08/12/2025: A very well-done American-style place, with good food and not overly expensive. A place like this should be frequented by people who like to drink and eat American-style, but instead they throw children's parties there, who ruin everything by shouting and making a racket everywhere, distorting the very essence of the place.

22/11/2025: Let me start by saying, Go here is Great!! Now, my wife and I bought a house that we have been working on for three years in Ostuni so we are usualy here two times a year and eat out every day until I get my kitchen, so its good to find places you like and repeat so you support the spots you love to ensure they are still there when you come back. With that said because so many restaurants are seasonal only, they may not have the same people making your food the next season so it may not be as good the next year. Passaporto is owned and run by a team of an excellent chef, Chef Antony and The expert Bartender whom unfortunately I never learned his name. Now the third part of this team who is not an owner but I believe should get a percentage so she Never leaves is Theresa who is very passionate about her work and knows exactly what she is doing and everything about the food and the wines and cheeses I really thought she was one of the owners, she is the best ! The food is fresh and flavorful and fun and there is almost always an amazing special or two added to the menu and all the appetizers and small plates are great and tasty. The sausage with chimichuri is so good the tuna Tataki is sublime, and my favorite for funs sake alone is the Scarpetta which makes me angry because I am a retired chef who had a few different Italian concepts and I wish I had thought of this because thats one of my favorite things to do when I eat Italian food is the Scarpetta, (the mopping up of the left over sauce on the plate) but this app has three different sauces a couple that change with the day and I just love this fun appetizer and everything this true gem of Ostuni has to offer I look forward to our return in a couple months when our house will finally be completed then I will be celebrating at Passaporto. 10/10/2025: A respectable pastry shop, also stocked with many gluten-free and vegan products, which is a godsend for those of us who are intolerant! Not just your typical vegan croissant, but they have a huge selection! They pay close attention to cross-contamination, and the service is provided by very friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it; parking is always available. Last but not least, Illy coffee is always my first choice and my go-to.

07/10/2025: Top-notch pastry shop, a vegan paradise! It's always wonderful to see businesses offering so many plant-based products, and even better when they're delicious. I've tried their breakfast pastries, mini pastries, and cakes (all vegan, of course), and I can say I've always been blown away!

12/10/2025: A lovely place to spend an evening with friends, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a car enthusiast. The staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent bruschetta and very original sandwiches. A memorable experience, highly recommended.

07/12/2025: I returned to this fantastic place and, once again, I was thrilled. The fish is incredibly fresh, especially the raw fish, impeccably presented, and of a quality hard to find elsewhere. Each dish truly showcases the flavor of the sea. A special thanks to Giovanni, whose professionalism and kindness make the experience even more enjoyable. The service is impeccable: attentive, fast, and always with a smile. A place definitely worth trying, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: My husband and I had dinner on December 6th at Al bel paese: what can I say? A very professional welcome, knowledgeable and attentive staff. The wine cellar is extensive and original, and chef Vito (the restaurant's owner) created wonderful dishes, both for the palate and the eye. We'll definitely be back!!

05/12/2025: Great place. Visited it several times during a completely awesome holiday in Puglia in 2024. The coffee, cake and ice cream we had here were a level above anything else we had during the holiday.

30/09/2025: Agreed, pizza and beer for four, but well-made and served in record time despite the place being super busy (a sign of quality). The staff was attentive and helpful. We also asked for coffee at the end. When paying the bill, they told us the coffees were on us. Prices were average.

23/09/2025: Both the pizza and the restaurant, both delicious! We come at least twice every vacation! Friendly and polite staff, quick service, and prices in line with other local restaurants (actually, a little less).

06/11/2025: We came here because it was recommended in the Lonely Planet guide, but when we arrived it was closed – even though Google clearly shows it as open. Please update your opening hours so we don't make a wasted trip, thank you 🙏 Update: The opening hours aren't updated in real time, it's true, but they are updated quickly if you request it, probably within 24 hours. It would be even faster to do this than to reply to comments :)

29/11/2025: We stopped by for a casual visit in Bisceglie. Based on the good reviews, we decided to try their sweets, and we left feeling really happy. The desserts were delicious, not cloying, and the prices were super reasonable. The espresso was also very good, with really well-made milk froth! The service was fast, friendly, and attentive! Congratulations!
