21/02/2025: We bought the fish and sea urchin pulp from Nautilus, well known in Ostuni for its quality and knowing that there was the possibility of cooking it. Then they took us to a place next door which appears to have been a pizza restaurant before. €20 for cooking!!! 😮 €16 for cooking pasta (2 ounces)!!! 😮😮€3 each for the service (Paper placemat, chipped plate - non-existent fish cutlery) You clean the fish yourself!!!. 1/2 bottle of wine and water. Total €57😩 to add to the fish €64 = €122!!! 😰 (For 2) 🙃obviously without side dish or dessert or coffee!!! Dear gentlemen of Nautilus, if you want to lose customers, you are on the right track!

12/02/2025: Consumata semplice colazione... Pasticceria molto ordinaria e cappuccino latitante... Semplice acqua macchiata di bianco!!!!! Esperienza da non ripetere... Per il resto, servizio veloce e posto esteticamente discreto.

30/12/2024: Why allow smoking (traditional and electronic cigarettes) in a closed place? When I reported it, the response was "this is an open place". Look at the pictures of the place to understand if it is closed or open. Desolating.

19/09/2024: Molto buoni i gusti gelato. Cortesissima al banco la signorina ha voluto prima fare assaggiare alcuni gusti prima di scegliere. Personale garbato e locale bello e pulito. Si prende l'ordine al banco e poi si consuma al tavolino

02/09/2024: Quiet place, beautiful sea, excellent prices, the only flaw is that you can't even bring a bottle of water, you have to consume it at the bar.

29/12/2024: Evening with friends, we order sandwiches at crazy prices, €10 and €12!!! Baked potatoes, small bowls with separate sauces for €0.50 each... Practically just to smell (since they were the center of the table) €7 per course... From chips to the blessed sandwiches, ONE HOUR OF SPASMODIC WAITING ... Our group, to say the least, lives in large cities in the north and is returning home for the holidays, was shocked to say the least by the crazy prices we read and paid and by the service offered.... Guys I'm sorry but bad bad bad... We are not in Milan, we are in a small town in the province of Foggia in Puglia... A shame, we will never go back again!!!

16/02/2025: Servizio lento, personale scocciato (con eccezione di un cameriere simpatico e socievole e un commis di sala molto giovane e dolce), cucina sotto la media. Non consigliato.

02/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso qui una domenica con la famiglia , accoglienza calorosa, cibo buonissimo e abbondante... Molto disponibili e simpatici..ci ritorneremo al più presto con Piacere...☺️

02/01/2025: tutto straordinario: dalla semplicità del posto ai cibi che sono davvero genuini e freschissimi. Il personale è attento alle esigenze dei clienti per allergie/intolleranze, sempre presente ma con discrezione. Antipasti di mare crudi e cotti spettacolari che abbiamo accompagnato con un ottimo vino rosato. Gli spaghettoni alle vongole da 10 e lode. Da tornarci assolutamente. prezzi in linea con la qualità ma non alti. Consigliatissimo.

05/09/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato a Pulsano e ci è stato consigliato questo locale. Chi ce lo ha consigliato, ci ha fatto un favore. Abbiamo cenato più volte qui e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Il personale è sempre stato cortesissimo, attento e disponibile. La cucina...ottima, ci siamo innamorati della puccia (che noi, lombardi, non conoscevamo) ma anche le pizze ci hanno soddisfatto e quando abbiamo ordinato i cavatelli con le cozze, ce li siamo gustati fino in fondo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, con i prezzi ben in vista sul menù.

10/04/2025: Davvero tutto squisito. Crudo eccezionale così come tutti gli altri antipasti ed i primi. Al secondo nn siamo riusciti ad arrivarci. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo affidati a Nico, il caposala, e.....stupefacente. ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Prezzi nella media.

08/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante durante l'ora di pranzo. Cibo ottimo ma servizio scadente e personale al quanto ridicolo e maleducato. Abbiamo ordinato piatti di calamari centrali per 6 persone e ci sono arrivate 6 porzioni/pirofile a ciò abbiamo chiesto al cameriere spiegazioni in quanto quello che avevamo sul tavolo era troppo, chiedendo se era possibile toglierne due dal tavolo, loro hanno risposto "le abbiamo fatte e quindi adesso le prendete" il cameriere é stato molto insolente, invece di comprendere l accaduto e cercare di scusarsi ha continuato a dire la sua come se quello che avesse fatto fosse giusto a tal punto ci ha anche detto "io ho 40 anni di esperienza in questo mestiere" "vi consiglio di andare in qualche altro ristorante e vedere" dandoci degli inesperti in quanto in altri ristoranti tutto ciò non sarebbe accaduto o meglio il cameriere avrebbe compreso l'errore e si sarebbe scusato. Peccato che il cibo non era male. Ma sicuramente c'è di meglio.

03/04/2025: On my Marchigiano boyfriend's birthday we were in Monopoli because my mother is in hospital, so we went without a reservation. Warm and professional welcome, all the staff attentive and helpful. Fish dinner, very good fish, based on oysters, risotto and fried Paranza, all really excellent, I write the review the next day because the following morning you can see the results☺️, we had a good time but the best thing was seeing a family in front of us who ate a tasting menu, with taste and passion, licking their fingers at every dish, especially the father who didn't even take a breath and this is not a criticism but a way of saying that what we ate was really of excellent quality and taste, the beauty of southern restaurants (the good ones) is that the fish doesn't need much to be cooked when it's fresh, then the location does the rest in a truly top Monopoli

29/03/2025: I happened to meet a friend for lunch by chance; At first glance, the place is small but welcoming. Once seated, Mr. Fabrizio welcomed us, a kind, helpful and very approachable person. He recommended the best dishes to taste and did not disappoint our expectations at all. A carbonara and an amatriciana that are nothing short of exceptional. Excellent value for money, almost unexpected. We will be back with pleasure, highly recommended.
