08/04/2026: Two staff on tonight, the food that arrived 15 minutes apart were like chalk and cheese. My partners vegetarian pasta was fine, 15 minutes later my cockerel and roast potatoes arrived. My food was the worst I have ever had, the potatoes were obviously old and re heated, soft and greasy, there was no meat on the small section of bird, it was supposed to come with salad, this never arrived. The potatoes were in edible. I cannot stress how bad these were. Eighty odd euros lighter I left hungry. The next table to us had her food sent back and she too, complained. Do not use this restaurant it must be the worst in Siena- I had the complete opposite experience in La Taberna Di Cecco last night and I regret not returning there today. I cannot stress how bad the food and service was. When I said the food was appalling, all I received was “calm down” Do not fall for this torist rubbish, demand better. Please do not use this place. I think one star is too many.

02/04/2026: An excellent meal in a quiet and very traditional setting. The berry panna cotta was spectacular (so much so that I didn't have time to take a picture 🥲).

01/05/2026: Lovely food and wine, just off the main square. Relaxed atmosphere. Just perfect!

30/04/2026: Absolutely delicious!! A very short walk away from the Piazza, this hidden gem really surprised us. From the front it looks small and unassuming but we chose to eat inside as it was a chilly evening and we found it lovely. It is not the most flashy or elaborate of decor but the service and food were what really made it for me! Highly recommend the 1ltr of house white wine with the pork!

14/12/2025: We ordered two Negronis, which were listed at €5 each on the menu, and a bowl of Ascoli olives listed at €3. Despite this, the final bill was €22, with a €9 difference that we couldn't figure out where it came from. The only thing we hadn't specifically ordered were some rather old chips brought with our drinks, which perhaps were charged without any communication. The overall experience wasn't a positive one: the place, despite it being a Saturday night, was completely empty, and much of the food listed on the menu was no longer available, except for the fried food. Furthermore, when we entered, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, meaning someone had been smoking in the dining room. All things considered, I wouldn't recommend this place.

12/03/2026: It's a place mostly frequented by Italians. The food is very delicious. The prices are quite reasonable. You can enjoy going there.

21/02/2026: Discovered by pure chance but it's really worth it! Extraordinary pici with white sauce! Excellent service and friendly owners! When I return to Siena, we will definitely go back.

09/04/2026: A good option in Montalcino for those who want typical Tuscan food. The dishes are well-prepared, especially the rabbit and wild boar. The wine list is excellent, with great Brunello options. Rustic and pleasant atmosphere, very much in the style of the region. The service can vary — it wasn't bad, but it's not the strongest point either.

04/04/2026: INCREDIBLE!!!!! A completely amazing experience… the service was incredible. We tried 3 dishes in total. Super generous portions. And two exquisite desserts… highly recommended. So lovely. An experience in itself…

10/05/2026: A wonderful hotel where time flows peacefully and quietly. Formerly a monastery, it boasts a tranquil interior and a magnificent garden overflowing with flowers. Particularly noteworthy are the stunning views of Tuscany and Umbria. The homemade meals (both breakfast and dinner) are delicious, and they serve high-quality local cheeses. The rooms are charming and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The hospitality of the family running the hotel is wonderful; we were warmly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true Tuscan experience.

05/05/2026: The Convent of Santa Chiara is a magical place. We had a wonderful time. The charming, spotless rooms and Melodie are a superb cook... the best tarte tatin in years! Thank you, we'll be back very soon.

02/08/2025: For the quality of the sliced meat, I would give it 6 stars going to the checkout, but I can't understand how a green salad can cost 9 euros when a sliced meat costs 18. I repeat, the sliced meat deserved 23 euros too... so it would be more correct to then apply €4 for the salad.

14/07/2025: 2** er ikke meget, men det som ramte vores borde var, desværre ikke længere end til 2**. Den bedste servering var den ene forret, helt simpelt bruschetta, var gode, og så alligevel også lidt ærgerligt at der var hældt tørret oregano ud over. Pasta retterne var, en spøjs sammensætning. Under krydret, og i den ene ret et ubestemmeligt krydderi som gjorde at retten ikke hang sammen. På gulvet var det en lidt træt aften, vinen kom efter forretterne, der blev foreslået dessert inden hovedretterne (pasta) var serveret etc. Lokalets indretning er jo ejerens valg, men uha der var mange køleskabe i rummet, om det styrke det etiske det tror jeg man skal være køleskabe sælger for at syntes.

06/04/2026: Honestly, I've been there for lunch before, but today I was very disappointed. I didn't find any taste or seafood flavor—dishes I make at home, too.

22/02/2026: Stay away, both for the food and the restaurant owner. Lunch on February 22nd, reservation with The Fork, for two people. I had pici with mussels and pecorino cheese; basically, it was pici with cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese, with a few mussels thrown in, without even the faintest hint of mussels (this dish is usually served plain). My wife had fried fish, which tasted average. The best part was the fried anchovies, which were truly inedible and had a terrible flavor. We pointed this out to the waiter and sent them back. I assure you, they were truly inedible. When paying the bill, I pointed this out to the owner, who even joked about it, and obviously added them to the final bill. A terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Qualità del carpaccio di chianina ottima, gnocchi di patate con il tartufo molto molto buoni Cortesia del personale indiscutibile come anche la simpatia …. 03/08/2025: Tuve un especial - salchicha y pocini tagliatelle - delicioso, las comidas de otros estaban bien. Lo más destacado fue el tiramisú - increíble. Personal agradable y vistas preciosas.
