08/02/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the hotel we stayed at. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, despite the elegant and chic setting. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. Excellent food, top quality, and reasonably priced. A place we'll definitely return to!

06/02/2026: The seafood tasting was truly excellent. The service was professional and attentive, and the place is quiet, perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner. The only drawback: there's no parking. I highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: A long-established restaurant that has changed hands several times. The current management, led by Nicola and chef Fabio, is very good. The atmosphere is rustic and well-maintained, with several cozy dining rooms. The menu is good and quite varied, featuring traditional Trentino dishes made with fresh local ingredients, along with a few new twists. The homemade bread is excellent, and the barley soup is a popular choice. Service is fast and friendly, with detailed explanations of the dishes and ingredients. Prices are reasonable.

The added value is definitely the dining room partner: he has a great ability to explain the dishes, highlighting the work and research behind each creation. He doesn't just describe, but truly conveys what you're about to taste. Quality ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and attentive, professional service. A coherent and well-crafted experience, which I highly recommend, especially to those seeking authentic cuisine!

15/03/2026: I only came here for the restaurant, but if the rooms are as well-maintained as their food and service, then they must be wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it feels like home. We had a wonderful meal: I highly recommend the Mas Burger, as well as all the other dishes and desserts. We ate near the window where you can see their cows. The value for money is amazing. We can't wait to return!

22/02/2026: My husband and I had some awesome cocktails here with really fresh ingredients (fresh ginger, fresh pineapple). Our charcuterie board was alsl really tasty. We just got it for one as it was a snack to share, and it was plenty. The service was authentic and attentive. It was a reallly lovely, cosy vibe there and we can't wait to go back next time we are in PDT!

07/03/2026: Restaurant: A wonderful experience in a beautiful location. The food was excellent. The service was very good, with no rush to clear a table. The bill was a bit high, but it's manageable every once in a while. I was 10 minutes late and called politely, but they told me not to worry. I was then greeted with kindness and a smile. Reservations recommended. Bar Service: I've been a few times for the bar service during the ski season. It's on the slopes, and it's always packed, so there's a queue. Like all places like this, it's beautiful and the food is good. In the summer, it's less crowded; the outside is beautiful.

03/02/2026: We returned for dinner after a year for the fair and we have no complaints regarding the service or the dishes, but we noticed a significant increase in prices that did not satisfy us at all, certainly attributable to the period of the fair, probably the low attendance is motivated by this factor, perhaps it would be time to review the general policy

03/03/2026: This review is for the restaurant only, as I didn't use the rooms. Located in the center of the small village of Vigo di Fassa, it was a very positive experience. The location is truly charming, and the service was extremely courteous and helpful. Traditional, tasty, and high-quality food! Generous portions and a wide selection of drinks, excellent menu. Definitely recommended!

01/03/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful, traditional, and well-presented. Those who've been there have also said the food is good. Yesterday, a pregnant friend of mine booked a table for three. Due to a misunderstanding, we had two other women with us, and five of us showed up—our mistake. What I didn't like, and why I'm giving it 2 stars, was the way we were treated. A real restaurateur doesn't just throw a pregnant woman away; perhaps he'll let her sit and find a solution. The categorical NO from the young man, perhaps from Romagna, who greeted us at the entrance really disappointed me. It didn't take much, even though I read in other reviews that the place is worth it, but that perhaps they should review the reservation system and better train the reception staff.

28/01/2026: Returning after ten years...it's a testament to our success! From the consistently excellent food, to the welcoming staff, to the reasonable prices for the quality offered.

26/01/2026: We had a great meal here on Saturday night. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the menu was varied. I had the Tagliatelline di teroldego with sausage and cheese and it was amazing. It was a reasonable portion size, and the flavours were delicious. My guest had the chicken fillet which was also very enjoyable. We opted for dessert, the apple strudel was our favourite, although we felt we needed more vanilla sauce. The carafe of red wine we had was great quality and for a reasonable price, so much so, we ordered another. Overall, a wonderful meal and glad we chose to visit!

16/02/2026: My partner and I were on our way back from Val di Siusi to Florence and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. After a quick internet search, I trusted my instincts and the dishes I'd seen on their website, and I have to say I wasn't wrong!!! Magnificent view, amazing dishes made with their own artisanal products!!! From the cured meats, to the wine, to the olive oil, and the amazing balsamic vinegar to pair with every dish! Try it and believe it! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks not only to the staff but also to the owner, a person of rare sweetness and humility! We'll definitely be back! ❤️

03/01/2026: Excellent hotel with a beautiful lake view. We stayed five nights, including Christmas. We will definitely return in the spring/summer.
