20/06/2025: Ristorante ormai di fiducia, dopo anni e anni non delude mai. La qualità prezzo è impeccabile, la scelta dei piatti è ampia e il servizio è davvero professionale, i camerieri sono sempre disponibili e Leonardo è davvero un ottimo padrone di casa! L’accoglienza e l’atmosfera sono sempre al massimo! Consigliato

15/06/2025: Cibo di qualità nella norma, alcuni piatti più buoni di altri ma diciamo niente di particolare, piatti che chi ha un po di dimestichezza in cucina riesce a cucinare tranquillamente a casa propria. nota dolente l'attesa, decisamente troppa; e la maleducazione di un membro del personale che lascia veramente perplessi tanto da non tornarci più. Unica nota di merito alla cameriera, molto gentile e professionale.

02/06/2025: La poca cortesia che io ho ricevuto ieri dal personale è stata quasi al limite della maleducazione. Capisco che l’1 o il 2 giugno possa esserci stata molta affluenza e che il barista potesse essere stanco/stressato ma entrare nel bar per gustare un buon caffè al bancone e dover andar via con l’amaro in bocca della rispostaccia ricevuta è stato davvero poco spiacevole.

04/07/2025: Nice idea to make it look like an "old" place, we ate well, arrosticini, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, a first course with tomato. Fair prices, nice and kind waiter. I would go back

09/06/2025: So many memories. Early 80s it was one of the first restaurants, if not the first, in the Viterbo area, to open with self-service appetizers. For us hungry young people it was a real godsend.

22/05/2025: I happened to be there a couple of times and I had a good time both times. The managers, two people no longer very young, both very kind and polite, the pastry shop is decent and the focaccias with different fillings are also good. The coffee is good too. Small environment with tables, but quiet and relaxing. I will gladly return.

26/01/2025: La nourriture n’étais pas spécialement bonne, les croissants étaient sec mais le café était bon. Cependant le monsieur ne parlais pas du tout anglais et en a profiter pour nous rajouter 4€ à la note comme si de rien n’étais. Je ne recommande pas ….

01/10/2024: I think the worst pastries I’ve had in Italy: cream was not fresh or it was a problem with ingredients. Dirty tables, average coffee. Person at the counter had flue and didn’t wear any mask. The question is why this person was at work, but I’ll leave it to management. Don’t go, any bistro would be better.

01/07/2025: Non sanno che significa stare al pubblico ! I pezzi salati (panini etc.) non portano mai il cartellino del costo. Schiacciatina tonda di circonferenza 11 cm al costo di 5 euro con formaggio e melanzane. Un succo di frutta, normalissimo 3,50 euro al supermercato il solito a 1,50 euro ! Non c'è male come ricarico !

22/06/2025: Excelente servicio para nuestro grupo escolar. Buena comida. Preciosa decoración en un espacio fresco. Los 3 platos eran muy sabrosos y frescos. Nuestro camarero trabajó muy duro y era encantador.

12/07/2025: Siamo finiti in questo ristorante perché era l’unico che aveva disponibilità in zona e leggendo le recensioni positive degli altri clienti abbiamo deciso di provare. È stato letteralmente un incubo. Location terribile, tavoli e sedie di plastica, pavimento sporco, tovagliette e tovaglioli di carta. Servizio inesistente, abbiamo dovuto rincorrere i camerieri sia ad inizio serata, per sapere quale fosse il nostro tavolo, sia alla fine per poter avere il conto (ci hanno consegnato la comanda strappata dal taccuino delle ordinazioni e siamo dovuti andare noi a pagare alla cassa ). Finalmente ci sediamo e solo dopo 15 min arrivano le posate, senza acqua né cesto del pane. Arrivano i due primi piatti ordinati che erano letteralmente insapori, praticamente spaghetti in bianco inzuppati nell’olio alla modica cifra di 22€ (i gamberi che erano sopra non sapevano veramente di nulla). Solo dopo i primi piatti arrivano pane, grissini e acqua, pagata come un’acqua filtrata Culligan in vetro a 3€, e che invece si presenta come una bellissima bottiglia in plastica di San Benedetto. Poi arrivano i secondi, una frittura letteralmente zuppa di olio come si può vedere in foto e un tonno impanato che aveva un sapore sgradevole ed estremamente forte, che non è di certo quello del pesce fresco. Ci siamo alzati di fretta senza ordinare altro, né caffè né dolci. Il prezzo che vedete nello scontrino è addirittura scontato del 20% (sul subtotale, neanche sul totale) grazie alla promozione che era presente su The Fork. Quindi 90€ (che sarebbero stati 109) per due spaghetti in bianco e due secondi praticamente immangiabili. Fate voi.

