01/02/2025: This place is a guarantee! it is impossible to be disappointed, from sandwiches to rotisserie to catering to gastronomy, after having tried everything, I can say without fear, that the quality and excellent flavor of each delicacy are at decidedly high levels. The act of transforming every raw material into delicious products is an art and artists work there. Worthy of mention is the calzone with pieces of horse meat, there are no words to describe it, you have to try it. Interfacing with Stefano I would like to mention him, compliment him and thank him for his excellent work!

03/05/2025: 27 April 25 in Gallipoli, lunch stop at the restaurant and also hotel if I'm not mistaken IL PESCATORE (LA BOMBARDA s.r.l.), passing around 1pm only 1 table occupied and this didn't seem like a good sign to me, compared to other places that were already almost full, however we trusted the reviews on google maps and went in. We have absolutely no regrets, in fact we really enjoyed everything from the special dishes, to the reliable and competent service, to the nice place and also to the more than normal cost. Among the dishes worth mentioning are the red or imperial oysters, rare and typical of Gallipoli which are harvested at around 30 m. deep where they are tenaciously clinging to the rock. I point out 3 oysters (400 gr.) €. 28 as can be seen in the receipt, and given the rarity and difficulty in fishing them perhaps it is not excessive. The very kind waiter who looked after us rather than served us, recommended us not to eat anything and to taste the particular and intense aroma that these seafood give off before eating or rather savoring them. Once we paid the bill we were also kindly offered some coffee and bitters, we chose the Jefferson typical of the Cosenza area, which not everyone has. In conclusion, deserved fame

09/04/2025: Rather retro environment, certainly deliberately refined, certainly not chic, but high-level starters, first and second courses, all organic products. The friendliness of the owner completes everything. I will definitely go back. Fully satisfied.

30/12/2024: A very family restaurant... genuine people and excellent cuisine... we are a young couple but to celebrate our love we always go to them, where we feel at home and very pampered.

08/05/2025: The spritz was good but be careful THIEVES....it looks more like a bar than anything else outside...34€ for 4 Spritz 🤑🤑🤑. 1.5 € to serve a drink!!!!!

16/04/2025: Well... I could have done it better at home. The orecchiette were served cold with diced tomatoes and mozzarella on top, all tossed in oil. When I wanted to return it, I was told that it would be eaten cold. There is only 1 star for that alone. I may be a tourist, but I'm not stupid.

25/05/2025: Ci capita con la famiglia di tanto in tanto di domenica mattina di andare a fare colazione per dedicarci qualche poco di tempo insieme a moglie e figli in questa pasticceria. La qualità della pasticceria non si discute ma il proprietario ha dei modi di fare che sono accondiscendenti nei confronti della cerchia degli abituali frequentatori di questa pasticceria ma sono scostanti nei confronti di coloro che sono saltuari frequentatori come siamo noi. Per fortuna dí questa pasticceria c’è una signora,la signora Paola, che abituali o non abituali tratta tutti con garbo e gentilezza. L’atteggiamento del proprietario infastidisce e non poco a parer mio già a pochi chilometri di distanza,nel comune dí Parabita, c’è una pasticceria,Arte Bianca, altrettanto buona ma con del personale cordiale,gentile e affabile. La prossima volta per le nostre ricorrenze come comunioni,cresima o altro ci rivolgeremo a quest’ultima. A tuglie sconsigliatissima al massimo per i modi di fare, per i tempi di attesa lunghi, per la fila che viene abitualmente saltata dai conoscenti abituali di questa pasticceria.

06/05/2025: We stayed 3 days in Otranto and went every evening for an aperitif at Maestrale. They always find a space for you to settle in (at the beginning of May), we never ask you if you have a reservation, they have a great lounge playlist and DJ set on Sunday evenings, a wide choice of cocktails and aperitif boards. They are smiling, cool and physiognomic. The atmosphere is really nice. Thank you for this nice start to the evening with a sea view in Maestrale.

09/09/2024: Our favorite bar in Torre Lapillo! Very kind staff, always smiling and never intrusive, what you want to see first thing in the morning. If only the brioches were fresh from the pastry shop it would be the best (I recommend it!). Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!
