27/12/2025: Never again! Poor food: I ordered fries (inedible!) and two sandwiches, one lightly toasted on the top and cold on the bottom, and the other completely cold and untoasted. The ingredients inside were scant and of poor quality. The beers were served quite a while after the fries arrived, and the location was extremely uncomfortable due to the cramped space and broken seating.

15/11/2025: I've known them for over a year now, and I've found their dry pastries excellent, but their fresh ones much less so. On two occasions when I bought a cake, the first for a child's birthday party, ordered with specific ingredients, we found ourselves with what they decided to sell us that didn't correspond to what we asked for, and it was also of extremely low quality. We said to ourselves, "Mistake can happen." The next day, we politely offered our opinion, and they acted sorry. This last time, however, on November 11th, the feast of St. Martin, invited by friends for dinner, we stopped by the pastry shop and were struck by an apple pie with a sweet plate with a beautiful phrase about friends written on it. Because of that written phrase, we had the cake wrapped for €29, and in the evening we showed up at our friends' house. Imagine our disappointment when we saw that the plate with the writing was no longer on the cake, plus we had told our friends about the beautiful phrase in advance. The bottom line was that we were disappointed, and the cake was of extremely poor quality, worse than frozen cakes. The next day, my wife and I stopped by to make the We complained, and the gentleman who answered us, not very apologetic, kept repeating that he thought it strange that the plaque with the phrase wasn't there. This, to me, means that we bother complaining just to gain some advantage from telling a lie. We closed the matter by telling him we wouldn't be going again.

30/09/2025: High prices and... dancers... their advantage is that there's a wide variety of products and the quality is good.

14/04/2026: We had a snack here at midday and the place was perfect. Loved the salmon sandwich and the chocolate icecream. I hear the coffee was great, too. The dubai icecream was trying too hard per my taste.

13/04/2026: Nice caffè, but very unpleasant service. We obviously bothered them with our presence. We were not offered any menu, after asking the lady brought it to us with a very annoyed look on her face. I got something completely different than what I ordered. Anyway, I have to praise the coffee, it was excellent and the dessert, which I did not order, but received, was also very tasty.

01/12/2025: Welcoming and elegant atmosphere in a villa surrounded by greenery. Impeccable service provided directly by the very kind owners—a true treat, I'd say. The dishes are excellent in taste and presentation, seasoned and adorned with fresh, locally grown spices... incredible aromas. I also had the pizza....MAGISTRAL! What can I say about the dessert? A work of art! Villa Bacco is a restaurant you simply must visit, so I highly recommend it, and I will return every chance I get. The price is right! ☺️

16/02/2026: Bad experience. We left Alberobello looking for a pastry shop in Locorotondo, but unfortunately we stumbled upon this pastry shop. It initially appeared to have a wide selection of pastries and cream puffs, but after tasting them, we realized they weren't fresh at all. Not recommended. The only positive note was the kind lady at the counter.

26/11/2025: The owner tries to be friendly, but in reality he's just pushy and inappropriate. I'm here and there, as if it were the only bar in all of Bari. And the dessert display case is always the same, and the croissants are absolutely no good. In fact (obviously, in my opinion), if instead of chit-chatting, he'd think about restocking the display case, perhaps things would be better... and receipts??? Optional. I strongly advise against it.

06/04/2026: I'm posting this review only to prevent other patrons from being robbed, like the one I experienced yesterday, at this establishment. A Spritz and another drink (which seemed like a poorly made aperitif to me), plus two small bowls of taralli from the 1945 war, and peanuts, for the modest sum of 18 euros... THIEVES.

02/03/2026: I don't recommend it, we ordered an aperitif: four bowls of appetizers (olives, taralli, rice, and peanuts) and a plate of rotisserie, in which we found a HAIR! In addition to the food, we ordered a spritz, two beers, and a Fanta. The whole thing cost us €36, and the lady wasn't even capable of offering us a discount, considering that after finding the hair, we only ate half of it. A disappointment!!!

14/03/2026: Everything was terrible. The dishes listed on the menu, and after ordering, were unavailable (9:00 PM on a Saturday). After waiting over an hour, the dishes were wrong. We ate terribly. After paying, we went somewhere else to eat.

14/03/2026: Terrible experience. We arrived when the place was still fairly empty, and yet we waited over 50 minutes for our dishes. We ordered, and 20 minutes later, the waitress came back to tell us that many of the items we'd ordered weren't available. The order specified a completely unseasoned dish, which promptly arrived with just a few inches of oil. The response was, "It's not my fault." Leaving our friend completely starved, having exhausted all her other options. On a Saturday night, not having any food is relatively absurd. The icing on the cake was the bill, where the incorrect order was still included in the price without any apology or even the slightest consideration from the owner, not to mention the receipt, which arrived only UPON EXPLICIT REQUEST. NOT A FEW SMILES, I MUST SAY.

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️
