The quality is poor to say the least
The quantity is almost nonexistent to say the least
The price is exorbitant to say the least
If I had made it at home, it would have been nothing short of SPECTACULAR
06/12/2025: I hate to say it, but the change in management was noticeable right away...and not only because the staff changed (who, at times, I find rude), but also because the service leaves much to be desired! Tables are often dirty and overall cleanliness is poor.

09/11/2025: Well, what can I say? The location is very nice. The coffee is just okay. No milk alternatives. No pastries. Everything, by Italian standards, isn't particularly cheap.
We'll choose somewhere else to sit in the sun next time.
However, the cute sparrows did amuse us and were a real highlight.

The staff was very helpful and quick, which I really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant place; I'd gladly return!

06/01/2026: "Malabar"—the name says it all. It's a typical tourist trap, and we fell for it. Attracted by the free seats after a day of walking, we found ourselves at this bar where the line for the restrooms was longer than the line for the coffee. We ordered a coffee and a bicerin. The coffee was one of the worst I've ever had, and the bicerin, even though it was the first one I'd tried in Turin, tasted like Nesquik and solid cream stuck there like a cork. A must-try experience for a gastrointestinal test!

07/10/2025: ⚠️ I lost €4,000 because of this place.
I ordered a new laptop from the official Dell website (worth €4,000). According to the proof of delivery, the BRT courier delivered the package to this bar: the family's son signed for it, but never delivered it to me.
I showed all the evidence to the courier and my lawyer, but so far I have received no help or a refund.
A very serious and disappointing experience.
If your package is important, don't have it delivered here—always verify the delivery, because you might not receive it.
14/09/2025: Terrible service, plus they charge €2 for parcel collection which should be free for us since they receive money from the contract they have with local couriers to act as a stop point.

26/06/2025: Solo a pochi passi da Piazza Castello, ha aperto un posto locale chiamato Artigiano e non è un caso, perché è davvero un ristorante tradizionale. Da queste parti si mangiano ingredienti biologici e prodotti di produzione propria come carne o formaggio, farina e uova.

26/04/2025: Mai bevuto un caffè così .... sembra che avessero spiegato la macchina del caffè. Praticamente acqua sporca per non parlare delle tazzine bordo sottilissimo, sconsigliato per un caffè al bar, sempre se lo vogliamo chiamare caffè.
15/04/2025: Es un local histórico y elegante, está muy céntrico y sus dulces para el desayuno están muy bien elaborados
