02/02/2025: This place rocks. The guy is super nice and will make any adjustments and cater to the customer. Really good crepes (strawberry & Nutella is molto buono) and sandwich (double omelette with spicy salami). Away from the tourist spots too.

Qualità del cibo freschissima e composizione dei cicchetti superlativa, che spazia dai classici della tradizione a offerte costantemente nuove e innovative. Personale attento e simpatico, prezzi adeguati a quanto offerto. Più che consigliato, praticamente doveroso.

08/02/2025: Locanda Baggio dopo ieri sera è diventato il mio ristorante preferito in assoluto. Io e mio marito amiamo andare a cena e provare vari posti, anche ristoranti stellati, ma spesso trovo qualcosa che non va o che cambierei, nel cibo o nell' ambiente. Questa volta invece è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto: entrando in sala ci si immerge in un' atmosfera molto accogliente e calda, a partire dalla temperatura (cosa non scontata in quanto spesso i locali sono freddini), le luci sono studiate nel modo giusto e donano all' ambiente il perfetto calore. Ho trovato il servizio impeccabile, cameriera molto gentile, Enrico, il figlio, preparatissimo e coinvolgente con la sua illustrazione dei vini che non si è limitata al minimo ma è stata arricchita da aneddoti sulle cantine, cosa che ha reso la scelta ancor più piacevole. La padrona di casa ci ha accolti con estrema cortesia e dolcezza, trasmettendo la sensazione di una vera storia di famiglia, niente di improvvisato bensì gente che conosce perfettamente il mestiere e sa come trattare i clienti. Infine il cibo, che è stato sensazionale, a partire dal pane, grissini, burro fatti in casa fino ad arrivare ai piatti che hanno rappresentato per noi un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori proposti in maniera creativa ma al contempo ben ancorata al territorio. Fra tutti il Museto imbriago, il vitello brasato, l' uovo poche, ma anche tutto il resto, davvero perfetto. Infine, prima di uscire, mi sono recata alla toilette, dove solitamente in inverno si patisce il freddo perché i ristoratori forse ritengono superfluo il riscaldamento, persino su questo piccolo dettaglio si sono dimostrati estremamente accorti perchè tutto era curatissimo, pulito e caldo. Anche attraverso queste piccole accortezze si dimostra quanto a cuore sta il cliente...! Prezzo della cena perfettamente equilibrato, bravissimi!!!

Very kind staff and the owner is an exquisite person, as well as an excellent Chef, who in a moment's pause told me how he loves to decorate his restaurant with wonderful flowers and plants (there are also wonderful orchids in the bathroom!). I was there for an invitation to a "work" Christmas dinner... And what can I say... I ate divinely!