21/04/2025: Ieri sera domenica 20 aprile ho mangiato al “Quarto Platano” di Vittoria Apuana. Su uno sgabello due focaccine con un buon ripieno (senza esagerare né in qualità né in quantità) e una buona Birra media di buona qualità: mi sono state chieste 22 euro, una enormità. Venerdi 18 aprile alla pizzeria “Al Vecchio Carlino” a Firenze per un Calzone funghi, mozzarella e prosciutto di media qualità, una Birra media e una Birra piccola di media qualità ho speso 15,50 eur. Ero presso il Quartiere Leopolda, attaccato al Centro Congressi La Leopolda, a 100 metri dal Nuovo Teatro Del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, a 400 metri dalla Stazione di S. Maria Novella e a 500 metri dalla omonima Cattedrale, cioè in mezzo a monumenti che tutta Europa conosce. La pizzeria di Firenze ha acquisito un cliente, mentre per i prossimi decenni inviterò amici e conoscenti a superare di slancio questo Bar Ristorante con prezzi improponibili. Ho messo una stella perché non ne potevo mettere zero

However, this doesn't create a relationship with the customers—I repeat, it's normal for a place that only caters to tourism. The thing that bothered me most was that I always get the same drink and once I pay a price that varies, not over the years, but over the days. That's why it remains my last choice—not that an extra €1 or €2 makes a difference, but out of fairness to the customer. Peace be upon you, and carry on with the tourist.

30/07/2025: Took forever to get the food. The food tasted microwaved Hilariously overpriced, 9 euros for a store bought lasagne.

21/07/2025: I ordered a coffee and was charged 2.50 euros without a receipt. I asked if it was also 2.50 euros at the bar. The waiter said yes, 2.50 euros. When I asked for a receipt and asked why it was 1.40 euros on the price list, the young lady refunded me the difference. Not a very honest shop.

09/07/2025: Apperol in a plastic glass! For the first time I meet such horror.

29/06/2025: The coffee was over priced at €3. Plus 10% to have the view. The waitress was aggressive and dismissive, as if she didn’t want anyone here. The terrace was practically empty so it’s not like a ‘busy work day’ was stressing her out.

06/08/2025: Compared to many other places, the service was poor, especially the person delivering the food who seemed to be in a rather bad mood. The food was average, quite basic, and at least at that moment, the place was somewhat dirty. I wouldn't call it a tourist trap, but there are certainly much better places in the area.

10/07/2025: Very rude staff, the coffee is too expensive and not worth it. I asked for a cappuccino and they gave me coffee with literally no milk; they didn't even heat the milk.

29/07/2025: The ice cream was delicious. The blueberry yogurt flavor was incredibly rich and generous! It was just a bit scattered, not clumping together. There were a few ice chips, which might have been there. But I'd definitely recommend trying it! It felt like it was made with a very rich blueberry sauce. Despite the reviews saying the service was poor, I was okay. Maybe I only bought one ice cream and didn't spend much time there. The waitress was quite indifferent, not indifferent. She was quite polite.

21/07/2025: Tiny bar located at the end of the fabulous Ponte Vecchio that serves ice creams and various types of cocktails. The location is a bit dated. There are few seats outside. My Spritz was pleasant but not exceptional. The staff offered excellent service.
