It was my first time at this café, and I have to say I was very impressed. There's a huge variety of pastries and sweets. The staff was very helpful and quick, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant place; I'd gladly return!

12/04/2026: I wanted to eat an ice cream after dinner, and walking through the streets of the center, I stopped here, where I had breakfast in the morning... Small cup, in which as flavor I took hazelnut and gianduia, both of which were good

07/02/2026: I agree with what others have said. The guy and the petite girl with piercings who bring you to the table are nice, but the tall blonde girl at the cash register is always rude. A smile wouldn't be worth a fortune; that kind of attitude isn't appropriate if you're working in a bar where you're in close contact with people. I also recommend some sweet treats to go with your tea or coffee; the selection is limited and the quality isn't the best. I order both here and at the Coop restaurant. Here, I like the comfort of the tables, but downstairs, there's more choice for dessert.
17/01/2026: I'm giving it three stars because the guy who makes the coffees and the young woman who serves tables are kind. But the girl at the register, who mostly works at the register and only serves tables when she doesn't want to interact with certain customers, is so rude, unprofessional, and downright rude. My elderly parents always come here in the winter; it's cold outside for them, and they're fine here. The coffee is good, but the service is poor, at least since the management changed. A few days ago, we were there as usual, and I placed my order, but I realized a mistake had been made, or so I thought. So I went to the girl at the register to point out that something wasn't clear. I was kind, but she immediately took it badly. Not only did she not listen to what I was saying, misunderstanding everything, but she made me look like a tramp who was asking for 50 cents back. I, on the other hand, just wanted to ask for an explanation because my calculations didn't add up. But nothing, she just couldn't get it, she took it as a personal affront. That's when I lost my patience. Because we were customers, I approached her politely, and she was like a brick wall. From that day on, when I went to order, she wouldn't speak to me and left me at the cash register waiting for my colleague to be free to serve me. This morning, I told my colleague to tell her that it's time to grow up and her behavior was unprofessional. You can't do these things in a public establishment. Even when a customer gets impatient, you have to let it slide and at least move on, be professional and do your job. This cashier's behavior is extremely serious and penalizes the entire team. The next day, I ordered the same things as the day before and paid one euro less, so I was right. Now, I paid one euro more and I'm being treated badly. I'm going back because my parents are comfortable, but I'd like to change bars. If you work in contact with the public, you can't be childish.
