04/09/2024: Cena da denuncia. Ci avevano confermato di avere opzioni per celiaci (dal sito e dal nome su google si evince di avere questa possibilità), all’arrivo ricordiamo alla cameriera che uno dei commensali é celiaco, e ci assicurano nuovamente dell’attenzione nelle pietanze. portano alla ragazza celiaca un pacchetto di crackers come sostituto del pane, confermando per ben 3 volte che si trattava di crackers senza glutine, nonostante la commensale celiaca fosse dubbiosa, giudicando l’aspetto dei cracker che non sembravano i soliti senza glutine. Visto che sembrava scortese non fidarsi delle ripetute conferme della cameriera, la ragazza celiaca inizia a mangiare i crackers. Dopo qualche minuto, la cameriera ritorna al tavolo chiedendo se la ragazza celiaca avesse gia mangiato i crackers, in quanto in realtà si era sbagliata e non erano per celiaci. Siamo rimasti senza parole, e ci siamo recati a parlare con la responsabile del ristorante, che non solo non si è scusata, giustificandosi che ‘tutti possono sbagliare’, ma ci ha pure detto ‘eh cosa vuoi che sia, al limite andrà in bagno 3/4 volte’. Dopodiché, i piatti della cena sono stati serviti in momenti diversi (la quarta persona ha dovuto cenare da sola, quando le altre 3 persone avevano gia finito le portate), e la cameriera invece di giustificarsi e scusarsi di nuovo, ci ha addirittura accusato di aver mandato in tilt la cucina con il problema dei crackers (creato da loro!!). Vergognosi, non solo nella mancanza di rispetto e di educazione, in quanto non si sono minimamente mortificati per tutta la serie di errori, ne’ hanno avuto la gentilezza di stornare una pietanza dal conto, ma soprattutto vergognosi nell’ignoranza di un ristoratore che definisce un ristorante con opzioni ‘senza glutine ‘ senza essere minimamente a conoscenza della malattia, e delle gravi conseguenze della contaminazione del glutine nello stomaco dei celiaci. Stiamo provvedendo a segnalazioni sui blog di celiaci e ai N.A.S.

03/09/2024: Al cibo darei la sufficienza ,ma il servizio molto insufficiente. Parte del personale poco disponibile. Ho ordinato del vino che non è mai arrivato,dopo averlo fatto presente mi rimborsano i soldi ,ma quando pago con la carta aumentano il conto e di nuovo lo faccio presente. Non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio.

25/06/2024: Ottima scoperta! Ci siamo trovati in questo bellissimo locale a fine serata e abbiamo deciso di degustare le ali di pollo e due magnifici panini. Abbiamo fatto l’amore con il palato perché veramente ottimi e gustosi. Lo consigliamo vivamente e ci ritorneremo presto! Consigliato++++

22/08/2024: Terrible experience! The place with outdoor tables in the port area is pleasant, but the service is absolutely inadequate and the food unclassifiable: in the linguine with clams and bottarga the clams were ALL closed and I found three hairs. The prawn risotto would have been decent but the prawns were not peeled. We arrived at the venue at 12, just as it opened, so the toilets should have been clean, but in reality they were dirty, probably from the night before. To top it off, the bill was done "by hand" by the owner who certainly rounded up the cover charge!

22/08/2024: Good trattoria located in the historic district of Venice. Tasty dishes, attentive and fast service. All in all good prices: first course, second course, dessert, water and a glass of house wine 30 euros. Lemon rice with prawns highly recommended.

23/08/2024: Amazing places to have coffee and something sweet in Livorno. 10/10 ✨✨✨ Good service, place to seat, delicious food and good location.

22/07/2024: Il migliore cappuccino che abbia mai bevuto. Pasticceria ottima e molto varia. Locale spazioso e molto bene arredato. Servizio veloce e puntuale.

08/08/2024: We visited this restaurant with high expectations, because - unique location, dress code, tables covered with linen, etc. However, the reception was already unpleasant, the waiter arrogantly scanned our clothes. And that is very different from discreetly checking to see if someone walks in wearing swimwear. Anyway, we were neatly dressed (although with wet hair). As a tourist, I tried to have a friendly chat with the waiter, but this was impossible. He was arrogant and grumpy and didn't waste a word with us. Bizarre. The famous 'catch of the day' turned out to be the biggest pig in a poke because this delicacy sold per kilo. Ultimately opted for 'tapas', 22 euros - this was a small bite of fish (mackerel?) with sliced ​​tomato and 'shrimp carpaccio' - a very small amount of shrimp with little taste - cost around 25 euros. We were not asked if we enjoyed it. We pinned our hopes on the main course (the waiter was beyond saving and I hope he will one day do a job he likes). We both ordered octopus as a main course (30 euros per dish) - unfortunately. Octopus may be meaty and have a bite, but it was tough and overpriced, just like the starters. It was a pathetic pile of polpa with burnt tentacles topped with a few potato wedges. The waiter took it out without asking how it had tasted, even with the starter, and that irritated me immensely. In short, I gave friendly feedback at checkout and even though 10 euros was deducted, we still paid way too much for this 'gastronomy', especially the total lack of hospitality was shocking. Sanitary facilities not clean - if you act pretentious, make sure you have a neat toilet area. Positive and good price-quality ratio: delicious espresso for 3 euros, served by a grumpy waiter, but in a unique location, which means that the coffee gets a passing grade. But that's all. What you can do: bring swimwear and towels and go swimming in this unique bay where you can take beautiful photos and have a wonderful swim! Bring water shoes because of stones!

05/08/2024: We had dinner at the Le Viste Restaurant and were absolutely not disappointed. The location of the restaurant is priceless and the food is no different. We ordered two appetizers, two second courses, a dessert, two glasses of wine and spent €73 each. A little higher than the local average but absolutely worth it for a dinner. Be careful to carefully look at the instructions on their website to reach the restaurant by car :)
