24/03/2024: I had a feeling this evening would be unique as soon as I walked inside the Equilibrium Restaurant in the center of Treviso. The atmosphere created the ideal blend of coziness and elegance, laying the groundwork for an amazing meal experience. At Equilibrium, we received excellent service from kind employees who made us feel important and welcomed. Their expertise regarding the cuisine and wine pairings enhanced our dining experience. However, the chef's gastronomic adventure was the evening's real high point. We were amazed when the chef created a meal that wasn't on the menu, bringing back a former favorite. It was an amazing demonstration of inventiveness and concern for the needs of the diners. This gesture revealed the chef's extraordinary expertise and enthusiasm for cooking, as well as the kitchen's adaptability and dedication to satisfying customers. Each dish presented a symphony of tastes that danced on the mouth; the flavors were powerful but balanced. It was evident that the finest, freshest ingredients were used, each one carefully selected to improve the entire dining experience In conclusion, Treviso's Equilibrium Restaurant is a destination for people who value the great art of dining, not just a place to eat. 20/03/2024: Great pizza. Both the Naples style and the Novula are fantastic. Nice atmosphere. The service not the best though, not very experienced and not very nice
