03/08/2024: Menu davvero intrigante e ottima carta dei vini. Servizio molto attento e cortese. Avevo aspettative molto alte sia per come me ne avevano parlato e anche vedendo il target/prezzo. Antipasto di crudi buonissimo (scampi e gamberi rossi) ma i primi piatti nulla di eccezionale. Ad entrambi mancava un qualcosa, peccato.

21/08/2024: My girlfriend (who is usually very reluctant to eat certain things) devoured every dish presented to us. This makes you understand a lot about the type of place you are in front of. It may seem like a review made just for the sake of it, looking at the full 5 stars. However, there are many aspects of this historic venue that made me give this assessment: 1. the quality of the raw materials - From the aperitif they bring you as soon as you sit down, you can perceive that the ingredients they use are of the highest quality. Flavors that convey a high level of authenticity and security; 2. the way in which they enhance these raw materials - You can immediately see that the kitchen is not joking: the appetizers that they bring you when you order are very simple but at the same time complex preparations, they manage to make you savor the dishes without bombarding them with other ingredients . a simplicity, however, researched and studied that leaves you speechless; 3. the pairings - There is little to do, the dishes feature pairings with the main raw material that enhance it to the nth degree. they make you understand that the chef doesn't joke, he loves cooking and transmits this love for his work by shaping it into fabulous creations; 4. the service - The service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: natural elegance, not forced by the weight of the name of the place. the maitre d' immediately makes you feel at ease and transmits tranquility with a smile. the very good and approachable dining room staff, worthy of the star; 5. Relaxed and pleasant environment, the restaurant is very fresh and bright, very clean and well-kept. the air you breathe is equal to that found at home and is not weighed down by the thickness of the room; 6. the value for money - There were two of us, we spent €130 and I think the experience was worth every single penny. I didn't feel shocked in the slightest by the prices on the paper, I immediately understood the value of the dishes and the service. Furthermore, the cost of the cover charge (6€ each) is even low considering the table linen, the quality of the glasses and glasses, the homemade bread that is brought continuously as soon as you finish it and all the appetizers that they bring to prepare you for the meal. 06/08/2024: We were on vacation for a wedding we had in Treviso, I am a Hospitality and Sommelier. I have to say that even though we went with a two-year-old girl, they never looked at us badly. Exquisite treatment only at the level of the dishes we ate. When I asked the locals, no one spoke ill to me and at most some told me that you pay there…. Well, we paid tribute and with a great wine it didn't seem expensive at all, Italian food with a twist and above all fine, very fine flavors. SPECTACULAR!! We had lunch and dinner out every day and for me and the other two diners, it was the best by far. IF YOU ARE IN TREVISO AND YOU ENJOY, this is your place.

Il menù degustazione da noi scelto “Radici”ci ha soddisfatto sia per sapori che per dimensioni delle portate. Conto finale in linea con le aspettative.

22/08/2024: Went here on August 20, 2024 with my boyfriend to have dinner. If you want an authentic veneziana pasta would recommend you to visit and try! They have fixed menu for only 24€! Really had fun here since all the people are polite and funny!! Special Thanks to sir Carlo(he accomodate us to enter the restaurant) to Sajid the best waiter! He helped us choose which foods are the best and he's very kind! To Unic he speaks fluently in italian, spanish and english! The best food I've ever eaten compliments to their chefs🤍

17/08/2024: Hi, we saved ourselves from the heat outside in this small, beautiful restaurant and also ate something. The food was delicious and more than enough. The staff was very, very friendly and accommodating. They're really nice people. Short side story: A man from the staff took a short break outside because there were few people in the restaurant and was insulted by some passer-by outside. The man from the staff replied very friendly and wished him “Peace and Love”. The passerby didn't stop and the man from the staff remained calm and friendly. The world needs people like that.

18/07/2024: Siamo ritornati oggi alla locanda Baggio dopo una passata esperienza positiva. Purtroppo, questa volta siamo rimasti delusi. I piatti non erano all’altezza del nome del ristorante e del livello che viene rappresentato. Premetto che in sala eravamo in solo otto commensali, il servizio, per quanto accurato, si è rivelato piuttosto lento. I due primi avevano un sapore marcatamente acido in particolare quello dei tortellini, assai colorati, che facevano concorrenza al più pittoresco quadro di Pollock, il massimo esponente dell’empressionismo astratto. ma acido, anche se un po’ meno, era anche il risotto. Nella media invece il filetto (difficile non riuscire a farlo buono), accettabili i dessert, il mio “tradizionale”, purtroppo, era un tripudio di panna. I cafè li abbiamo saltati perché, pur essendo giunti puntuali alle 13.00 come da prenotazione, avevamo ormai superate le 15.00 ed eravamo gli unici commensali rimasti in sala. Giudizio complessivo…questa volta non più di tre stelle. MI aspettavo del cibo migliore da un ristorante che si vanta di essere un Michelin. Mi dispiace, avrei voluto essere più generoso, ma se lo raffronto ai diversi ristoranti stellati da me frequentati da Ambasciatore, forse dovrei essere ancora più parco. Oltre all’accoglienza, al servizio ed alle diverse descrizioni infinite, talvolta incomprensibili, delle portate e del vino, fondamentale rimane il cibo, sia che si tratti di un ristorante stellato che di una trattoria. Una nota finale sul prezzo. Sarebbe stato appropriato …se il cibo fosse stato del livello sperato. Per come abbiamo mangiato, mi e’ parso piuttosto elevato.

13/08/2024: On Saturday evening, before an event held in Abano, I stopped with some friends to have a bite to eat at this quite characteristic place. It was a pleasant surprise: the wine shop is located in a quiet and not very exposed place, it offers a wide choice of wines and salads, as well as cicchetti, which are very good (and we tried quite a few). For a quick dinner, or a more prolonged tasting, I'd say it's totally worth a stroll. Furthermore, the boy who took the orders and followed us to the table was very nice!

31/07/2024: Everything exceptional. Cicchini of the highest level, for the combination of flavors and quality of the products. Excellent wines and cocktails too. The owners are very nice and welcoming, as is the location. From today a new reference!
