22/03/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home in the heart of Trevi, Trattoria La Bigonza is a must! Michele, the owner, is truly a super host: welcoming, helpful and ready to make you live a unique experience. We started with a phenomenal appetizer: the crostone with Ciauscolo, traditional and abundant, which immediately won us over for its authentic flavor and the quality of the ingredients. For the first courses, we tried the Grigia with mushrooms and the Cannelloni with artichokes: both excellent dishes, prepared with care and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfect and the toppings rich in flavor. For the second course, we chose the livers and meatballs, both exquisite dishes that left us speechless for their goodness. As a side dish, the roast potatoes were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The environment of the trattoria is super cute and original, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. It is the kind of place that manages to combine tradition with a touch of modernity, creating a pleasant and relaxing experience. And, what is really appreciable, the price is low, considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. 03/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the Seven restaurant in Monteleone di Orvieto and I can say that my experience was simply fantastic. The welcoming and informal atmosphere immediately conveys a feeling of warmth and hospitality, while the staff offers impeccable and friendly service. The cuisine, which combines traditional flavors with creative touches, offers irresistible dishes prepared with top quality ingredients. I highly recommend tasting the homemade pasta, tasty and rich in aromas, and accompanying it with one of the fine wines offered on their excellent list. The dessert, a refined balance of sweetness and freshness, represents the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable meal. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care in presenting each dish, a sign of the team's passion. Seven is undoubtedly a place not to be missed for those seeking taste, quality and authentic Umbrian hospitality. The attention to every detail makes the experience unforgettable.

18/03/2025: What can I say, I express my opinion after having had the opportunity to try the cuisine several times. First of all, the service, offered by young staff who are always very friendly and polite, helped me to appreciate the place. A note also for the place, unique thanks to its panorama with Mount Vettore and the Castelluccio valley as a backdrop. The food is always very good, albeit with some declines in some of the first courses. Never about ingredients, but more about cooking methods and seasonings which are unfortunately not always up to par. Prices on average stand at around 35/40 euros per person for a complete course including house wine. Ultimately: an enchanting place (not refined) as well as the quality of the ingredients which are always first choice. The cuisine is a little less so due to some seasonings that are sometimes a little excessive and not always spot on. Finally, the grilled dishes are very good.

19/02/2025: We stayed one night at the Relais Todini, we took advantage of the intimate and welcoming spa and had dinner at the restaurant that the structure offered us. We expected the best given the reputation of the place, but our expectations were met and even exceeded. The staff were approachable and always available, we met Rita the waitress who followed us for the entire duration of the dinner, she was very kind and very knowledgeable, making us discover delicious dishes accompanied by a good local wine. An experience definitely to be repeated soon!

15/03/2025: Fantastic experience. They gave me a tasting at Cuveé and we loved it. We have learned a lot with Yaneth, who explains everything in a very clear and didactic way, very close. The wines and goat cheese are spectacular. Highly recommended, to repeat, to give as a gift. Everything is great.

10/04/2025: Excellent food of the highest quality... I recommend coming to eat meat cooked on the grill... We didn't eat the cold cuts but it is visible in the refrigerator and it looks excellent... the meat always visible, neatly stored in vacuum-packed bags to preserve the quality of the product... finally, instead of dessert we ordered the best coccetto in the world with crazy melted and chopped cheeses with bacon on top... sublime... excellent quality for the price... the place is small and has few pretensions being a butcher's shop.. my favorite places with great quality

05/04/2025: Giusy is a wonderful person who knows how to pamper every customer together with her staff. Cook meat like no one else has ever done! Every dish you will eat at Dante and Maria Le Mandrie are all genuine at km 0 of excellent quality. Of the ones I've tried here in the area, it's honestly the best.

16/04/2025: On a busy night in Assisi just before Easter there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. It was obvious that the other diners were all local. The menu was unusual, the food delicious and the portions huge. I wanted dessert but was too full of delicious gnocchi. The staff were very welcoming to a solo diner. Highly recommended.

Excellent advice, we ate excellent grilled meat at a really reasonable price for the quality!!! Now this is the beauty of UMBRIA!!! 16/09/2024: Delizioso locale nel centro di Gubbio dove gustare in tranquillità ottime bruschette al tartufo, una deliziosa ricotta proposta nel tagliere dei formaggi ed un meraviglioso Sagrantino. Gentilissima la ragazza ai tavoli, premurosa la proprietaria che si affaccia ripetutamente a sincerarsi che tutto proceda al meglio. Conto più che onesto, una sosta davvero piacevole!

15/02/2025: Nice bar in a beautiful street in Orvieto, wide choice of what to have. The only thing that made me turn up my nose, and that probably won't make me return to this place, is the fact that, passing in front of it, I saw the manager/bartender on duty (who had served me shortly before) throw a cigarette, not completely extinguished, on the ground behind him; This is not acceptable behavior for me, especially from someone who should have an interest in having the street in front of the business where he works clean. For the rest, I highly recommend it as the place is beautiful, in an excellent location and has lower prices than other bars I tried nearby.

23/03/2025: Farmhouse surrounded by greenery. If you are looking for peace and quiet you are in the right place. The restaurant is the gem, refined and excellent quality dishes not to mention the breakfast with homemade cakes and donuts! TOP! There is also a beautiful outdoor pool which is obviously closed in March. Surely with the good weather this place becomes even more beautiful. Marco and Andrea two kind and discreet guys. I sincerely recommend it.
