The owner was very friendly and gave us advice on the dishes, and thankfully we followed his advice, so we had a delicious lunch. Thanks to all the staff. A place not to be underestimated because it has very good cuisine.

23/10/2025: Simply fantastic. Starting at 3:00 p.m., the restaurants in Otranto go into siesta. The small bistro Il Maestrale remains open. It's a great atmosphere. A beautiful view of the small marina. The food is delicious. The service is very attentive and friendly. A definite recommendation.

21/09/2025: A truly delicious pastry shop, with a wide selection of homemade desserts that are sure to win you over at first glance! The atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or a coffee break with friends. The rustic dessert or the pasticciotto gelato are a true delight, absolutely worth trying! The products are of excellent quality: fresh, authentic, and with an authentic flavor. The only downside is that service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially at peak times, but the wait is worth it thanks to the quality of the products and the kindness of the staff.

21/09/2025: If you're in Calimera, this is a must-see. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the products, especially the pasticciotto, are truly exceptional.

06/09/2025: Olimpia and Stefano, the owners, are very helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and surrounded by greenery.

25/08/2025: The place is run by rude people, especially Olimpia, who disregard public order rules. The place is located in a residential area, surrounded by private homes. The music (the place is open late, so we're talking about disturbances after 10 PM, sometimes until 1 AM) is often too loud, sometimes incredibly loud and unbearable. A few weeks ago, I alerted the police, after several attempts over the years to politely ask them to turn the volume down. And I will do so again, if necessary. This place is unbearable!

26/08/2025: A trip to Lecce to see the city? To celebrate Sant'Oronzo? No. The wife is looking for a shop, in August, with the heat, the half-hour, and the children asking for the bathroom. I slip into an unknown and anonymous café that had struck me with its 1980s-style window. I meet Mr. Bruno, an octogenarian pastry chef, who tells me about his life and his desserts. A wonderful experience.

The chef demonstrates extraordinary mastery, transforming excellent raw materials into dishes that are true works of art. The fish is incredibly fresh, literally alive until moments before preparation, treated with respect and impeccable technique. Each dish expresses balance, elegance, and depth of flavor, without ever losing the authenticity of the sea. Stunning presentations, obsessive attention to detail, and a tasting menu that surprises from start to finish. Professional service, a refined setting, and an atmosphere that make the experience memorable. It's more than just a restaurant: it's haute cuisine taken to excellence. 10/09/2025: A few days ago, I had breakfast at this renowned pastry shop, featuring the most classic Lecce specialties: pasticciotto and iced coffee with almond milk. I'd never tried them before, and I loved both. The place is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I spent €3.50 in total.

23/08/2025: The rooms aren't much, but the pool is large and beautiful. The residence is a wonderful place to stay, and it's just steps from Baia dei Turchi. The location is excellent and the place is very, very beautiful.
