01/04/2024: Had lunch at this restaurant on Easter Monday. Experience not to be repeated. When booking we were asked if there was the possibility of a vegetarian menu and we were told yes. Once we arrive at the restaurant we are given the possibility to choose between a meat or fish menu (at a fixed price as it is a party) or à la carte. In all this there was no possibility of anything vegetarian, but the dishes on the menu had to be adapted to the menu. The waitress arrives and takes the order and lists a vegetarian menu and five fish menus. The vegetarian starter arrives, identical to the fish starter with only the salmon missing. Both types of appetizers included marinated anchovies, prawns and seafood salad. We point out that we had made a certain request and we were answered rudely before obtaining a replacement with a plate of grilled vegetables and cheeses. After 40 minutes the first ones arrive. A pan of 2 portions passed off as 5 portions as pasta so al dente that it still seems raw. After another 40 minutes the grilled fish arrives and the vegetarian meatballs are still cold inside. Before the fish fry they ask if they can bring the dessert since the second course had already arrived, but part of it was still missing. Rude waiters, who make jokes about how hungry they too are like the customers sitting waiting for the first course for at least 1 hour (at 3pm) or the second course (at 4pm), other waiters who clear the table without bringing back plates or cutlery and in the meantime food arrives that you obviously can't eat. We ask if it is possible to have the leftovers wrapped and we are told: we will bring you trays and aluminum foil so you can wrap them yourself. Very rude indeed. Mediocre quality food and everything needs to be seasoned with salt. Never have an experience like this again. We sat down at around 1.30pm and left at around 4.40pm. Tables around us with more people but also with fewer in the same situation.
