08/02/2025: Waiting to return to Brunate. At the Bistrot a commendation for the kindness and quality, always excellent. DESPITE the hordes of tourists literally "vomited out" of the beautiful funicular, it is always a pleasure to visit the Bistro.
Brunate is unfortunately losing its magic, due to mass tourism. It would be a good idea to think about including a contingent for both the funicular and private vehicles. Priority to permanent or holiday residents.
A wish to the Bistrot to maintain the beautiful atmosphere.

02/03/2025: Con il cambio di gestione il locale si è completamente rinnovato. Finalmente ordinato, pulito, accogliente a partire dalla nuova proprietaria, attenta e premurosa. Personalmente finalmente all'altezza, professionale e sorridente. Ottima pasticceria - caffetteria, ma anche aperitivo, curato e di qualità.
Bravi, continuate così!

29/10/2024: Convenient location to the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little demotic but clean and with a view of the lake, abundant and well-kept breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend
02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time....
Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine.
Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough.
It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

18/08/2024: Si pudiera dar un 0 lo haría. Hacía mucho ruido, calor y nos ignoraron durante 20 minutos. Preguntamos si podíamos pedir dos veces, pero simplemente se fueron y cuando regresaron esperaron a otras personas que vinieron tras nosotros (4 x! ). ¡Ni idea de lo que podríamos haber hecho para no recibir servicio! Después de 20 minutos nos fuimos y desayunamos en otro lugar.
¡Así que no hay recomendaciones de nuestra familia!

10/01/2025: My sister and I loved staying here while visiting Lake Como. A wonderful location with an exceptional view. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for going out to eat, as well as getting around to the other towns on Lake Como. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and a wonderful view! Free parking and a lovely balcony view! The room was a little the smaller side but still very comfortable.
03/11/2024: We stayed here for 2 nights and with the family I have to say a welcome. Very warm welcome aperitif rich breakfast location command to reach ferry terrace lake view. Thanks! Silvana very helpful in the room. Marta and the rest of the staff. 👏👏👏highly recommended

10/09/2024: Strategic location in front of the lake and a few steps from the cathedral and also very close to the funicular.
Clean and well-kept rooms.
Abundant and varied breakfast with sweet and savory.
Very friendly staff especially Susy the manager really very nice and helpful.

20/03/2025: So, stop for a coffee and since I haven't had lunch, I tasted a dessert they produce, an excellent cannoli with cream.
Good and hot coffee... rarities now.
Decaffeinated coffee taken by my lady finds approval.
Large place with a truly remarkable variety of offerings.
From savory to sweet, a beautiful journey of choices and proposals.

06/03/2025: Wonderful...a wonderful experience and to be repeated as soon as we return to Como.
Coffee that wakes up even the dead.....assortment of 1000 or more breakfasts...all excellent and very fresh (you even find what you don't expect)....clean environment...very fair price....staff (Monica in particular) friendly, professional and with a smile on their faces.
