14/10/2025: I used to come here often with my boyfriend before it changed management. We've always had a good experience—both in terms of service and food quality—but since the change in management, something has changed. We ordered two coffees and were told that "table service is no longer available starting today" (which seems unusual, but we ignore it and get the two coffees back). That was fine until we saw two girls serving our table a little further ahead, who, incidentally, had also ordered two coffees. Whether they were fooled or not, I think it was unprofessional... I hope this can be an area to work on and improve. Have a good day.
19/08/2025: This morning I had breakfast here, and I have to say that both the cappuccino and the latte macchiato, served with coffee on the side, were very good, as were the croissants.
The only thing that always leaves me a little perplexed are the somewhat high prices...

13/10/2025: The room was very clean and pleasant, although the sound insulation from other rooms was almost non-existent. The reception at the bar left something to be desired.
01/10/2025: We sat down at 4:15pm to receive our food isolation at 4:51pm, for a hamburger and a piadina with the restaurant empty. For the most part the service was decent due to the rudeness of the staff.

11/10/2025: Until 11 in the morning there's nothing savory... not even a sandwich... not even a piece of focaccia... NOTHING at all. The American coffee isn't American coffee... in fact, the waiter confessed to us that it's not his job!!! Plus, they come and ask you for money as if we wanted to run away and not pay!!! Like beggars, with all due respect for beggars! Is it possible that in Piazza Castello in Turin there are such restaurant establishments??? Shame on you!
03/10/2025: Two coffees and two shameful croissants for €11, that's all there is to it.
You should be ashamed.

30/08/2025: An undrinkable soy cappuccino, a croissant, a mini sandwich, and a juice for the modest sum of €15. The tables were dirty and then cleaned by hand. We'll never go back.

07/10/2025: ⚠️ I lost €4,000 because of this place.
I ordered a new laptop from the official Dell website (worth €4,000). According to the proof of delivery, the BRT courier delivered the package to this bar: the family's son signed for it, but never delivered it to me.
I showed all the evidence to the courier and my lawyer, but so far I have received no help or a refund.
A very serious and disappointing experience.
If your package is important, don't have it delivered here—always verify the delivery, because you might not receive it.
14/09/2025: Terrible service, plus they charge €2 for parcel collection which should be free for us since they receive money from the contract they have with local couriers to act as a stop point.

26/06/2025: Solo a pochi passi da Piazza Castello, ha aperto un posto locale chiamato Artigiano e non è un caso, perché è davvero un ristorante tradizionale. Da queste parti si mangiano ingredienti biologici e prodotti di produzione propria come carne o formaggio, farina e uova.

18/07/2025: Tutto perfetto cibo, servizio, ambiente, particolarmente professionale e gentile la ragazza palermitana del servizio ai tavoli.
15/07/2025: Abbiamo fatto visita in questo locale con amici ed il titolare già da subito ci ha trattati con molta sufficienza dicendoci che senza prenotazione ,ci avrebbe sistemato nel tavolo esterno ( serata molto calda ,orario di arrivo ore 19,40 di martedì, locale climatizzato,mezzo vuoto fino oltre alle 21 quando siamo andati via ) . Una volta seduti ci ha avvisato dicendoci che per mangiare sushi ci sarebbe stato almeno 1 ora di attesa . N.b. Locale che sponsorizza aperitivo con sushi ,con clienti all'interno che stavano già mangiando sushi ed altri arrivati quasi in contemporanea con noi che , hanno lo hanno regolarmente ordinato e degustato per tempo .
Attesa lunga ( presenza al tavolo di un bambino di 4 anni ).
Delusione e modi non cordiali .
