It was a little different from the usual traditional restaurants, both in terms of the composition and the ingredients. The service was good, and everyone was kind and attentive. We took the tasting menu so we could try several items, and the result was excellent. Recommended.

Last year we couldn't make a reservation, it was always full... this year we managed to, and it was confirmed: it's the best restaurant we've ever tried!!! The flavor of the dishes is unforgettable. TOP! The 'ombrina in potacchio' was superb. We've been back again, and it was spectacular!!! Thank you!

30/10/2025: Lots of locals eat there. A good sign. With a shared antipasti caldo and a main course each, we were more than satisfied. So, don't overorder. We had a table right next to a window, which allowed us to see directly into the kitchen. Very nice. The fish soup was generous and could easily be shared between two people. Everything tasted delicious.

06/03/2026: I had the pleasure of eating at Osteria del Pozzo in the center of Ancona, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was very kind and courteous, making you feel immediately at ease. The location is very elegant and welcoming, perfect for a quiet dinner in the heart of the city. But the real highlight was the food: I had the best padellata in Ancona, truly delicious. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and have a wonderful evening. 01/12/2025: Unfortunately, I must confirm what others have noted: problems finding the reservation; we waited 45 minutes to order, another 45, maybe even more, for three entrees, and another hour for three meats reheated and dressed with the same sauce, even though they were three different types of meat. At this point, we were literally abandoned, and to order desserts, we took advantage of the opportunity afforded to us by our neighbors, who had gone to call someone. I also wanted to emphasize that, if a food item is out of stock, as is stated when ordering, no substitute is brought to the kitchen. The worst thing was seeing two diners arrive about an hour later, eat everything first, and be treated as if the others weren't there or didn't pay the same amount. The only positive thing is the proximity to the hospital, because if you're coming from out of town to visit relatives at lunchtime, it's convenient to stop for lunch. Had I known the treatment options beforehand, I would have preferred to drive even 30 minutes to go elsewhere.

06/11/2025: Very nice place, well-maintained, very good food at average prices. The chicken was very good, crispy and juicy, the sandwich had plenty of sauce and toppings, and the bread was soft but didn't fall apart. However, it lacked something to counteract the grease from the frying and mayonnaise, which I remedied by using the ketchup they brought to my table. The fries were tasty, crispy, and just the right thickness. The beer had a nice caramelized aroma and was fresh off the tap. The staff was quick with service and very friendly throughout. The place, with its automotive theme, was very quaint and well-decorated, and the rooms were very well-maintained.
