This restaurant is in the historic center of Assisi near the new church. The place is small but cozy (though it was a bit cold). The pizza I ordered was quite good: thin and very, very crispy. The wait times are incredibly long for groups: both to order and to receive it, we had to wait ages (probably due to the lack of staff, since there was only one waiter around). Another unpleasant inconvenience occurred when I ordered dessert: a friend of mine and I wanted the chocolate cake, but the waiter told us there was only one and it was like 9 pm. So I asked for another dessert, but that was sold out too! Unfortunately, a restaurant can't run out of desserts at 9 pm! Otherwise, everything was fine.
A restaurant in the center of Assisi, with a lovely, quaint interior. Average lunch, but excellent Assisi red wine.

A pleasant surprise in Assisi, a place of pilgrimage, where eating has become a luxury. Here we found good products at a "fair" price.
So I went there for dinner and the next day for lunch.
And I ate.

We returned to this restaurant, which we've frequented for years...excellent as always! Simple dishes with fresh, quality ingredients! Excellent value! They accepted our little dog, and the staff is helpful and friendly as always.
What can I say? We can't wait to return.

Chosen at random. The atmosphere is 1980s-style, but clean and tidy. The wait staff (Francesca) was kind and empathetic. We waited a bit because they prepare it fresh. We had torta al testo, which was crispy but not hard, and had a nice filling. Very good and enjoyable.

The food is delicious! The pumpkin soup is very tasty, with a mix of spices and herbs! The skewers are delicious! The polenta is also worth it! The staff, especially Miriam, is very efficient, kind, and cheerful. Highly recommended.
