07/07/2024: Paste da resuscitare Lazzaro. Pulizia e gentilezza de rigueur! Caffè eccellente e ambiente pulitissimo nel centrale Corso Garibaldi! E prezzi più vantaggiosi che in darsena o in Passeggiata! Parte la mattinata col sorriso e la joie de vivre!

24/09/2024: We stayed here twice during our two-day stay in Florence. Both times we had a sandwich for lunch. Nice and crispy, good ingredients and not too greasy. Highly recommended when you have finished visiting the Uffizi or Galileo museum.

01/02/2025: Siamo arrivati seguendo il suggerimento di Tripadvisor. Posto gradevole, ambiente accogliente con soffitto in legno originale e grande camino acceso. Personale e servizio gentile, attento e curato. Pietanze ottime, costata eccellente. Peccato per l’assenza di tovaglia ed un babà da migliorare

28/12/2024: Cucina ottima, servizio gentile. Hanno un menù con piatti della tradizione toscana e un menù più innovativo. Tutto molto buono. Unica pecca, abbiamo sentito un po' freddo, magari la prossima volta chiedo un tavolo nella sala con il camino.

12/04/2025: Our first evening on holiday in Florence was ruined by our awful experience at Zeb. Average food, and absolutely appalling service from the rudest waiter you could ever wish to meet. He was unwelcoming, rude, unhelpful and dismissive. We waited over half an hour to order our first course. We waited over an hour before we received our first course. We were given a single glass of wine and when we asked for another the waiter was beyond rude and condescending. He could not believe we wanted a second glass of wine before ordering our main course! He even apologised to the nice couple sitting next to us as he poured a glass of wine as it added a minute to the time before they were allowed to order their main course. He single-handedly ruined the little atmosphere there was in this awful place. If you want a miserable meal go to Zeb. If you want the worst service you have ever experienced go to Zeb. If you want cold food go to Zeb. Honestly the worst restaurant I have ever visited in Italy! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

05/03/2025: L'asporto/take away è impeccabile: pane, grissini e formaggio monodose inclusi in una confezione ben curata. I ravioli al ragù e le trenette al pesto buonissime e in porzioni abbondanti. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

19/10/2024: È la prima volta che scrivo una recensione, ma questa volta non ho potuto esimermi. Lascio perdere che in una sala vuota per metà siamo stati messi in un tavolo appiccicato ad un altro dove si entrava a malapena, ma la cosa imperdonabile è che il cameriere ha preso gli ordini a mente ( e non ci sarebbe niente di male se avesse avuto buona memoria) e non ha ricordato che la mia compagna (intollerante al lattosio) avesse chiesto che venisse messo il grana al posto della mozzarella. Purtroppo non ce ne siamo accorti subito e quindi è stata male tutta la notte. Sulle intolleranze alimentari si deve prestare attenzione. Si rischia la denuncia.

01/12/2024: The kebab was good and the assortment of foods was varied, it was a shame that only the spiciness of the kebab was noticeable, in fact the 4 of us spent 2 days with our taste buds burned by the spiciness of the kebab. The service was honest, nothing special, you come in, ask, eat, pay, finished. A particular plus point is that the place is open until very late, in our case it was 4 in the morning. The environment was heated and spacious, there were tables to eat at and chairs to sit on (compared to many others on the street that make you eat standing up), it's a shame that the tables were still dirty from those who had eaten there before, with pieces of kebab and onion scattered around. All in all a pleasant kebab, but be careful of the spiciness, it's no joke!

09/02/2025: A nice bar to have breakfast. It is located almost in the center, it is visible due to its position on the corner between two streets. The location with its light dark wood interior and huge counter is reminiscent of the bars of the past. Spacious location, excellent pasta.

22/03/2025: Quaint Charm and Tempting Pastries A restaurant with Potential I stopped by this charming restaurant-bar for breakfast, ordering scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the bacon, suggesting a possible miscommunication. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd be willing to give them another try. The service was friendly, and English was spoken, making it easy to communicate. The restaurant has a cozy, quaint atmosphere with ample seating, and the pastry selection is absolutely outstanding. From the street, the display of various pastries is a true eye-catcher, drawing you in with their delicious appearance. While the entry is a bit small, it seems designed to accommodate those grabbing pastries to go. However, the restaurant offers a full menu beyond its bakery items, as well as a complete bar. This makes it a versatile spot for breakfast, drinks, or a light meal.

16/03/2025: Popped in for a pit stop while exploring Florence. Caffe latte was quick and hot, pastry was yum, no complaints from me.
