13/11/2024: Terrible experience; Non -existent value for money. I took a fried seafood dish for 18 euros and it was very little fish, with very small prawns, scanty and limp, as well as cold! the mushroom meatballs were raw inside and my husband's soup was very poor for its 12 euro cost. The only positive thing is the location. Service not bad. However, a 68 euro lunch that wasn't worth it at all. A big disappointment.

18/03/2025: I was double-charged at this café, and even though I showed my bank statement as proof, they made me pay again. Hardly anyone spoke enough English to resolve the issue. The food was mediocre at best and seriously overpriced. Overall, a disappointing experience.

10/03/2025: To save time, you can have simple sandwiches there. The staff is friendly but the place is basic and not very clean. It’s a snack if you want.

26/11/2024: La nuova gestione ha decisamente peggiorato i servizi del bar. Oltre a non offrire più l’ampia ed alta gamma di pasticceria e salati (adesso veramente scadente), sono anche maleducati e con prezzi eccessivi: cappuccino ben 1,90€ e semplice caffè 1,40€ !!!! Folle!

22/10/2024: Ho pagato il dolcetto in foto 2,50 euro ( non è grande come una pasta da colazione, è come un biscotto). Qualità scadente, personale scortese Al bancone ( no servito al tavolo)

22/03/2025: Si può avere/gestire un posto molto bello, capiente, nel cuore di una città importante e rinomata, MA se la qualità di prodotti, i costi e soprattutto il servizio offerto non sono all'altezza si va poco lontani..... Purtroppo non sono solita leggere le recensioni dei bar (al contrario delle recensioni su ristoranti e hotel). In genere scelgo guidata dall'istinto alla ricerca di un buon caffè che renda la mia vacanza o il mio soggiorno di lavoro ancora più gradevole. Questa esperienza mi insegna a farlo! Non lo consiglio. Passate oltre.

02/02/2025: Una pasta al tiramisù pessima (l’ho lasciata) una fetta di cheesecake anche lei appena passabile e 2 marocchini : 20,50. Se i prodotti fossero stati di qualità non recensirei negativamente ma quel prezzo per prodotti quasi immangiabili Anche no. Evitate

22/12/2024: DEI VERI TRUFFATORI senza nessun ritegno . Un cappuccino 4 euro . LA RAGAZZA FA FINTA DI NULLA E SORRIDE. Solitamente lascio stare , ma stavolta SI MERITANO UNA PESSIMA RECENSIONE E SE CHIUDONO CI FANNO UN FAVORE . STATE ALLA LARGA .FARABUTTI !!!VERGOGNATEVI !!!! . Spero che chiudete e anche presto !!!!! 17/11/2024: Posto vicinissimo alla stazione santa Maria novella, tutto ok per carità, però i prezzi sono assurdi, soprattutto se giustificati dal fatto che con il servizio al tavolo il costo è maggiore (peccato che non abbiamo avuto nessun servizio), comunque per il resto nulla da dire. Quasi venti euro per tre brioche, due cappuccini e un caffè

14/04/2025: Huye de aquí! Estafadores. Me incluyeron un café con leche de más que no había tomado. Reclamé y así y todo acabé pagando 1€ de más. Destruyó el ticket comprobante. Ya sé que 1€ es una miseria pero es el hecho de engañar hasta con pequeñas cuantías. El wc estaba asqueroso. Los precios abusivos y el café muy muy malo y diminuto. Avisado estás.

10/04/2025: Um assalto ao bolso de quem tem o azar de entrar. Os preços não estão expostos e apanham de surpresa viajantaa distraídos ( como foi o nosso caso, porque estava ao virar da esquina) Gelados medíocres a preço de ouro (e desconfio que variável, consoante o humor). Um atendimento miserável e displicente coroado pelo assalto final. Va de retro..

12/04/2025: There were five of us in total—two were ordering takeaway, while the other three planned to dine in. We were already aware before coming that the prices for takeaway and dine-in were different. While I was paying and waiting for the coffees, the two friends who ordered takeaway sat down for a moment. The owner immediately stood up and told them to leave. Even after I repeatedly explained that we understood the price difference and they would leave as soon as they got their drinks, the owner still insisted they leave with a very rude attitude. The service was honestly terrible. If you don’t have a lot of patience, I strongly advise against coming here—it could ruin an otherwise wonderful day.

10/04/2025: Bad and low quality food We didn't even finish the pasta dish... normal prices, not expensive either but it's not worth it. They are tourist traps. I don't recommend it

01/01/2025: Good ice cream. The cashier, I suppose the owner, very arrogant and haughty; unfit to be in the public eye as he is listless. I, a paying customer, at least expect respect and education as well as clarity in prices.

26/10/2024: Amazing ice cream. Watered down and tasteless. The pistachio flavor is nothing more than a green surface layer without flavor and underneath all fiordilatte, watered down.
