fact that sitting on the benches with high backrests, breathing in that atmosphere, still drinking the Hougarten beer and eating an excellent club sandwich in the spicy variety was truly a pleasure and an excellent alternative to the usual formulas: pizza/sushi/kebab. Let's not forget the pubs, let's go back to them, we will feel "shaven" again and we will also appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the managers who have been carrying on their formula for 25 years now.

07/09/2025: Sunday lunch with tuna steak, swordfish steak, fries, and non-alcoholic sorbet. Excellent food, impeccable service, and the owners were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Good prices. Restrooms were clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. The interior was very beautiful and worth a visit. Definitely worth adding to your list of places to visit when you visit the city.

06/09/2025: So, if I were still in town, I'd demand my money back. The "catch of the day" was clearly not from the day I ate there. I got a serious case of food poisoning and spent the rest of my vacation in the pool. For €80 for two people, that's just not acceptable. The rest of the food was really good.
