18/09/2025: Noise...........Noise..........Noise! Approximately 30 young rugby players (approx. 14-17 years old) are staying in 6 mobile homes right next door to us (noise until 2:00 a.m.). Cleaning ladies start cleaning at 7:00 a.m. (quiet time until 8:00 a.m.). Check-in at midnight. Shooting range in the immediate vicinity. Mowing the lawn at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.....If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the wrong place. Never again!

16/09/2025: A campsite with so much potential, if only they would invest more in its maintenance. The location is excellent. A 12-minute walk from the public beach, half of which is along the parking lot and half through the beautiful pine forest of the Tomboli Nature Reserve. It's also just a few minutes from the town center, where all the shops are located. It's a shame how dirty and neglected I found the mobile home I rented for two weeks. The shower stall has an unbearable amount of mold (see photo), all four beds are covered with bedspreads that look like they haven't touched soap and water in a while, and when you remove them, you find hair from previous guests on the mattresses. The shelves in the bedrooms are covered in dust... To make matters worse, if it rains, you're practically standing in the water's path (see video). Despite the covered porch, the house's gutter is overflowing with leaves, so the water, unable to drain, overflows along the walls, windows, and front door. The staff at reception, the bar, and the various internal services are very courteous, and the swimming pool is the only well-kept area of ​​the campsite, in fact it is very beautiful.

28/09/2025: Excellent hospitality and service, a magnificent, culturally picturesque location. Fresh food, freshly prepared with professionalism and the majestic creativity of Chef Omar and the pastry chef for his desserts, masterfully craft stellar delicacies. The pictures speak for themselves.

27/07/2025: Esperienza decisamente negativa: siamo arrivati in 6 per bere qualcosa, il caffè shakerato non arrivava e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno risposto che potevamo andare in un altro bar. Maleducati è l’unico aggettivo che mi viene in mente. Preciso che solitamente non faccio recensioni o le faccio quando ho trascorso un’esperienza positiva ma oggi non potevo evitarlo.

21/07/2025: Cena sublime. Stasera a cena abbiamo deciso di tornare per la seconda volta di fila in questo ristorante.Tavolo vista mare. Personale molto carino, educato e rapido.. il proprietario… una persona squisita. Abbiamo mangiato spaghetti alle vongole e del tonno alla griglia super fresco. Prezzi ottimi , ma cibo ancor di più . Sicuramente prossima volta a Cavo sarà la nostra prima scelta. Grazie Massimo ci vediamo a Settembre.

10/09/2025: The food is okay, but the service is terrible... the kids' food arrived when everyone else was already finished and ready to pay, and instead of apologizing, the waiter snapped at us: "We're in Italy, so I'll speak Italian to you." They acted like they didn't understand us when we asked about our food. They were confused and unfriendly from start to finish. We've been there ten times, but the service is completely new. Unfortunately, this was the last time.

09/09/2025: We went to Grigolo for dinner with friends, three hungry souls, one of whom was gluten intolerant. A detail that, it seems, threw the entire dining room staff into a tailspin. The service? A tragicomic ballet of four waiters, each with their own style of unpreparedness. We had to push repeatedly for plates, napkins, and even attention. At a certain point, we thought we were invisible, or perhaps part of a social experiment. The highlight? Ordering gluten-free gnocchi, which magically transformed into long pasta. The waiter, with the confidence of a dice-roller, announced: "They should be gluten-free." When asked for clarification, the staff showed the same bewilderment as those who have just discovered they've lost their passport at the airport. The three dishes arrived at different times, as if the kitchen were an escape room and each course a test to be passed. One of the dishes was supposed to have chopped pistachios: none arrived. After a long wait, we were handed a small plate with just the sprinkles. We made our own garnish, because at Grigolo, we believe in customer autonomy. We expressed our complaints to the manager, who enlightened us with a pearl of wisdom: "If the kitchen gives me the dishes one at a time, I'll bring them to you one at a time." At that point, we asked if the kitchen was managed by the restaurant or if they relied on our own kitchen, just to see if it was our fault.

16/07/2025: Locale storico e di altissima qualità. Ottima la pasticceria e il caffè è buonissimo, servito in tazzine belle e di classe. Il personale è gentile. Consigliatissimo

12/07/2025: Llevo viniendo al Caffe Ginori cada verano desde hace una década. Tienen el mejor cornetto alla crema, frate (donas Italiano ), espresso y schiacchiatine (sándwiches) de la zona. ¿Estoy desconcertado por las malas críticas? También el almuerzo y la cena son maravillosos. Tanto las opciones de mariscos como las de carne siempre han sido excelentes. Vivo en Berkeley, California y espero visitarla cada verano con nuestra familia. Caffe Ginori es sinceramente uno de los lugares más destacados.

09/09/2025: We just left the restaurant and unfortunately we weren't satisfied... The price/quality ratio wasn't right... we ate too little, badly, and spent too much!!!

01/09/2025: When we arrived, it was noon, and all the restaurants were closed, so we happened upon this place by chance. As soon as we sat down, they brought us the menus, but we didn't know they were out of date. They even gave us another menu written in pen with different prices. We didn't understand, so we ordered, and the food was even passable, admittedly very small portions, but then at the end of the payment they told us the menu was out of date, so we didn't understand anything. The menu they brought us wasn't updated with the prices, which were obviously inflated at the end, justifying it by saying they hadn't brought the new menus 😳, and in the end they said we also had to pay a 5% service charge. The waitress was alone, with more than 50 covers. Anyway, we had a terrible experience. The owner is a scammer. The receipt doesn't list the courses, a single price of €120 without understanding what we paid. Unfortunately, this old-fashioned way of running a restaurant, where the owner feels entitled to defraud a customer, has to stop! You should call the finance department; then you'll see how we change the menus! A terrible experience. I strongly advise against it; go where transparency is king.

18/09/2025: A classic, excellent pastry shop and café; the products are varied and imaginative, especially the desserts. The service is also excellent: the interior is spacious, with no crowded tables. The silence is also excellent, except for a single occasion when a radio program was playing at high volume.
