25/07/2024: Truly a very pleasant surprise. We had a divine dinner in a quiet, comfortable and elegant environment. The raw material, excellent, expertly treated. The discreet and super professional staff. I would only add that, when the bill was presented, I asked if they had made a mistake because it seemed underestimated but it was confirmed with a lot of thanks. What can I say, thanks go to you who made us feel good with passion and savoir faire. Definitely recommended and included among our favorite places where we will return to taste other specialties. 5 stars are few for what we got in exchange for a really reasonable price. Thank you so much

12/08/2024: We came for a couple's dinner. The location is very beautiful, as well as the food was very good. Unfortunately, it was the service that lowered the rating so much. Before dinner I informed the waiters about my allergy to nuts. They brought us the dishes with the bread attached, and I started eating it until my companion, eating a piece, he realized that there were walnuts inside. I pretty much panicked, afraid that I'd eaten it too. I reported this to the waitress who replied that she had accidentally forgotten to bring me bread separately for me. I understand the possible distraction, but I believe that attention to a customer's allergies is fundamental. Fortunately that evening I bit into the bread without nuts, among other breads with and without, but mistakes like this can really end up someone in an ambulance, I'm grateful that it didn't happen to me that evening. In addition to this, we found the cost of the service (5 euros) and a small barley coffee (4 euros) excessive. Really a shame.

30/08/2024: Second time at this wonderful establishment the staff and foodwas fantastico! Can not wait to return. Pasta with clams and pizza with bresaola delicious!

29/08/2024: Was a guest at the Osteria, its so popular that i had to whait for 30min, well worth it great traditional kitchen and what looked like really good pizzas, goos selection of wines.

28/08/2024: We ate here 3 times during our 1 week vacation. Absolutely recommended! There is nothing comparable nearby in terms of ambience, service and food. You can eat something unusual and more expensive as well as very inexpensive and still very tasty.

15/08/2024: We went to eat in this restaurant with a nice group of people, we had a very good time in everything, nothing to complain about... perhaps the place was too noisy because there were a lot of people, very fast service, I recommend it!!!

24/07/2024: Bianchi is a certainty in Gallarate for the quality of its desserts. Family business managed with passion and dedication for decades now. The small pastry shop is traditional but delicious. My favorite cakes are the Lady and the Belle Helene. I undoubtedly consider it my trusted pastry shop.

23/07/2024: Everything is beautiful, everything is good and even the environment but the internal acoustics are deadly. When it's crowded it bothers me a lot, but it's always subjective.

06/08/2024: Local pub where you drink good beer and can eat, hamburgers, pizza and more, even outdoors in summer. Nice and friendly guys who contribute to a very pleasant atmosphere. And then we play "The Big Brain"🔝

26/08/2024: While passing through Varese, we came across this little bar and what a surprise! A colorful boss, who knows the entire neighborhood and is happy to welcome everyone (he even spoke a little French with us!). The spritzes are great and the aperitivo included with little truffle honey toasts to die for!! Go for it !

05/08/2024: When I entered the restaurant I was doubtful, but the welcome and service of the bartenders surprised me, especially in the explanation of the beers. I think the food melted my palate in every possible sense. A place where a nice cold beer and good food embody the happiness of human beings

13/07/2024: Great selection of beers. Very authentic Scottish drinks menu I think. Food was okay. Worth a try if you want to go for something non-Italian in Varese.

20/04/2024: This is a lovely casual restaurant run by a mother and daughter (the daughter is the chef). On a steep hill - you pass through a neighborhood to get there (it is a part of a hotel). Once you find it, it is a very pleasant surprise. Every dish was fantastic - fresh pasta, very nice meat and the dessert might be the best I've ever had in many years. The service was attentive and warm. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

22/08/2024: I went to the Barley House for a birthday... and I want to underline the availability of the owners, given that the number of participants changed every day😅 I immediately felt welcome. Friendly and fast service. The guys are really kind and accepted the requests (cake 🎂 and balloons) I really liked the Ipa beer🍺 Tasty pinsa🍕 The place is simple and essential but trendy.. especially the telephone in the bathroom📞😂😂😂😂 A visit to the Barley House is highly recommended. It will be the reference pub in Galla🔝

05/08/2024: For beer lovers it is definitely a must-see which is then accompanied by tasty sandwiches etc... then there is the atmosphere, the typical pub decor which I really like. I recommend it. 😉

08/08/2024: Two second courses (excellent) side potatoes, water, coffee 55 euros! Very good and generous portions, very nice and welcoming location. I absolutely recommend 👍

03/07/2024: Yesterday, July 2, 2024, I celebrated my birthday, I will remember this time spent with family and friends very fondly. For the first time in this region, I ate bread with great taste, there is room for cheese which melts in the warm bread and with the addition of cold meats it is a great snack with beer. Very nice service. Thank you for a wonderful time and delicious food 🍻🍔🍟🌮
