15/03/2025: Perfect place to stop, go up and sit on the small terrace, and enjoy spectacular views of Piazza del Campo. It is true that the service and the views are paid, but it is worth it.

26/03/2025: We went there after asking our host to make a reservation for dinner. I must say that the staff serving local dishes were very helpful and sweet, but they did not speak much English. We tried the most famous pasta of Tuscany, pici varieties. The taglioni all’anatra with duck meat and the pici cacio e pepe with cheese and black pepper were delicious. However, the pici alla cardinale did not suit our taste. The ribollate di pane alla senese soup, which is unique to Tuscany, is a highly nutritious delicacy that must be tried. Don’t forget to order the mix toscana delicatessen plate, which is the antipasto misto toscana.

31/12/2024: This is not the typical tourist restaurant but this is the real strong point. Delicacies to eat, helpful, polite and very kind staff. If you want to eat typical Sienese food and want to spend some relaxing time enjoying a good meal, this is the best place in Siena. Absolutely recommended.

02/03/2025: In the heart of Montepulciano, an excellence of Tuscan cuisine. The gnocchi with nana ragù are extraordinary, the pici with Tuscan ragù impeccable. The cheek, very tender, is a dish not to be missed. Attentive service, refined atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.

15/03/2025: Beautiful evening: welcome, excellent service, dishes prepared by the chef who owns the restaurant, skilled in cooking meat and fish with quality raw materials, presenting traditional dishes with the addition of a polite creativity. We enjoyed a first entree offered by the chef, followed by creamed cod on chickpea cream and garlic croutons, spaghetti with oil, garlic, raw chilli, red prawns and their bisque, washed down with a fragrant pinot blanc. Well-built cellar provided. Exquisite homemade sweets. To conclude an experience worth trying and with the desire to repeat it to discover new dishes pampered with attention and without haste. Prices absolutely in line with the dishes offered, you leave happy!

15/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Locale accogliente, buon servizio, menù non banale. Pappardelle tirate a mano con cinghiale battuto a mano: sublimi. Filetto di cinta: eccezionale. Peposo: una delizia. Semifreddo al vino santo: spaziale. Bravi!

We still talk about our experience of great food 8 months later. It will be our first stop in our return to Siena! Thank you for the service and delicious meal. Do not miss this place!

10/02/2025: Do not enter the accommodation unless you have a compact car!!!!!! Park in the parking lot and grab your bags! The rental car is all scratched!!!!! I hope the owner, the grandfather who welcomed me so warmly, will stay there for a long time.

08/01/2025: Good morning, on January 2, 2025 I was with my family eating. We were two adults and three children. You swiped the card and it gave you an error, you swiped it again and then it gave you the OK. However, they charged me double the amount of food. 69 euros. Please could you review it and undo one of the two operations since you duplicated it. Thank you.

31/03/2025: Excellent for catering (even if the FANTASTIC buffet of a few years ago is missing!) excellent staff for courtesy and professionalism, rooms a little too small (even if we stay there very little!). Recommended

30/03/2025: A truly enchanting place where you can relax alone, as a couple or with your family. Multiple pools with water of different temperatures. A bar and restaurant with good food and normal prices. Large relaxation rooms. Clean changing rooms. An experience to definitely repeat

18/10/2024: Helpful and courteous host. We called asking for a table for 8.30pm then for 9.30pm having left Rome late. They thought the kitchen was now closed in a small town like Montalcino - late October. The innkeeper replied that he was waiting for us! There were two of us when we arrived and he made us sit. Very kind, good and appetizing cuisine, nice location inside!!! Place ok! It doesn't take much to satisfy and make customers happy, small attentions! Thank you
