Very good time in Venice, with this little additional positive note, we had a very good time, beautiful atmosphere, quality cuisine, fair price.

We popped in for a drink at 730PM with our 12 year old and were made to feel welcome. I tried the local brew and IPA - highly recommended- and my wife had the Marciano gin. They also made a mocktail for our son and allowed us to sit on the canal balcony before food was served.

Nice pub in full Irish style in the middle of the Venice Ghetto. It's a shame that the Queen of Stouts, Guinness, is missing, but Murphy's isn't bad either. Recommended stop for the Bacari tour.

A must go. A classic English pub lost its way and found itself in Venice. Good service Fantastic atmosphere Great food. Best tempura batters fish I have had for sure. The burgers were an art form and tasted as good. Our group had the wagu and vegi burgers. They liked and tasted fantastic After being disappointed in the Italian food we tried, this became the best food we had I. Venice, and…….well, you should go.

Three nights in the city and three nights dining here. Beer and exquisite food. Quite friendly staff. It is very comfortable

Great beer and great sandwiches. My favorite is the one with lobster. If it is summer, and if you book in advance, ask to be seated on the terrace.

24/11/2023: Sollten sie in diesem Restaurant zu Abend essen wollen - unbedingt reservieren , selbst in der Nachsaison!! Wir verbrachten hier einen wunderbaren kulinarischen Abend in diesem Restaurant und waren sowohl von der Qualität des Essens als auch des Personals vollkommen überzeugt. Als Vorspeise wählten wir Bigoli ( eine spezielle Nudelsorte) mit Sardellen und Zwiebel und einen gebacken Artischocken mit Ziegenkäse- beide Gerichte sensationell! Hauptspeise hatte ich Seppie ( Tintenfische) im eigenen schwarzen Sud mit Polenta - ausgezeichnet, zarter Tintenfisch, leckere Sauce , butterzartes Polenta! Als Abschluss machte ein Cheesecake mit Waldfrüchten den Abend perfekt!!!

Ristorante Alla Conchiglia

04/03/2024: We stumbled on this restaurant on our way to another restaurant in Castello. The setting was so extraordinary that we felt we should dine here instead. The outdoor seating area was beautifully decorated with greenery and lamps hanging in between posts right next to the canal. Our waiter was quite attentive and witty, even helping us out to pick a meal that met our needs. We were very pleased with every aspect of our dining experience and would be more than happy to dine here again.
24/02/2024: super professional and delicious food! From now on it will be our reference when we pass through Venice! Thank you ❤️
